Claims (9)
- Vorhangwand, enthaltend eine gitterförmige Tragkonstruktion, die mit Vertikalelementen (11) und Querstücken (12) versehen ist, und Füllelemente (13), die an der Tragkonstruktion befestigt sind, wobei die Vorhangwand ein Längselement (20) enthält, das im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem jeweiligen Vertikalelement (11) oder Querstück (12) angeordnet ist und an wenigstens einem Teil seiner Innenseite eine Gestaltung (21) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, eine passende Fassung (23), die in dem jeweiligen Längselement (11) oder Querstück (12) ausgebildet ist, durch Einschnappen anzukoppeln, und auf wenigstens einem Teil seiner Außenseite eine erste Befestigungseinrichtung (22) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, mit einem passenden zweiten Befestigungselement (19) eines Verschlussprofils (17) in Eingriff zu gelangen, das in der Lage ist, einschnappend und durch Drehung zwischen zwei benachbarten Füllelementen (13) positioniert zu werden, wobei das Längselement (20) an einer Zwischenstelle zwischen der Gestaltung (21) und der ersten Befestigungseinrichtung (22) einen längsgerichteten Hohlraum (30) aufweist, der in der Lage ist, Wasser und Kondensation abzuleiten und zu kanalisieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in Korrespondenz mit den Enden eines jeden der Querstücke (12) einen zugehörigen Anschlag (32) aufweist der mit wenigstens einem Drainageloch (35) und einem Ableitplättchen (36) versehen ist, das als eine Verlängerung des Längselements (20) und unter dem Drainageloch (35) angeordnet ist.
- Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten (22) und zweiten (19) Befestigungseinrichtungen eine im Wesentlichen hakenartige Gestalt haben.
- Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drainageloch (35) in Korrespondenz zu einem Kanal (37) angeordnet ist, der durch eine Gestaltung bestimmt ist, die im oberen Teil eines zugehörigen Querstücks (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Anschläge (32) an einem zugehörigen Querstück (12) mittels wenigstens eine Montageplatte (33) angebracht ist, die Löcher (42) aufweist, in die entsprechende Klemmeinrichtungen (43) unter Druck gegen ein Segment eines zugehörigen Vertikalelements (11) eingesetzt sind.
- Vorhangwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Anschläge (32) Einschnapp-Befestigungseinrichtungen (40) enthält, die gegen ein zugehöriges Vertikalelement (11) weisen, sowie wenigstens ein Loch (44), das benachbart den Einschnapp-Befestigungseinrichtungen (40) angeordnet ist, für das Einsetzen von Klemmeinrichtungen (41) unter Druck gegen ein Segment eines zugehörigen Vertikalelements (11).
- Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einschnapp-Befestigungseinrichtungen (40) vom ein keilförmiges Segment (34) enthalten, das in der Lage ist, im Gebrauch einen zugehörigen Anschlag (32), der an einem Querstück (12) angebracht ist, gegen das Vertikalelement (11), mit dem das Querstück (12) gekoppelt ist, zusammen zu drücken.
- Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plättchen (36) einen erhöhten Rand (39) und eine Grundfläche hat, die in der Lage ist, innerhalb des zugehörigen Vertikalelements (11) sowohl das auf der Grundfläche des Längselements (20) angesammelte Wasser, als auch das aus dem Drainageloch (35) austretende Wasser abzuleiten.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen einer Vorhangwand nach Anspruch 1, die eine gitterförmige Tragkonstruktion mit Vertikalelementen (11) und Querstücken (12) und an der Tragkonstruktion angebrachte Füllelemente (13) aufweist und mit Verschlussprofilen (17) versehen ist, wobei die Vertikalelemente (11) und die Querstücke (12) erste Befestigungseinrichtungen (22) für die Verschlussprofile (17) aufweisen, die zwischen zwei benachbarten Füllelementen (13) angeordnet und mit passenden zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (19) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:einen ersten Schritt des Positionierens der Verschlussprofile (17) vor der Tragkonstruktion, um die zweiten Befestigungseinrichtungen (19) mit den ersten Befestigungseinrichtungen (22) in Eingriff zu bringen;eine zweiten Schritt des Drehens der Verschlussprofile (17) nach außen um eine Achse, die durch den Eingriffspunkt zwischen den ersten (22) und zweiten (19) Befestigungseinrichtungen läuft, Zusammendrücken erster Dichtungseinrichtungen (26), die einem ersten Rand (25) des Verschlussprofils (17) zugeordnet sind, gegen das erste der Füllelemente (13); undeinen dritten Schritt des Positionierens zweiter Dichtungseinrichtungen (29) an einem zweiten Rand (27) des Verschlussprofils (17), um die Positionierung desselben durch Anlegen der zweiten Dichtungseinrichtungen (29) an das andere Füllelement (13) zu stabilisieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es vorsieht:einen ersten Schritt des Koppelns von Anschlägen (32) an das zugehörige Querstück (12) durch Einführen wenigstens einer mit dem betreffenden Anschlag (32) fest verbundenen Platte (33) in eine passende Fassung, die in dem Querstück (12) vorgesehen ist, und Befestigen desselben unter Druck mittels Klemmeinrichtungen (43), undeinen zweiten Schritt des Koppelns des Querstücks (12) an ein zugehöriges Vertikalelement (11) durch Verankerung eines mit dem Anschlag (32) fest verbundenen Befestigungelements (40) an einem zugehörigen Profil, das an dem Vertikalelement (11) ausgebildet ist, und Befestigen desselben unter Druck mittels Klemmeinrichtungen (41).
