Claims (7)
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial (1), umfassend einen Folienabschnitt (2) aus Kunststoff, der Perforationen (8, 10) aufweist, die auf einem perforierten Abschnitt des Folienabschnitts verteilt sind, der durch das Fasermaterial bedeckt ist, so dass Fasern in die Perforationen (8, 10) eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der perforierte Abschnitt Perforationen unterschiedlicher Größe aufweist, die so verteilt sind, dass der perforierte Abschnitt eine im Wesentlichen homogene Porosität hat.
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens bestimmte Perforationen (10) ein wiedererkennbares Motiv bilden.
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationen (8, 10) eine Größe zwischen 100 µm und 1000 µm und einen Abstand zwischen 200 µm und 2000 µm voneinander aufweisen.
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bestimmte Perforationen (16) eine längliche Form haben.
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die länglichen Perforationen (16) eine minimale Abmessung zwischen 100 µm und 1000 µm und eine maximale Abmessung zwischen 1000 µm und 5000 µm aufweisen und einen Abstand zwischen 200 µm und 2000 µm voneinander aufweisen.
- Bahn aus Fasermaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienabschnitt (2) auf mindestens einer Seite metallisierte Bereiche aufweist und dass sich die Perforationen (8, 10) so erstrecken, dass sie die genannten metallisierten Bereiche durchqueren.
- Verfahren zum Einbringen eines Folienabschnitts (2) aus Kunststoff in eine Bahn aus Fasermaterial (1), umfassend einen Schritt zur Bildung mindestens einer Faserschicht (14) auf einer porösen Form durch ein Bad (13) von in einer Flüssigkeit suspendierten Fasern und einen Schritt, bei dem im Laufe der Herstellung in die Faserbahn ein Folienabschnitt (2) eingebracht wird, der einen perforierten Abschnitt umfasst, der vom Fasermaterial bedeckt werden soll und der Perforationen (8, 10) mit Abmessungen aufweist, die ausreichend sind, um ein Eingreifen von Fasern in die Perforationen zu ermöglichen, während Flüssigkeit durch die Perforationen fließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationen unterschiedliche Größen haben und in dem perforierten Abschnitt so verteilt sind, dass dieser eine im Wesentlichen homogene Porosität aufweist, die ähnlich der Porosität der porösen Form (11) ist.
