Claims (14)
- Une machine de fabrication de cigarettes comprenant : une trémie d'alimentation (2), un conduit (4) d'alimentation pneumatique véhiculant un flux de tabac haché (3) jusqu'à la trémie (2), un groupe de cardage (7) destiné à prélever le tabac (3) de la trémie (2) et à le relâcher sous forme d'un flux de particules séparées, d'abord dirigé à travers un canal descendant (12) puis à travers un canal ascendant (15), jusqu'au niveau d'une bande transporteuse aspirante (16) de sortie située au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure du canal ascendant (15), ladite machine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif séparateur (18) servant à éliminer les éventuels corps étrangers du flux de tabac haché (3) et comprenant des moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation d'un tapis (24) de tabac, ainsi que des moyens transporteurs descendants (29) dans lesquels le tabac est dirigé en chute libre par les moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation, un conduit de sortie (22) interposé entre la sortie des moyens transporteurs descendants (29) et une entrée raccordée avec la trémie (2), et des moyens (31) destinés à générer un courant d'air dirigé le long du conduit de sortie (22).
- La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation d'un tapis (24) de tabac comprennent un plateau vibrant (27).
- La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation d'un tapis (24) de tabac comprennent une bande transporteuse (25).
- La machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation d'un tapis (24) de tabac comprennent une bande transporteuse (25) ainsi qu'un plateau vibrant (27) interposé entre ladite bande transporteuse (25) et les moyens transporteurs descendants (29).
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens transporteurs descendants (29) comprennent un plan incliné (35).
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens transporteurs descendants (29) comprennent un conduit (30) essentiellement vertical.
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens transporteurs descendants (29) comprennent un conduit (36) à parois en zigzag.
- La machine selon les revendications de 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité inférieure des moyens transporteurs descendants (29) communique avec un conduit (33) d'expulsion des corps étrangers.
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens transporteurs descendants (29) et le conduit de sortie (22) sont raccordés par une section (32) coïncidant avec un évent (31a) faisant partie des moyens (31) destinés à générer un courant d'air.
- La machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de sortie (22) est un canal ascendant et la section (32) de raccordement est un coude.
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif séparateur (18) consiste en une unité ou module (19) pouvant être monté le long du canal d'alimentation (4) qui véhicule le tabac haché (3).
- La machine selon les revendications de 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif séparateur (18) comprend une première section d'alimentation (20) pour l'avancement du tabac haché (3), le long de laquelle la pression pneumatique générée à travers le conduit d'alimentation (4) est désactivée, et une deuxième section d'alimentation (21) le long de laquelle la pression pneumatique est rétablie.
- La machine selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la première section (20) du dispositif séparateur est définie par les moyens (23) de formation et d'alimentation d'un tapis (24) de tabac et par les moyens transporteurs descendants (29).
- La machine selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième section (21) est définie par le conduit de sortie (22).
