Claims (6)

  1. Unité d'amenée d'un flux de particules de tabac dans une machine à fabriquer des cigarettes, comprenant au moins une cheminée montante (15) enfermée en dessus par au moins une bande transporteuse d'aspiration (25) sur laquelle le flux (4) de particules de tabac se forme dans un courant (6), une conduite descendante (12) le long de laquelle les particules de tabac sont amassées et acheminées, et des moyens de transfert (18) interposés entre la conduite descendante (12) et la cheminée montante (15), la cheminée montante (15) étant délimitée latéralement par deux cloisons latérales (22, 23) créant une limitation (29) à une position intermédiaire, ladite cheminée étant divisée par la limitation (29) en une partie inférieure (27) et une partie supérieure (28), caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'amenée (2) comprend des moyens pneumatiques de mélange (31) associés à la partie inférieure (27) de la cheminée montante (15) et agissant sur le flux (4) de particules de tabac ; lesdits moyens de transfert (18) comprennent une unité de transfert (19) équipée de rouleaux, par lesquels la conduite descendante (12) est reliée directement à la cheminée montante (15) ; ladite unité de transfert (19) comprenant un rouleau de transporteur (20) par lequel le tabac est enlevé de la conduite descendante (12) et un rouleau impulseur (21) agissant conjointement avec le rouleau de transporteur (20), par lequel le flux (4) de particules de tabac est directement projeté le long de la cheminée montante (15).
  2. Unité d'amenée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pneumatiques de mélange (31) sont associés à la partie inférieure de la cheminée (15) et consistent en des conduits (32) reliés à une source (33) d'air comprimé et communiquant avec l'intérieur de la cheminée (15) au moyen d'ouvertures (34) dans les cloisons latérales (22, 23) de manière à placer le flux (4) de particules de tabac dans une direction essentiellement transversale à l'axe (15a) de la cheminée.
  3. Unité d'amenée selon les revendications 1 ou 2, comprenant des moyens pneumatiques d'accélération (35) associés à la partie supérieure (28) de la cheminée montante (15), positionnés à proximité de la limitation (29) ou coïncidant avec cette dernière et agissant sur le flux de particules de tabac.
  4. Unité d'amenée selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens pneumatiques d'accélération (35) sont reliés à une partie de la cheminée (15) coïncidant avec la limitation (29) ou étant située immédiatement au-delà de cette dernière ; lesdits moyens pneumatiques d'accélération (35) consistant en des tuyaux (36) reliés à la source d'air comprimé (33) et communiquant avec l'intérieur de la cheminée (15) par le biais d'une pluralité d'orifices (37) disposant d'axes inclinés passant à travers les cloisons latérales (22, 23) ; le flux d'air généré par lesdits moyens pneumatiques d'accélération (35) présentant un composant orienté vers ladite bande d'aspiration (25), de manière à se combiner avec la limitation (29) pour contrer la décélération du flux (4) de particules de tabac causée par l'élargissement graduel en coupe de la cheminée (15).
  5. Unité d'amenée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la machine à fabriquer des cigarettes (1) est une machine à piste simple.
  6. Unité d'amenée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la machine à fabriquer des cigarettes (1) est une machine à piste double.
