Claims (14)

  1. Zigarettenherstellungsmaschine, enthaltend: einen Einfülltrichter (2), einen pneumatischen Zuführkanal (4), der einen Fluss von geschreddertem Tabak (3) an den Trichter (2) führt, eine Kardiereinheit (7), durch welche der Tabak (3) von dem Trichter (2) entnommen und als Strom von getrennten Partikeln freigelassen wird, um zunächst durch einen abfallenden Kanal (12) und dann durch einen aufsteigenden Kanal (15) zu einem ansaugenden Ausgangsförderband (16) geleitet zu werden, angeordnet an dem oberen Ende des aufsteigenden Kanals (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trennvorrichtung (18) zum Entfernen von Fremdkörpern aus dem Strom des geschredderten Tabaks (3) einschliesst, enthaltend Mittel (23) zum Formen und Zuführen eines Teppichs (24) von Tabak, sowie abfallende Fördermittel (29), in welche der Tabak durch die Form- und Zuführmittel (23) in freiem Fall gerichtet wird, einen Ausgangskanal (22), eingesetzt zwischen dem Ausgang der abfallenden Fördermittel (29) und einem mit dem Trichter (2) verbundenen Einlass, und Mittel (31), durch welche ein entlang dem Ausgangskanal (22) gerichteter Luftstrom erzeugt wird.
  2. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher die Mittel (23), durch welche ein Teppich (24) von Tabak geformt und zugeführt wird, ein Schüttelbrett (27) enthalten.
  3. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher die Mittel (23), durch welche ein Teppich (24) von Tabak geformt und zugeführt wird, ein Förderband (25) enthalten.
  4. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher die Mittel (23), durch welche ein Teppich (24) von Tabak geformt und zugeführt wird, ein Förderband (25) enthalten, sowie ein Schüttelbrett (27), eingesetzt zwischen dem Förderband (25) und den abfallenden Fördermitteln (29).
  5. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 4, bei welcher die abfallenden Fördermittel (29) eine geneigte Fläche (35) enthalten.
  6. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 4, bei welcher die abfallenden Fördermittel (29) einen im wesentlichen vertikalen Kanal (30) enthalten.
  7. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 4, bei welcher die abfallenden Fördermittel (29) einen Kanal mit Wänden enthalten, die mit einem Zickzackprofil (36) versehen sind.
  8. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 5 bis 7, bei welcher ein unteres Ende der abfallenden Fördermittel (29) mit einer Leitung (33) in Verbindung steht, durch welche die Fremdkörper ausgestossen werden.
  9. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 8, bei welcher die abfallenden Fördermittel (29) und der Ausgangskanal (22) durch einen Abschnitt (32) miteinander verbunden sind, übereinstimmend mit einer Lüftungsöffnung (31a), die Teil der Mittel (31) bildet, durch welche ein Luftstrom erzeugt wird.
  10. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 9, bei welcher der Ausgangskanal (22) ein aufsteigender Kanal und der Verbindungsabschnitt (32) eine Krümmung ist.
  11. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 10, bei welcher die Trennvorrichtung (18) aus einer Einheit oder aus einem Bauteil (19) besteht, installierbar entlang dem Zuführkanal (4), welcher den geschredderten Tabak (3) leitet.
  12. Maschine nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 11, bei welcher die Trennvorrichtung (18) einen ersten, den geschredderten Tabak (3) vorschiebenden Zuführabschnitt (20) enthält, entlang welchem der durch den Zuführkanal (4) erzeugte pneumatische Druck entaktiviert ist, und einen zweiten Zuführabschnitt (21), entlang welchem derselbe pneumatische Druck wiederhergestellt ist.
  13. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 12, bei welcher der erste Abschnitt (20) der Trennvorrichtung aus den Mitteln (23) zum Formen und Zuführen eines Teppichs (24) von Tabak und aus den abfallenden Fördermitteln (29) besteht.
  14. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 12, bei welcher der zweite Abschnitt (21) durch den Ausgangskanal (22) gebildet ist.
