Claims (10)
- System für den elektrischen Anschluss und die Befestigung mindestens eines plattenförmigen elektrischen Leiters (1) an einem Trägerstück (2), das mit einem Stift (3) versehen ist, der dafür ausgestaltet ist, in ein entsprechendes Loch (4) des Leiters (1) einzugreifen und mit einer Mutter (5) zum Andrücken des Leiters (1) an das Trägerstück (2) zusammenzuarbeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine ringförmige Abstandshülse (6) aus elektrisch leitendem Werkstoff mit dem Leiter (1) auf der Seite dieses Leiters zusammengesetzt ist, die dem Trägerstück (2) zugewandt ist, und dadurch, dass die Mutter (5) auf der anderen Seite des Leiters (1) angeordnet ist und mit einer Abstandshülse (6) durch Haltemittel (5a) zusammengesetzt ist, die die Drehung der Mutter relativ zur Abstandshülse erlauben, und mit einem bestimmten Weg der axialen Verschiebung der Mutter (5) relativ zu dieser Abstandshülse (6) zwischen einer vom Leiter entfernten Montagestellung (Fig. 1, 2) und einer Andrückstellung an diesem anliegend (Fig. 3), um das Ansetzen und dann Andrücken des Leiters an das Trägerstück zu erleichtern.
- System nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loch des Leiters (4) eine allgemein längliche Form hat, um sein Zentrieren auf dem Stift zu erleichtern.
- System nach den Patentansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Halten der Mutter (5) auf der Abstandshülse (6) die Form einer röhrenförmigen Hülse (5a) der Mutter haben, die dafür ausgelegt ist, in das Loch des Leiters (4) zu ragen und deren freies Ende mit Anschlagmitteln (5b) versehen ist, die dafür ausgestaltet sind, mit komplementären Anschlagmitteln (6a) der Abstandshülse (6) zusammenzuarbeiten.
- System nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagsmittel des Endes der Hülse (5a) mindestens einen auskragenden Teil (5b) umfassen und dadurch, dass die komplementären Anschlagmittel der Abstandshülse mindestens einen entsprechenden Rand (6a) umfassen.
- System nach den Patentansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Halten der Mutter (5) auf der Abstandshülse (6) hakenförmige Klauen umfassen, die dafür ausgestaltet sind, in das entsprechende Loch (4) des Leiters einzugreifen, und dafür, mit komplementären Anschlagmitteln (6a) dieser Abstandshülse (6) zusammenzuarbeiten.
- System nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandshülse (6) auf ihrer dem Leiter (1) zugewandten Seite Mittel in Form einer Gleitschiene (6b) zu dessen Aufnahme aufweist, die einen bestimmten Weg der Querverschiebung der Abstandshülse und der Mutter relativ zum Leiter erlaubt, um sein Zentrieren auf dem Stift zu erleichtern.
- System nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerstück (2) in Höhe des Stiftes (3) ein Verstärkungsteil (2b) aufweist.
- System nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerstück (2) aus einem anderen Leiter besteht.
- System nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerstück (2) aus einem elektrischen Bauteil besteht.
- System nach irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerstück (2) aus einer elektrischen Anschlussplatte besteht.
