Claims (4)
- Dichtungs- und Dämpfungssystem für Turbinenschaufeln, deren Schaufelplattformen über Dichtungs- und Dämpfungselemente gekoppelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungs- und Dämpfungselemente als einstückige, flache, entsprechend der Krümmung der Schaufelplattform (2) in einer oder zwei Ebenen gekrümmte Dichtungs- und Dämpfungsstreifen (7) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils einer an einer Unterseite der Schaufelplattform als flache, schräg nach oben auf die Seitenfläche (9) der jeweils benachbarten Schaufelplattform (2') gerichtete Ausnehmung ausgebildeten Plattformtasche (4) zugeordnet sind, und die unter der Wirkung der Zentrifugalkraft zur Abdichtung und zur reibungsbedingten Dämpfung der axialen und tangentialen Schaufelschwingungen mit ihrer oberen Kontaktfläche (7a) vollflächig an einer Taschenfläche (10) der Plattformtasche (4) anliegen und mit ihrer Längsseite (7b) die Seitenfläche (9) der jeweils benachbarten Schaufelplattform (4') kontaktieren.
- Dichtungs- und Dämpfungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattformtasche (4) Haltemittel in Form von Haltestegen (5) oder -nuten zum Halten des Dichtungs- und Dämpfungsstreifen (7) in der zur Wirkung der Zentrifugalkräfte entgegengesetzten Richtung zugeordnet sind.
- Dichtungs- und Dämpfungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Größe der reibungsbedingten Schwingungsdämpfung über den Reibungskoeffizienten der Schaufelplattform (2, 2') und/oder des Dichtungs- und Dämpfungsstreifens (7) eingestellt ist.
- Dichtungs- und Dämpfungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Stirnseite des Dichtungs- und Dehnungsstreifens (7) ein Dichtungsdraht (8) angeformt ist, der in einer Dichtungstasche (6) der Schaufelplattform (2) angeordnet ist.
