Claims (20)
- Sicherheitsumhüllung (31) für Behälter für brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie Kanister, Faß und dergleichen mit mindestens einer Einfüllund/ oder Entnahmeöffnung (32), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Umhüllung mindestens teilweise elektrisch leitend ausgestaltet ist und daßdie Umhüllung mindestens ein Mittel zur Ableitung elektrischer Ladung oder ein Mittel (30) zur Anbringung eines solchen Ableitungsmittels aufweist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit mindestens einer elektrisch leitenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im wesentlichen aus einem wellpappeartigen Material gefertigt ist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung im wesentlichen aus Graphit besteht.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung im wesentlichen aus einem leitfähigen Kunststoff besteht.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung im wesentlichen aus einem Metall besteht.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung auf der im Gebrauchszustand außenliegenden Oberfläche der Umhüllung aufgebracht ist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Mittel zur Ableitung elektrischer Ladung um einen an der Umhüllung angebrachten elektrischen Leiter handelt.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Mittel zur Anbringung eines Ableitungsmittels um ein mechanisches Verbindungselement handelt.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem mechanischen Verbindungselement (30) um einen Druckknopf, insbesondere um einen metallischen Druckknopf, handelt.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mechanische Verbindungselement, insbesondere der metallische Druckknopf, elektrisch leitend mit der Sicherheitsumhüllung verbunden ist, insbesondere derart in diese eingenietet ist, daß ein leitender Kontakt zwischen dem mechanischen Verbindungselement und einer elektrisch leitenden Beschichtung besteht.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Verformungshilfen, insbesondere Falzungen (6-9, 11, 16-18, 22-25), aufweist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem im wesentlichen flachen, vorzugsweise zusammenklappbaren Zuschnitt (Z) zu einer räumlichen Einheit aufklappbar ist.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Zuschnitt vorliegt und dieser Zuschnitt (Z) mit Aussparungen (19, 20, 21) versehen ist, die im Gebrauchszustand Durchlässe in der Sicherheitsumhüllung für die an den Behältern vorgesehenen Einfüll- und/oder Entnahmeöffnungen und andere übliche Einrichtungen wie Tragegriffe und dergleichen bilden.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie den Behälter im Gebrauchszustand nur teilweise umschließt.
- Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im wesentlichen aus einem am Behälter im Gebrauchszustand, vorzugsweise horizontal umlaufenden, manschettenartigen Abschnitt und einem an den manschettenartigen Abschnitt einteilig angeformten, vorzugsweise umklappbaren, schlaufenartigen Abschnitt, der mindestens die Einfüll- und/oder die Entnahmeöffnung und vorzugsweise auch einen Tragegriff (39) des Behälters umschließt, besteht.
- Behälter (B) für brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie Kanister, Faß und dergleichen mit mindestens einer Einfüll- und/oder Entnahmeöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfüll- und/oder Entnahmeöffnung derart ausgestaltet ist, daß eine Einfüll- und/oder Entnahmevorrichtung aufbringbar, insbesondere aufschraubbar ist/sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfüll- und/oder Entnahmevorrichtung elektrisch leitend ist/sind.
- Zuschnitt zur Herstellung einer Sicherheitsumhüllung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als Verkaufseinheit vorliegt, insbesondere in verpackter Form.
