Claims (8)
- Maschine zum Herstellen einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn aus einer Faserstoffsuspension oder zum Veredeln oder Weiterverarbeiten der Faserstoffbahn (1, 27)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Maschine mindestens eine Anordnung (9, 28) zum Aufbringen von mindestens zwei in Längsrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Markierungen auf die Faserstoffbahn (1, 27) und eine in Bahnlaufrichtung der Faserstoffbahn (1, 27) der Anordnung (9, 28) nachgeordnete, insbesondere berührungslose, Messeinrichtung (10; 37, 41, 51, 54, 60, 61) zum Messen des Abstands der Markierungen angebracht ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (28) in einem Siebformer (25) oder in einer Pressenpartie (29) der Maschine zum Herstellen der Faserstoffbahn (27) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein weiteres Messmittel (12, 14, 17, 18, 19) zum Messen der Länge eines Abschnitts der Faserstoffbahn in der Maschine vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Messmittel ein Mittel zur berührungslosen Messung, ein Drehgeber (14), eine Triggereinrichtung, eine an einer Walze angebrachte Messeinrichtung, insbesondere ein Encoder, oder eine Einrichtung zur Messung eines Antriebssignals ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vergleichsmittel zum Vergleichen der von der Messeinrichtung (10; 37, 41, 51, 54, 60, 61) und von dem weiteren Messmittel (12, 14, 17, 18, 19) gemessenen Messwerte, insbesondere ein Steuerungsrechner (15, 20), vorhanden ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Auswerteeinheit (21) zum Auswerten der von dem Vergleichsmittel, insbesondere dem Steuerungsrechner (15, 20), gewonnenen Messwerte über die Dehnung während der Herstellung der Faserstoffbahn (1, 27) und zur Speicherung der gewonnenen Daten umfasst. - Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (21) mit einem weiteren Steuerungsrechner (20) verbunden ist, der in einer weiteren, insbesondere auch offline zu der Maschine arbeitenden Prozesseinheit (16) angeordnet oder dieser zugeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messwerte über die Dehnung bei der Weiterverarbeitung der Faserstoffbahn (1, 27) in zumindest einem nachfolgenden offline Prozessschritt, wie bspw. Kalandrierung und / oder Coaten und / oder Wickeln Berücksichtigung finden.
