  • the printed fabric 40 When advancing, the printed fabric 40 is fed in the chamber 1 by the supporting roller 8, it is supported in a folded arrangement F by the rods 20 passing through the conveyor upper branch 16, said conveyor being advanced in a continuous way in a conventional way. At the end of said upper branch 16 the fabric is drawn, always in a conventional way, and discharged from the steaming chamber through the opening 7. Along the successive branches 19 and 18 of the conveyor chains 10, 11 the rods move in a suspended condition and under this condition they are lifted along the front ascending branches 18 of said chains 10, 11.
  • cranks 35 of the control levers 34 contact the curved edges 32 and the interrupted profile 31 of the plates 30 preventing the rods 20 from remaining in the suspending condition kept in the vertical tract and they cause the arms 24 to rotate in order to bring said rods 20 from a hung configuration to a suspended configuration.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour former des plis de tissu dans une machine destinée à traiter des tissus imprimés pliés, ladite machine comportant :
    une chambre de traitement de tissu (1), munie d'une entrée (6) et d'une sortie (7) du tissu (40), un rouleau (8) pour supporter et acheminer le tissu supporté dans ladite chambre (1) étant agencé en correspondance avec l'entrée (6),
    un convoyeur (T) du tissu dans ladite chambre (1), comportant un couple de chaînes sans fin (10, 11) situées à proximité des parois latérales (2, 3) de ladite chambre (1), chaque chaîne ayant un brin actif ou avançant (16) des chaînes (10, 11) s'étendant entre ladite entrée (6) et ladite sortie (7),
    une pluralité de tiges de support de tissus (20), chaque tige ayant ses extrémités supportées de manière rotative par lesdites chaînes (10, 11),
    des moyens (24, 30, 31, 32) pour commander la rotation desdites tiges (20) à partir d'une position suspendue sur lesdites chaînes (10, 11) se déplaçant verticalement, jusqu'à une position située au-dessus desdites chaînes (10, 11) se déplaçant horizontalement, lesdits moyens (24, 30, 31, 32) comportant un bras (24) ayant les extrémités articulées sur une extrémité de l'une desdites tiges (20) et sur un maillon de la chaîne correspondante (10, 11) respectivement, et une plaque mise en forme (30) coopérant avec ledit bras (24) pour mettre en rotation ladite tige (20) depuis la position suspendue jusqu'à la position située au-dessus desdites chaînes (10, 11),
    lesdits moyens (24, 30, 31, 32) coopérant avec des moyens (33) empêchant le tissu de glisser pendant un temps suffisant pour la progression d'une quantité de tissu (60) telle qu'elle provoque la descente de celui-ci par gravité de manière à former un pli ouvert (Fi) entre deux tiges consécutives (20),
    caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (24) comporte, à partir du côté opposé dudit maillon, un levier de commande (34) muni d'une manivelle cylindrique (35) qui, coulissant contre le profil de ladite plaque (30), amène à tourner un axe (25), reliant ledit levier de commande (34) audit bras (24) à travers ladite chaîne, et, en conséquence, le bras (24) et la tige correspondante (20) montée sur celui-ci.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour empêcher le tissu de glisser comportent un jet de fluide comprimé (33) à proximité dudit rouleau (8) destiné à supporter et acheminer le tissu.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit convoyeur comporte deux chaînes et en ce que chaque chaîne (10, 11) est supportée par des roues dentées (12, 13, 14, 15) ayant un axe horizontal, une roue (15) de celles-ci définissant la transition depuis un brin avant montant (18) vers un brin avançant horizontal (16) de la chaîne correspondante (10, 11).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue (26) est montée à l'extrémité de chaque tige (20), ladite roue (26) étant adaptée pour venir en contact avec des rails supérieurs rectilignes (28) s'étendant au-dessus des brins actifs (16) desdites chaînes (10, 11) et parallèlement à ceux-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque (30) est formée selon un profil inférieur ayant une étendue initiale arrondie (32) s'étendant à proximité du brin montant (18) de chaque chaîne (10, 11).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil inférieur de ladite plaque (30) comporte un profil interrompu (31) suivant ledit profil arrondi (32) dans la direction de progression dudit convoyeur, ledit profil interrompu (31) étant adapté pour amener ledit bras (24) sur lequel ladite tige (20) est supportée, à se renverser.
  7. Machine de passage à la vapeur d'un tissu plié, caractérisée en ce qu'elle incorpore un dispositif pour former les plis dans le tissu fabriqué selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
