Abstract

Eine Leuchtstofflampen-Haltefeder (6) ist insbesondere zur Abstützung und Lagerung des freien Endes einer einseitig gesockelten Leuchtstofflampe vorgesehen. Die Haltefeder ist als Blech-Stanz-Biegeteil einstückig ausgebildet und besteht vollständig und nahtlos aus ein und demselben Material. Ihre besondere Formgebung gestattet vielfältigen Einsatz und saubere Abstützung der Leuchtstofflampe bei axialer Verschiebbarkeit derselben. Außerdem lässt sich die Haltefeder (6) besonders einfach aus einem Blechstück mit im Wesentlichen gleichmäßiger Dicke und rechteckigem Umriss herstellen. Alle Funktionsteile und -bereiche werden durch Freistellen von Federzungen und Ausbiegen derselben erzeugt. Verbindungsschenkel zwischen einem der Leuchtstofflampe (3) zugeordneten Lampenhalteabschnitt (9) und einem Befestigungsabschnitt bilden einen ringförmigen Bereich, der durch eine Crimpverbindung (29, 31, 32) formschlüssig geschlossen ist. Die Crimp- oder Sickenverbindung ist in einem Stanzbiegevorgang automatisiert hergestellt.
