Abstract
Eine Leuchtstofflampen-Haltefeder (6) ist insbesondere zur Abstützung und Lagerung des freien Endes einer einseitig gesockelten Leuchtstofflampe vorgesehen. Die Haltefeder ist als Blech-Stanz-Biegeteil einstückig ausgebildet und besteht vollständig und nahtlos aus ein und demselben Material. Ihre besondere Formgebung gestattet vielfältigen Einsatz und saubere Abstützung der Leuchtstofflampe bei axialer Verschiebbarkeit derselben. Außerdem lässt sich die Haltefeder (6) besonders einfach aus einem Blechstück mit im Wesentlichen gleichmäßiger Dicke und rechteckigem Umriss herstellen. Alle Funktionsteile und -bereiche werden durch Freistellen von Federzungen und Ausbiegen derselben erzeugt. Verbindungsschenkel zwischen einem der Leuchtstofflampe (3) zugeordneten Lampenhalteabschnitt (9) und einem Befestigungsabschnitt bilden einen ringförmigen Bereich, der durch eine Crimpverbindung (29, 31, 32) formschlüssig geschlossen ist. Die Crimp- oder Sickenverbindung ist in einem Stanzbiegevorgang automatisiert hergestellt. A fluorescent lamp retaining spring (6) is provided in particular for supporting and supporting the free end of a single-ended fluorescent lamp. The retaining spring is integrally formed as a sheet metal stamped and bent part and consists completely and seamlessly of the same material. Their special shape allows diverse use and clean support of the fluorescent lamp with axial displacement of the same. In addition, the retaining spring (6) can be particularly easily made of a piece of sheet metal with a substantially uniform thickness and rectangular outline. All functional parts and areas are created by releasing spring tongues and bending out the same. Connecting legs between one of the fluorescent lamp (3) associated lamp holding portion (9) and a fixing portion form an annular region which is positively closed by a crimped connection (29, 31, 32). The crimp or bead connection is produced automatically in a punch bending process.
