Gipsfaserbauplatte mit abgestufter Kantenausbildung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der vier Kanten ausgebildet ist als Kombination von a) einer asymmetrischen Stufenfalz und b) einer abgeschrägten, asymmetrischen Nut oder Feder. <IMAGE>

Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Gipsfaserbauplatte mit abgestufter Kantenausbildung. Gipsfaserbauplatten wurden bisher geliefert entweder in einer Stufenfalz oder aber mit Nut und Feder. Die Stufenfalz kann zwar genagelt oder getackert werden, jedoch nicht oder nur schlecht und unvollständig verklebt werden. Nut und Feder lassen sich zwar relativ gut verkleben, jedoch nicht oder nur sehr schlecht nageln oder tackern.
Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, die Vorteile der beiden Arten der Verbindung miteinander zu kombinieren und dabei die Nachteile zu vermeiden.
Diese Aufgabe wird jetzt dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens eine der vier Kanten ausgebildet ist als Kombination von
  • a) einer asymmetrischen Stufenfalz und
  • b) einer abgeschrägten, asymmetrischen Nut oder Feder.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Dicke der Stufenfalz 25 bis 40 % der gesamten Plattendicke. Demzufolge befindet sich in der abgeschrägten, asymmetrischen Nut gute 75 bis 60 % der gesamten Plattendicke.
    Vorzugsweise besitzt die Nut eine Tiefe, die 25 bis 35 % der Tiefe der Stufenfalz beträgt.
    Die neuen Gipsfaserbauplatten können entweder alle vier Kanten als Nut oder alle vier Kanten als Feder ausgebildet sein. Besonders bevorzugt sind Bauplatten bei denen jeweils zwei Kanten als Nut und zwei andere Kanten als Feder ausgestaltet sind. Die neue Gipsfaserbauplatte mit abgestufter Kantenausbildung lässt sich problemlos nageln oder tackern. Die neue Ausgestaltung von Nut und Feder führen zu einer gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Klebers und somit zu einer besseren Verklebung als übliche Ausgestaltung von Nut und Feder. Insbesondere bei der Verklebung mit Polyurethan-Klebern die durch Feuchtigkeit aufschäumen führen bei der neuen Kantenausbildung zu einer guten großflächigen und stabilen Verklebung ohne dass ein Teil des Polyuretahnschaums seitlich austritt und damit die Oberfläche verunreinigt. Der Bereich der Stufenfalz ist bei der neuen Kantenausbildung so groß und stabil ausgebildet, dass in diesem Bereich problemlos genagelt oder getackert werden kann.
    Die Untersuchung der neuen abgestuften Kantenausbildung im getackerten und verklebten Zustand hat zu dem überraschenden Ergebnis geführt, dass bei einer zu prüfenden F-60 Wand im Bereich der neuen Kantenausbildung für die Feuerbeständigkeit nicht die erwarteten Werte von 60 Minuten sondern Werte von mehr als 90 Minuten bis nahezu 120 Minuten erreicht wurden.
    In den anliegenden Figuren 1 und 2 sind zwei Ausführungsformen der neuen Kantenausbildung im Maßstab 2:1 dargestellt. Figur 1 zeigt die Ausführungsform bei einer Gipsfaserbauplatte der Stärke 16mm und Figur 2 die neue Kantenausbildung bei einer Gipsfaserbauplatte von 19mm Stärke. Es ist klar zu erkennen, dass es sich hierbei nur um bevorzugte Ausführungsformen handelt. Dieses Prinzip der Kantenausbildung kann ohne weiteres auch zur Anwendung kommen bei unterschiedlichen Stärken der Gipsfaserbauplatte. Weiterhin können selbstverständlich die Dimensionen von Stufenfalz einerseits und Nut/Feder andererseits variiert werden, wobei jedoch die Dimensionsgrenzen vorzugsweise in dem oben genannten Bereichen liegen.

    Claims (6)

    1. Gipsfaserbauplatte mit abgestufter Kantenausbildung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der vier Kanten ausgebildet ist als Kombination von
      a) einer asymmetrischen Stufenfalz und
      b) einer abgeschrägten, asymmetrischen Nut oder Feder.
    2. Gipsfaserbauplatte gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Stufenfalz 25 bis 40 % der gesamten Plattendicke beträgt und demzufolge sich die abgeschrägte, asymmetrische Nut in 75 bis 60 % der gesamten Plattendicke befindet.
    3. Gipsfaserbauplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut eine Tiefe, die 25 bis 35 % der Tiefe der Stufenfalz beträgt.
    4. Gipsfaserbauplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder alle vier Kanten als Nut oder alle vier Kanten als Feder ausgebildet sind.
    5. Gipsfaserbauplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Kanten als Nut und die zwei anderen Kanten als Feder ausgestaltet sind.
    6. Verfahren zum Verlegen von Gipsfaserbauplatten nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gipsfaserbauplatten im Bereich der Stufenfalze
      geklebt und
      getackert oder genagelt
      werden.
