Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Zuschnitten zu einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit wenigstens einer Riemenführung (30, 130, 230), wobei die Riemenführung (30, 130, 230) auf wenigstens einer Traverse (14) seitlich zur Transportrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist, und mit einem umlaufenden Einzugsriemen (35, 135, 235), zum Abtransport von Zuschnitten von einem Stapel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenführung (130, 230) Rollen (132, 133, 136, 137, 232, 233, 236, 237) aufweist, um die der Einzugsriemen (135, 235) gespannt ist, und wobei die Rollen (132, 133, 136, 137, 232, 233, 236, 237) derart auf der Riemenführung (130, 230) angeordnet sind, dass die Fläche, die das Riemeninnere umschließt von keiner Traverse (14) durchstoßen wird. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (132, 133, 136, 137, 232, 233, 236, 237) fliegend gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Einzugsriemen (135, 235) der Vorrichtung einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (20) aufweisen, der über eine Antriebswelle (24), die sich parallel zu der wenigstens einen Traverse (14) erstreckt, die einzelnen Einzugsriemen (135, 235) antreibt, und wobei die Antriebswelle (24) ebenfalls die Fläche, die das Riemeninnere umschließt, nicht durchstößt. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebsscheibe (224) an der Antriebswelle angeordnet ist, wobei die Antriebsscheibe (224) vermittels eines Getriebes (226, 227) den Antrieb (20) auf wenigstens eine der Rollen (132, 133, 136, 137, 232, 233, 236, 237), die innerhalb der vom Einzugsriemen (135, 235) umschlossenen Fläche angeordnet ist überträgt, um den Einzugsriemen (135, 235) anzutreiben. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebsscheibe (124) an der Antriebswelle (24) angeordnet ist, wobei die Antriebsscheibe (124) in Kontakt mit der Riemenaußenseite steht, um den Einzugsriemen (135, 235) anzutreiben, insbesondere mittels eines Zahnriemens. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzugsriemen (135, 235) auf diesen Zahnriemen aufgebracht ist, insbesondere aufgeklebt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsscheibe (124, 224) einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als die Rollen (132, 133, 136, 137, 232, 233, 236, 237) der Riemenführung (130, 230). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Einzugsriemen (135, 235) um einen Zahnriemen oder einen Flachriemen handelt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenführung (130, 230) eine exzentrisch gelagerte Einschnürrolle (138) umfasst, vermittels der die Riemenspannung einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (10) wenigstens zwei der Riemenführungen (130, 230) aufweist, wobei der Aufbau der wenigstens zwei Riemenführungen (130, 230) im Wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch zur Transportrichtung ist, insbesondere die Antriebsräder (124, 224) jeweils auf der von der Mittellinie der Vorrichtung (10) abgewandten Seite angeordnet sind.
