Abstract

Bei einem Griffelement für Möbel und dergleichen, das über Halteblöcke (2), die zur Aufnahme einer Schraube mit einer Durchgangsbohrung (5) versehen sind, mit dem Möbel verbunden wird, und in Flucht mit der Durchgangsbohrung (5) liegend eine Gewindebohrung aufweist, ist an dem dem Griffelelement (1) zugewandten Ende (8) der Durchgangsbohrung (5) ein Fortsatz (9) vorgesehen, der mindestens einen radialen Vorsprung (10) aufweist, wobei dem Fortsatz (9) in dem Griffelement eine Ausnehmung zugeordnet ist, der sich die demgegenüber einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweisende Gewindebohrung anschließt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Griffelelement für Möbel und dergleichen, das über Halteblöcke, die zur Aufnahme einer Schraube mit einer Durchgangsbohrung versehen sind, mit dem Möbel verbunden wird, und in Flucht mit der Durchgangsbohrung liegend eine Gewindebohrung aufweist.
Möbelgriffe, insbesondere sogenannte Stangengriffe, sind in mannigfacher Ausführungsform bekannt und werden häufig als Schrank- und Schubladengriffe eingesetzt. Die Griffe werden hierbei auf Halteblöcken oder Abstands- bzw. Befestigungsfüßen angeordnet, die ihrerseits dann mittels einer das Schranktürblatt oder die Schubladenfrontplatte durchsetzenden Schraube befestigt werden.
Je nach Länge der Stangengriffe wird zusätzlich zu den an ihren äußeren Enden vorgesehenen Halteblöcken noch ein Halteblock in ihrer Mitte angeordnet.
In jedem Fall muß aber gewährleistet sein, dass sich zwischen den einzelnen Halteblöcken der Stangengriffe ein ausreichend großer Abstand zum Eingriff befindet, was bei einer großen, nicht abgestützten Länge der Stangengriffe zu einem Spielraum zwischen dem Stangengriff und den mit ihm verschraubten Halteblöcken führt. Aufgrund des Spielraumes zwischen der Verschraubung "arbeitet" der Stangengriff auf dem Halteblock, wodurch einerseits durch Verwindung und Bewegung die Oberfläche angegriffen wird und andererseits ein solcher nicht fest gefügter Stangengriff einen instabilen und minderwertigen Eindruck hinterlässt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Befestigung von Möbelgriffen der eingangs genannten Art zu verbessern.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass an dem dem Griffelement zugewandten Ende der Durchgangsbohrung ein Fortsatz vorgesehen ist, der mindestens einen radialen Vorsprung aufweist, und dem Fortsatz in dem Griffelelement eine Ausnehmung zugeordnet ist, der sich die demgegenüber einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweisende Gewindebohrung anschließt. Damit wird vorteilhaft erreicht, dass beim Zusammenfügen des Griffelementes mit dem Halteblock mittels einer Gewindeschraube der Fortsatz in die Ausnehmung des Griffelementes eingreift. Das heißt, das Griffelement passt sich mit seiner komplementären Ausnehmung an den Fortsatz an, weil sich der radiale Vorsprung beim Festschrauben verformt und in die Ausnehmung des Griffelelementes eindrückt, so dass eine insgesamt auf das Griffelement ausgeübte Kraft von der vorliegenden, durch den mindestens einen sich verformenden Vorsprung erreichten Einpreßverbindung und nicht mehr von der Verbindungsschraube aufgenommen wird.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung ist der Fortsatz domartig ausgebildet und ist vorzugsweise mit drei umfangsverteilt im gleichen Winkelmaß voneinander angeordneten Vorsprüngen versehen. Alternativ könnte der Fortsatz prismatisch, rhombenartig oder dergleichen mehrkantig sein, wobei die Ecken bzw. Kanten jeweils die Vorsprünge bereitstellen.
Die Konusverbindung, insbesondere dabei die Selbsthemmung des domartigen Fortsatzes lässt sich weiterhin verbessern, wenn der Fortsatz einen Konuswinkel (α) von 5° aufweist.
Ein Vorschlag der Erfindung sieht vor, dass am Fuß des Fortsatzes Freischneidungen vorgesehen sind. Diese ermöglichen es, sich beim Herstellen der Verbindung eventuell abschälendes Material aufzufangen.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der ein in den Figuren dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung mit hier einem Dom als Fortsatz näher erläutert wird. Hierbei zeigen:

In der Figur 1 ist ein als Griffelement ausgebildeter Stangengriff 1 dargestellt, der sowohl an seinen beiden äußeren Enden als auch in der Mitte mit einem Halteblock 2, jeweils zur Verbindung mit einem hier nicht dargestellten Schranktürblatt, einer Schubladenfrontplatte oder dergleichen Objekt, versehen ist.
Die Halteblöcke 2 weisen gemäß Figur 2a ausgehend von ihrer dem Objekt zugewandten Außenseite 3 zwei - je nach Abmessung kann eine ausreichend sein - Gewindebohrungen 4 auf, über die die Halteblöcke 2 mittels beispw. das Schranktürblatt durchsetzenden Schrauben an diesem befestigt werden.
Im Mittenabstand zwischen den Gewindebohrungen 4 ist eine Durchgangsbohrung 5 angeordnet, die an ihrem außenseitigen Ende 6 eine im Durchmesser vergrößerte Aufnahmebohrung 7 zum Eintauchen eines Schraubenkopfes aufweist, während an dem dem Stangengriff 1 zugewandten Ende 8 der Durchgangsbohrung 5 ein domärtiger, konischer Fortsatz 9 angeformt ist. Der domartige Fortsatz 9 bzw. Kegelstumpf ist mit drei umfangsverteilt im gleichen Winkelmaß voneinander beabstandeten Vorsprüngen 10 versehen (vgl. hierzu Figur 2a, 2b, 3). Dem domartigen Fortsatz 9 ist in dem gemäß Figur 4 gezeigten, im Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem rechteckigen Hohlprofil gefertigten Stangengriff 100 eine komplementäre Ausnehmung 11 zugeordnet, der sich eine Gewindebohrung 12 anschließt.
Um den quadratischen - oder alternativ runden, ovalen oder dergl. - Stangengriff 100 mit den Halteblöcken 2 zu verschrauben, wird eine ein Gewinde aufweisende Schraube durch die Durchgangsbohrung 5 des Halteblocks 2 gesteckt und mit ihren Gewindegängen in die Gewindebohrung 12 des Stangengriffs 100 eingeschraubt. Beim Festschrauben findet dann der Stangengriff 100 mit seiner ausnehmungsseitigen Fläche 13 Anlage an der Innenseite 14 des Halteblockes 2, während der domartige Fortsatz 9 in die Ausnehmung 11 eingreift, wobei die Vorsprünge 10 verformt und in die Innenwand 15 der Ausnehmung 11 gepresst werden. Dem Fortsatz 9 sind an seinem Fußende Freischneidungen 16 (vgl. Fig. 2a), z.B. Nuten oder Rillen, zugeordnet, die sich eventuell abschälendes Material auffangen.
Die kraftschlüssige Konusverbindung, wobei der domartige Fortsatz 9 vorzugsweise einen Konuswinkel (α) von 5° aufweist, nimmt hierbei auf den Stangengriff 100 und die Halteblöcke 2 einwirkende Kräfte auf, so dass die ansonsten nur vorliegende Schraubverbindung praktisch entlastet und der Stangengriff 100 bewegungssicher arretiert wird.

Claims (5)

  1. Griffelement (1) für Möbel und dergleichen, das über Halteblöcke (2), die zur Aufnahme einer Schraube mit einer Durchgangsbohrung (5) versehen sind, mit dem Möbel verbunden wird, und in Flucht mit der Durchgangsbohrung (5) liegend eine Gewindebohrung (12) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem dem Griffelelement (1) zugewandten Ende (8) der Durchgangsbohrung (5) ein Fortsatz (9) vorgesehen ist, der mindestens einen radialen Vorsprung (10) aufweist, und dem Fortsatz (9) in dem Griffelement (1) eine Ausnehmung (11) zugeordnet ist, der sich die demgegenüber einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweisende Gewindebohrung (12) anschließt.
  2. Griffelement nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (9) domartig ausgebildet ist.
  3. Griffelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Fuß des Fortsatzes (9) Freischneidungen (16) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Griffelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    drei umfangsverteilt im gleichen Winkelmaß voneinander angeordnete Vorsprünge (10).
  5. Griffelement nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der domartige Fortsatz (9) mit einem Konuswinkel (α) von etwa 5° ausgebildet ist.
