Claims (10)
- Statischer Mischer für ein aushärtendes Mischgut aus fliessfähigen Komponenten, die beim Mischen zu einer sich verfestigenden Masse reagieren, welcher Mischer einen durch Spritzguss hergestellten Einbaukörper (1) und ein den Einbaukörper ummantelndes Rohr umfasst, wobei der Einbaukörper eine Kammerung durch eine Vielzahl von Mischkammern (2) aufweist, die Mischkammern - längs einer Rohrachse (10) hinter- sowie nebeneinander angeordnet - durch in Richtung der Rohrachse orientierte, radiale Längswände (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) sowie durch quer zur Rohrachse stehende Querwände (4a, 4b) gegen einander abgegrenzt sind, Durchbrüche (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) zwischen benachbarten Kammern in den radialen Längswänden für das Mischgut Ein- und Ausgänge herstellen und zwei in Richtung der Rohrachse sich erstreckende Aussenseiten, insbesondere zwei parallele äussere Längswände (6), erste Aussenseiten (6a) der Mischkammern bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens für einen Teil der Mischkammern ausgangsseitig jeweils eine Querwand (4b) und eine der ersten Aussenseiten (6a) einen mit Wandmaterial teilweise gefüllten Winkel einschliessen, dessen Füllung, nämlich die erste Winkelfüllung (7), eine konkave Oberfläche (7a) zum Innenraum der Mischkammer aufspannt, die konkav gekrümmt ist oder zusammen mit den Winkelflanken im Querschnitt einen konkaven Streckenzug bildet. - Statischer Mischer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischkammern (2) zwischen den ersten Aussenseiten (6a) jeweils eine zweite Aussenseite (6b) haben, die zumindest teilweise offen und dort vom Rohr begrenzt ist, dass mindestens für einen Teil der Mischkammern eingangseitig jeweils eine Querwand (4a) und die zweite Aussenseite einen mit Wandmaterial teilweise gefüllten Winkel einschliessen, dessen Füllung, nämlich die zweite Winkelfüllung (8), eine konkave Oberfläche (8a) zum Innenraum der Mischkammer aufspannt, die konkav gekrümmt ist oder zusammen mit den Winkelflanken im Querschnitt einen konkaven Streckenzug bildet.
- Statischer Mischer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konkaven Oberflächen (7a, 8a) jeweils an einer Grenzlinie (7b) zu einem ebenen Flächenteil (4b') der Querwand (4b) übergehen und diese Grenzlinie in einem mittleren Streifen der Querwand liegt, wobei dieser Streifen das mittlere Drittel der Querwand auf deren Innenseiten belegt.
- Statischer Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konkave Oberfläche (7a, 8a) zumindest angenähert Teil eines Kreiszylinders ist, dessen Achse in einer senkrecht zur Rohrachse (10) stehenden Ebene liegt.
- Statischer Mischer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konkaven Oberflächen (7a, 8a) jeweils mit glattem Verlauf in ebene Flächenteile (4b') der Querwände (4b) und/oder in Ebenen übergehen, auf denen die Aussenseiten (6a, 6b) der Mischkammern (2) liegen.
- Statischer Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Aussenseite (6b) der Mischkammer (2) durch die zweite Winkelfüllung (8) im Bereich einer Zone abgedeckt ist, deren Fläche gleich gross wie die Durchbruchsfläche des Eingangs (5a) ist, der an die Querwand (4a) angrenzt.
- Statischer Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und/oder zweiten Winkelfüllungen (7, 8) zumindest teilweise verschieden gross sind.
- Statischer Mischer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Winkelfüllung gleich gross oder kleiner als die entsprechende stromabwärts folgenden Winkelfüllungen ist.
- Statischer Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnitte des Rohrs und entsprechend jener des Einbaukörpers (1) rechteckig oder kreisförmig sind.
- Verwendung des statischen Mischers gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zum Mischen eines aushärtenden Mischguts aus fliessfähigen Komponenten, die beim Mischen zu einer sich verfestigenden Masse reagieren, wobei unter einem weitgehend konstant bleibenden oder getaktet variierenden Pressdruck, d.h. Druckabfall längs der Einbauten (1) des Mischers, kontinuierlich bzw. quasikontinuierlich gemischt wird und das Mischen unterbrochen sowie der Mischer ausgewechselt wird, sobald eine Abgabe von Mischgut merklich kleiner wird oder eine Vergrösserung des Pressdrucks erforderlich wird.
