Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zur elektrischen Verbindung einer Stromgebereinrichtung (1) mit einer Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9), mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem die Stromgebereinrichtung (1) und/oder die Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) angeordnet sind, mit einer oder mit mehreren Kontaktsegmenten (6) versehenen Kontaktbrücke (4), wobei zur elektrischen Verbindung der Stromgebereinrichtung (1) mit der Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) die Kontaktbrücke (4) durch eine der beiden Einrichtungen (1,9) in eine Stellung bewegbar ist, in der die Stromgebereinrichtung (1) wenigstens ein Kontaktsegment (6) der Kontaktbrücke (4) und die Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) wenigstens ein Kontaktsegment (6) der Kontaktbrücke (4) kontaktiert, und wobei wenigstens ein Teil der Kontaktsegmente (6) der Kontaktbrücke (4) in elektrischem Kontakt nebeneinander, jedoch unabhängig voneinander einstellbar, mit Spiel in wenigstens einer Aussparung (5) der Kontaktbrücke (4) liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktbrücke (4) in dem Gehäuse (2) verschwenkbar oder verkippbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktbrücke (4) über eine Schwenkachse (3) in dem Gehäuse (2) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktsegmente (6) in einer gemeinsamen Aussparung (5) der Kontaktbrücke (4) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktbrücke (4) mit einer Rückhalteeinrichtung (7,8) versehen ist, die die Kontaktsegmente (6) in einer Ruheposition hält oder in diese bringt, in der die Kontaktsegmente (6) gegenüber der Stromgebereinrichtung (1) und/oder der Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) kontaktfrei sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Rückhalteeinrichtung (7,8) mit einer magnetischen Einrichtung versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die magnetische Einrichtung wenigstens einen Magneten (7) und ein magnetisierbares Teil (8) oder zwei Magnete aufweist, wobei eines der beiden Teile an der Kontaktbrücke (4) und das andere Teil an dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Rückhalteeinrichtung mit einer Federeinrichtung versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktbrücke (4) mit Mitnahmeeinrichtungen (16,17) für die Kontaktsegmente (6) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Mitnahmeeinrichtungen, Nasen, Noppen oder Rippen (17) aufweisen, die in Ausnehmungen (16) der Kontaktsegmente (6) mit Spiel ragen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktsegmente (6) mit Nasen, Noppen oder Rippen versehen sind, die mit Spiel in Ausnehmungen der Kontaktbrücke (4) ragen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) oder die Stromgebereinrichtung (1) in einer Führung (2a) des Gehäuses (2) geführt ist, wobei in einem Endbereich die Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) oder die Stromgebereinrichtung (1) die Kontaktsegmente (6) kontaktieren. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Führung in dem Gehäuse (2) eine Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Form aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktsegmente (6) als Lamellen in Kreisringsegmentform ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) und/oder die Stromgebereinrichtung (1) an ihren den Kontaktsegmenten (6) der Kontaktbrücke (4) zugewandten Enden mit Schrägen (11) versehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktsegmente (6) an den Kontaktstellen mit der Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) oder der Stromgebereinrichtung (1) sphärisch ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Kontaktbrücke (4) mit elastischen Anpressgliedern (15) für die Kontaktsegmente (6) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Anpressglieder (15) auf der von den Kontaktelementen (6) der Stromgebereinrichtung (1) und der Stromabnehmereinrichtung (9) abgewandten Seite der Kontaktsegmente (6) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Anpressglieder (15) als elastische in einem Spalt (14) zwischen den Kontaktsegmenten (6) und der Kontaktbrücke (4) angeordnete Dichtstreifen ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
die Anpressglieder als wenigstens ein elastisches zwischen den Kontaktsegmenten (6) und der Kontaktbrücke (4) angeordnetes Druckkissen ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
jeweils mindestens sechs Kontaktsegmente (6) eine Einheit bilden, die gemeinsam in einer Aussparung (5) der Kontaktbrücke (4) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22,
