Abstract
Description
L'objet de l'invention vise à proposer un nouveau chariot isotherme comportant :
- une enveloppe isolante accessible par au moins une porte et délimitant au moins un compartiment fermé muni intérieurement de moyens de support en position superposée de plateaux-repas,
- des moyens de production de froid à l'intérieur du compartiment comportant au moins un bac de réception de CO2 adapté pour refroidir un fluide réfrigérant,
- et des moyens de remise en température des plateaux-repas.
Claims (8)
- Chariot isotherme comportant :une enveloppe isolante (2) accessible par au moins une porte (3) et délimitant au moins un compartiment fermé (5) muni intérieurement de moyens (6) de support en position superposée de plateaux-repas,des moyens (10) de production de froid à l'intérieur du compartiment comportant au moins un bac de réception de CO2, adapté pour refroidir un fluide réfrigérant,et des moyens de remise en température des plateaux-repas,
- Chariot isotherme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un réservoir fermé (11) comporte une paroi (11 2 ) délimitant au moins une partie du bac (14) de réception et une paroi de diffusion (11 1 ) opposée délimitant au moins une partie du compartiment (5).
- Chariot isotherme selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux réservoirs (11) délimitant d'un côté, entre eux, un bac commun de réception (14) de CO2, l'autre côté de chacun des réservoirs (11) délimitant une partie de la hauteur du compartiment (5).
- Chariot isotherme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (11 2 ) délimitant le bac (14) de réception s'étend sensiblement horizontalement à la partie supérieure du chariot, la paroi de diffusion (11 1 ) formant au moins une partie de la paroi de dessus du compartiment.
- Chariot isotherme selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de diffusion (11 1 ) s'étend aussi verticalement pour former au moins une partie de la paroi verticale du compartiment.
- Chariot isotherme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque réservoir (11) contient de l'eau glycolée.
- Chariot isotherme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bac (14) de réception de CO2 solide sous forme de plaquettes ou de neige.
- Chariot isotherme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bac (14) de réception de CO2 solide est équipé d'un moyen de réglage de la sublimation du CO2 solide.
