Claims (13)
- Chariot pour la préservation et la distribution de denrées alimentaires, notamment pour la distribution de plateaux-repas dans des avions, comprenant une structure métallique (10) de forme générale parallélépipédique munie d'une porte dans sa paroi avant (14) et délimitant, d'une part, un logement (22) dans sa partie supérieure pour recevoir un bac amovible (24) adapté pour contenir un agent réfrigérant et, d'autre part, un compartiment (26) dans lequel sont disposées les denrées alimentaires, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les deux parois latérales (28, 30) de la structure métallique comportent chacune deux tôles de métal (31, 32) séparées par une couche (33) de matériau isolant, des canaux (34) de circulation de gaz étant délimités entre la tôle métallique (31) interne et le matériau isolant (33), qui sont ouverts à leurs parties supérieure et inférieure, et débouchent, respectivement, dans le logement supérieur (22) dans lequel se trouve le bac contenant l'agent réfrigérant, et dans la partie basse du compartiment (26) dans lequel sont disposées les denrées alimentaires.
- Chariot suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement (22) et le compartiment (26) sont séparés par une cloison (16) constituant un écran thermique.
- Chariot suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche (33) de matériau isolant comporte des nervures (36) qui sont en contact avec la tôle interne (31) et qui délimitent entre elles lesdits canaux (34).
- Chariot suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que des tasseaux verticaux sont prévus entre la tôle interne (31) et la couche (33) de matériau isolant.
- Chariot suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs de la tôle interne (31) et de la couche de matériau isolant (33) sont espacés de la paroi de fond du compartiment (26).
- Chariot suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux compartiments (44, 45) de réception des denrées alimentaires et deux logements (46, 47) recevant chacun un bac contenant l'agent réfrigérant, ces différents compartiments et logements étant séparés par des cloisons formant écran thermique.
- Installation de préservation et de distribution de denrées alimentaires, comprenant :un chariot de préservation et de distribution de denrées alimentaires conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ;un bac de réfrigération (24) adapté à être reçu dans le logement (22) dudit chariot ;une installation de rechargement du bac (24) en agent réfrigérant tel que de la neige carbonique, comprenant :i) un bâti (56) ;j) une source d'agent réfrigérant liquide ;k) des moyens distributeurs (52) de cet agent, comportant une buse d'injection (54), et des moyens de commande pour doser la quantité d'agent introduite dans le bac ;l) un réceptacle (58) adapté pour recevoir un bac et le positionner par rapport à la buse d'injection (54) ;m) un organe obturateur (60) pour fermer le bac pendant la phase d'injection ; etn) un circuit (64, 66, 68, 70) d'évacuation des gaz qui se dégagent au cours de cette même phase d'injection.
- Installation suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe obturateur est un couvercle (60) articulé le long d'un de ses côtés sur le bâti (56), et comportant sur son côté opposé des moyens de blocage en position de fermeture.
- Installation suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comprennent une patte (72) articulée à une extrémité sur le bâti, coopérant dans sa partie médiane avec un organe (66) solidaire du couvercle et munie à son autre extrémité de moyens de serrage amovibles (78-84).
- Installation suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'évacuation des gaz comprennent un conduit (64) s'étendant à partir de l'organe obturateur (60), et un tube (66) relié à une enceinte (57) elle même reliée à un réseau (70) d'extraction des gaz.
- Installation suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le tube (66) est fixé à l'organe obturateur (60) et relié au bâti par un coude souple (68).
- Installation suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le tube (66) est prolongé au delà du conduit (64) pour constituer un organe de retenue et de blocage du couvercle en position de fermeture.
- Installation suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte plusieurs postes juxtaposés de rechargement des bacs.
