Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour transporter une matière de revêtement dans une machine à enduire multiaxiale, à cycles automatiques, comprenant un dispositif d'application (3),
    dans lequel la matière de revêtement est amenée au dispositif d'application (3) par au moins une conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A, 5B) à l'intérieur de la machine à enduire et raccordée à un système d'alimentation, et
    dans lequel la matière de revêtement est transportée à travers une conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) qui passe entre la conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A, 5B) et le dispositif d'application (3) à travers l'espace intérieur d'une construction articulée (2) de la machine à enduire,
    caractérisé en ce que la matière de revêtement est transportée à travers la construction articulée (2) par la déformation d'un tuyau flexible (42), mis sous pression par un milieu sous pression, de la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B),
    dans lequel la matière de revêtement restant dans la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) après une opération d'enduction est repoussée jusque dans la conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A, 5B) par la déformation de la conduite de connexion, ou bien la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) est vidée en direction du dispositif d'application (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie extérieure d'un tuyau flexible intérieur (42) de la conduite de connexion (4A) est mise sous pression par un milieu sous pression en vue de sa déformation, le milieu étant guidé entre le tuyau flexible intérieur (42) et une enveloppe (41) entourant de façon coaxiale le tuyau flexible intérieur (42).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière de revêtement est repoussée par la déformation de la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) depuis le dispositif d'enduction (3) à travers une articulation de poignet (2) de la machine à enduire, articulation sur laquelle est monté le dispositif d'enduction (3), jusqu'à une station de raclage (6) qui se trouve du côté détourné du dispositif d'enduction (3) de l'articulation de poignet (2) à proximité du dispositif d'enduction (3) dans ou sur un bras (1) de la machine à enduire.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la matière de revêtement restant dans la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) est repoussée après chaque changement de couleur de la matière de revêtement.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière de revêtement restant dans une première conduite de connexion (4A) est repoussée en direction de la conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A), alors qu'une autre matière de revêtement est transportée à travers une deuxième conduite de connexion (4B), amenée en parallèle à la première conduite de connexion (4A) à travers la construction articulée (2), en direction du dispositif d'application (3).
  6. Machine à enduire multiaxiale à cycles automatiques, en particulier un robot, pour un dispositif d'application (3) pour l'enduction en série de pièces à travailler avec au moins une conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A, 5B) introduite dans un bras (1) de la machine à enduire et avec une conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) menant de la conduite d'alimentation à travers l'espace intérieur d'une construction articulée (2) de la machine à enduire jusqu'au dispositif d'enduction (3),
    caractérisée en ce qu'un système (11, 14) est prévu qui permet de déformer un tuyau flexible (42) de la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) en mettant sous pression sa périphérie extérieure avec un milieu sous pression, et en ce que la déformation dans la zone entre le dispositif d'application (3) et une station de raclage (6) se trouvant du côté détourné du dispositif d'application de la construction articulée (2), permet de faire sortir la matière de revêtement se trouvant dans la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) jusque dans la conduite d'alimentation raclée ou de la vider en direction du dispositif d'application.
  7. Machine à enduire selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de connexion déformable (4A, 4B) est guidée à travers une articulation de poignet (2), en particulier multiaxiale, de la machine à enduire, articulation sur laquelle est monté le dispositif d'enduction (3), et du côté de l'articulation de poignet (2) détourné du dispositif d'enduction, la conduite est raccordée à proximité de l'articulation à la station de raclage (6), disposée dans un bras (1) de la machine à enduire, de la conduite d'alimentation raclée (5A, 5B).
  8. Machine à enduire selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la construction articulée (2), un tuyau flexible intérieur (42) de la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B) est entouré de façon coaxiale par une enveloppe (41) en forme de tube ou de tuyau flexible dans laquelle est guidé le milieu sous pression pour vider la conduite de connexion (4A, 4B), dans laquelle le tuyau flexible intérieur (42) et l'enveloppe (41) sont réalisés de telle sorte qu'en cas de mise sous pression, seul le tuyau flexible intérieur (42) cède.
