Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de test diagnostique qui mesure le facteur de réflexion à deux longueurs d'ondes différentes afin de déterminer le changement de couleur d'une ou plusieurs substances chimiques, le changement de couleur étant fonction de la concentration d'un analyte dans un prélèvement de liquide appliqué sur les substances chimiques. La concentration de l'analyte peut être déterminée à partir du rapport entre les valeurs du facteur de réflexion aux deux longueurs d'ondes différentes. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la ou les sources optiques et le détecteur optique sont agencés de façon qu'ils se trouvent dans le même axe optique. Cet agencement permet d'obtenir un dispositif de test plus efficace.
