Claims (17)
- Rohrbunker für die Aufnahme von Beton (24) zum Verfüllen eines Bohrlochs (22),
mit einem Behältergrundkörper (12) mit mindestens einer Einlassöffnung (14, 17) zum Einfüllen des Betons (24) und mit einer Auslassöffnung (16) zum Austritt des Betons, wobei der Behältergrundkörper (12) im Bereich der Auslassöffnung (16) zum Anschließen eines Bohrrohrs (20) ausgebildet ist und
wobei im Bereich der Auslassöffnung (16) eine Verschlusseinrichtung (18) zum Verschließen der Auslassöffnung (16) vorgesehen ist. - Rohrbunker nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behältergrundkörper (12) im Wesentlichen eine Zylinderform mit einem einlassseitigen und auslassseitigen konischen Endbereich (28, 30) aufweist. - Rohrbunker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem einlassseitigen Endbereich (28) ein Einlassstutzen (32) und an dem auslassseitigen Endbereich (30) ein Auslassstutzen (34) vorgesehen ist. - Rohrbunker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusseinrichtung (18) als schwenkbare Klappe (26) ausgebildet ist. - Rohrbunker nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (26) um eine mittig angeordnete Achse (36) schwenkbar ist. - Rohrbunker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusseinrichtung (18) hydraulisch oder mechanisch betätigbar ist. - Rohrbunker nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslassstutzen (34) zum drehfesten Verbinden mit dem Bohrrohr (20) ausgebildet ist. - Rohrbunker nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlassstutzen (32) zum drehfesten Verbinden mit einem Drehantrieb (56) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Herausziehen eines mehrteiligen Bohrrohrs (20) aus einem Bohrloch (22) und zum Verfüllen des Bohrlochs (22), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Rohrbunker (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und
durch eine Hubeinrichtung (50) zum Halten, Anheben und Absenken des Rohrbunkers (10) und des Bohrrohrs (20). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Festhalten eines von der Hubeinrichtung (50) zu lösenden Bohrrohrs (20) eine Fixiereinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Betätigen der Verschlusseinrichtung (18) des Rohrbunkers (10) eine hydraulisch oder mechanisch betätigbare Einrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Hubeinrichtung (50) hydraulisch betätigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubeinrichtung (50) einen Schlitten (54) aufweist, der an einer vertikalen Führung (52) verschiebbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Schlitten (54) ein Drehantrieb (56) für das Bohrrohr (20) angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zum Herausziehen eines mehrteiligen Bohrrohrs (20) aus einem Bohrloch (22) und zum Verfüllen des Bohrlochs (22),
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Bohrrohr (20) zusammen mit einem endseitig angebrachten Rohrbunker (10) so weit aus dem Bohrloch (22) herausgezogen wird, bis ein Bohrrohrelement (21) freiliegt, -
dass der Rohrbunker (10) verschlossen wird,
dass das freiliegende Bohrrohrelement (21) von dem Rohrbunker (10) gelöst wird,
dass der Rohrbunker (10) nach unten bewegt und mit dem nächsten Bohrrohrelement (21) verbunden wird,
dass der Rohrbunker (10) wieder geöffnet wird, so dass Beton (24) durch das Bohrrohr (20) in das Bohrloch (22) fließen kann und
dass die vorgenannten Schritte wiederholt werden, bis das Bohrrohr (20) vollständig herausgezogen und das Bohrloch (22) mit Beton verfüllt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im Bohrloch (22) befindliches und von dem Rohrbunker (10) zu lösendes Bohrrohr (22) festgehalten wird, während das freiliegende Bohrrohrelement (21) herausgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beton (24) unter Druck in das Bohrloch (22) eingebracht wird.
