Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a floor drain for the sanitary area, in a Core hole of a concrete floor of a building is used, with a the floor covering the sanitary room assigned essay and with an essay receiving drain bell, the outlet nozzle flowable with a drain pipe is connectable.
The core hole is poured into the concrete floor using a suitable tool and is therefore dimensionally accurate. However, it is also possible that the floor drain is used in a breakthrough. There is also the option of that in the course of a renovation of a building, the floor drain into an existing Pipe is used, which is mortared.
The floor drain in question is in particular for wet cells of a building suitable. He should prevent, for example, from a supply line effluent Water enters the adjacent rooms of the building. The spout is connected to the drainpipe, which is part of a closed pipe system is, which is connected to the sewer. The drain bell is designed so that a certain amount of water remains in the so-called To form an odor trap. The attachment of the floor drain is the largest Part above the upper surface of the concrete ceiling and is when laying the screed and the floor covering immemorial walled. So that the floor drain no Hole in the floor forms, the drain at the upper side is covered by a rust. As a result, the actual floor drain is accessible, for example to eliminate blockages.
The breakthroughs in a concrete ceiling are nowadays no longer by inserting a Styroporklotzes created in the formwork, but the concrete ceiling is opening shed and it will then be using appropriate tools the Breakthroughs created. The space between the inner surface of the core hole and the floor drain is then filled with mortar. These are for the Floor installation installer alien works, so that the competent Professional following this work must do. Naturally, however This work is not always done expertly. It is, however, relevant prescribed that a floor drain in case of fire over a prescribed Period must be smoke and fire-proof. The filling with mortar is therefore extremely conscientiously perform. It follows that it is very time and thus expensive. For safety reasons, it is known a sealing element in the space to be used, which in a heat of For example, 100 ° C swells. These known floor drains have indeed well proven, however, is their insertion in the breakthroughs of the concrete pavement quite expensive.
The invention is based on the object, a floor drain the beginning closer described in such a way that it by the installer in a very short time in the core hole can be used, and that in addition to the elaborate Filling the space between the floor drain and the inner surface The core hole can be dispensed with mortar.
The task is solved by the floor drain for centering within the core hole in the outer area is provided with at least three spring claws, and that the floor drain in the lower, the tower facing away from the area with a a smoke brake forming sealing arrangement is provided.
The spring claws are designed so that they can deform very much or that the spring travel is relatively large transversely to the flow direction of the floor drain, so that in all cases it is ensured that they still have a certain force on the inner surface exercise the core hole in the inserted state. By analogy is through the spring claws achieved a self-centering of the floor drain. Since they are from one Spring material consist, for example spring steel, they are extremely heat resistant. The sealing arrangement in the lower region is designed so that at least Over the prescribed period of time, smoke is prevented from passing through the annulus flow between the bottom drain and the inner surface of the core hole can. This can on the time and cost-intensive filling of the annulus to be dispensed with mortar. The floor drain can be due to its design Installed in the core hole in a very short time by an installer be so that the assembly can be done inexpensively.
The sealing arrangement may consist of several sealing elements. So it contains for example, a lip seal contacting the inner surface of the core bore, seen in the projection, is ring-shaped. The lip seal is made of a heat-resistant material, so that in case of fire on a sufficient Period the function is maintained. This lip seal is Appropriately attached to a disc, in a preferred embodiment of Steel exists. For example, the lip seal could be vulcanized to the pane be. The sealing assembly also includes a flange sleeve, a below Heat action contains swellable material. It's so in the lower part the bottom drain used, that the tubular area surrounds the drain pipe, while the flange is facing the attachment. The disc with the attached Lip seal contacts the flange on the side facing away from the attachment. Thereby an intensive protective effect is achieved. Thus the effect of the lip seal is fully given, the diameter of the flange of the flange sleeve is about the same as the inner diameter of the lip seal. In a preferred embodiment the diameter is a little bit bigger. The spring claws are in preferred Made of a flat bar and run arcuately, with the central area has the largest diameter. In the unused state is the largest diameter of the spring claws in the middle area is formed, larger than the inner diameter of the core bore, so that the spring claws deformed during insertion, so that the restoring forces on the inner surface Press the core hole, so that the floor drain frictionally in the Core hole is held. The protection against a displacement of the floor drain within the core hole is further increased when the spring claws in the middle Area outwardly facing teeth, for example, sawtooth are designed with the tips facing outward. Contact the tips then the inner surface of the core hole. The spring claws are loose with the body connected to the floor drain, i. the ends engage in pockets or grooves. The length of not yet scheduled spring claws is designed so that they Attach to the body of the floor drain forming the arcuate shape.
- Figur 1
- einen erfindungsgemäßen Bodenablauf in Schnittdarstellung.
- FIG. 1
- a floor drain according to the invention in a sectional view.
The bottom drain 10 shown in Figure 1 consists essentially of a

In a manner not shown, the floor drain can also be used in an old pipe which was filled with mortar. The existing pipe is also extremely dimensionally accurate, so that the floor drain in the same way as in a Kembohrung can be used. The old pipe can be made of polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) exist.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Essential
