Definitions
- the invention relates to a chain stitch sewing device with a parallel to a Sewing plane movable sewing head, comprising a needle bar for a thread-leading Needle, a needle drive for linear reciprocation the needle bar across the Nähgutebene, one with an open catch hook provided acicular thread catcher and a catcher drive to the rectilinear reciprocating the thread catcher transversely to the Nähgutebene, wherein the trajectories of the needle and the thread catcher at an acute angle form each other, the apex lies below the Nähgutebene and wherein the needle drive and the catcher drive are controlled so that when retracting the needle from the fabric below the same formed thread loop detected by the thread catcher and pulled up through the fabric becomes.
- Such a sewing device is known for example from DE 197 51 011 A1.
- the thread catcher during his Up and down movement around its direction of rotation rotatory driven swinging.
- the thread catcher assumes a rotational position in which the hook opening at least shows approximately in the feed direction of the sewing head, so that the thread loop when advancing the sewing head does not slip from the catcher and the new loop through the previous loop can be pulled to to enable secure linking of the loops.
- the invention is based on the object, a sewing device of the above specify the type mentioned, not only reliable, but also easy is under construction.
- the thread catcher a drivable thread puller is assigned, one transverse to the trajectory the thread catcher in the way of hanging on the thread catcher thread loop has movable arm and its drive is controlled so that the Arm near the upper position of the thread catcher hanging on the thread catcher Thread loop transverse to the path of movement of the thread catcher after the deflects the hook opening opposite side.
- the thread catcher is only up and moved away, but otherwise maintains a position at which the hook opening shows against the direction of sewing. This avoids the danger that the thread catcher already stored on the sewing surface thread loop when pulling up the new thread loop again detected.
- the thread-puller on the hook of the upper position Thread catcher hanging new thread loop in the hook so that it can not slide off the thread catcher, if this his direction of movement reversed to stab again into the fabric. This is ensured that the thread catcher during its downward movement through the Slip through the loop in the fabric and the new loop at his Return through the loop laid on the top of the fabric.
- the device according to the invention is easy to implement and guaranteed a safe chain formation.
- the arm of the thread-pulling device may be, for example, a wire-shaped bracket be formed, which extends substantially parallel to the Nähgutebene and is stored such that its free end on actuation of his drive itself along a - viewed in a vertical projection on the Nähgutebene - moves closed circular path. Through this trajectory is avoided that the thread catcher and the thread puller interfere with each other.
- the trajectory of the Fadenflinders expediently substantially perpendicular to the Nähgutebene directed, wherein the trajectories of the needle and the thread catcher in a transverse to the feed direction of the sewing head and perpendicular to the Nähgutebene directional level.
- the angle between the trajectories of the Fadenflinders and the needle is preferably in the range of 30 ° to 60 °.
- the sewing head Since the sewing head has a relatively large mass overall, it is expedient if it can be moved continuously to a constant deceleration and To avoid accelerating the sewing head.
- at least the needle and the thread catcher, optionally also the thread puller together with their respective drive expediently at one in the Nähkopfgetude parallel to the sewing direction arranged back and forth adjustable frame, so that the sewing head as a whole can also be moved in the sewing direction when the needle and / or the thread catcher are still in the fabric.
- the thread catcher and the needle At the same time pulled out of the fabric, follows the framework of Sewing head movement within the sewing head housing until the needle returns to puncture the fabric.
- FIG. 1 denoted by 10 is a schematically illustrated sewing head, which in FIG in a known manner can hang on a robot arm, not shown and with its help in the direction of arrow A parallel to a Nähgutauflage constitutional 12 can be transported via a lying thereon Nähgutteil 14.
- a Nähgutniederhalter 18 is arranged at the housing 16 of the sewing head 10 .
- a needle bar 20 which carries a needle 22 and a arranged within the housing 16, not completely shown Drive 24 in the direction of arrow B is reciprocable.
- the needle 22 is destined to pierce the fabric 14 while a thread through to pull the fabric 14.
- a needle-shaped thread catcher 26 is disposed on the sewing head, the is held by a catcher rod 28 and by means of a catcher drive 29th within, the Nähkopfgeophuses 16 in the direction of arrow C substantially perpendicular to the fabric support 12 is movable up and down.
- the directions of movement B and C of the needle 22 and the yarn catcher 26 an angle ⁇ with each other, preferably between 30 ° and 60 ° and its vertex S below the bottom of the sewing material 14 is located.
- the needle 22 pierced through the fabric 14 has, it forms a thread loop when pulling back.
- this Thread loop then stings the needle-shaped thread catcher 26 and detected in its upward movement, the thread loop with a at its lower End trained hook 30.
- this Loop 32 through the fabric 14 up out of the fabric 14 out and by the immediately previously formed, deposited on the surface of the fabric 14 Loop 32 ', as can be seen in Figures 2 to 4.
- the thread catcher 26 is aligned so that the opening 34 of the hook 30 against the Feed direction A of the sewing head 10 has. As well as the thread catcher 26 was pulled out of the fabric 14, move the sewing head 10 or seam-forming organs 22 and 26 in the direction of arrow A, before passing through the Piercing the needle 22 into the fabric 14 a new cycle begins.
- the needle bar 20 and the catcher bar 28 are guided in a frame, 1 not shown because of the better clarity of the illustration in FIG is and in a conventional manner within the housing 16th is arranged so that it is parallel to the sewing direction A relative to the housing 16 is reciprocable. This allows the housing 16 of the sewing head 10th are moved continuously while the needle 22 and the thread catcher 26th only be advanced when they are outside the fabric 14.
- a generally designated 36 thread-pulling intended.
- This comprises a substantially vertical rod 38, at its lower end a substantially parallel to the fabric support 12 directed Arm 40 secured with a U-shaped hook-shaped end 42 is.
- the rod 38 is attached to the one end of a horizontal lever 44, by means of a slot 46 on a sliding block 48 in the direction of Arrows D slidably mounted and pivotally mounted about the axis 50 of a bolt 52 is.
- the sliding block 48 is connected to the bolt 52 at a not shown fixed to the vehicle carrier.
- the other end of the lever 44 is with a Exzenter 54 connected, which is mounted in a housing-fixed bearing part 56 and via bevel gears 58 is driven.
- FIG. 2 shows a position of the thread catcher 26 and the arm 38 of the thread puller according to Fig.1, i. just before or when the thread catcher 26 has reached its top dead center and the loop 32 from the fabric 14th pulled out.
- the arm 40 is pivoted in the direction of the loop 32, where he is this approximately in the feed direction of the sewing head 10th deflects, so that the loop 32 is pulled into the hook 30, as this can be seen in Fig.3. It can be seen that during a downward movement of the thread catcher 26 from the position shown in Figure 3 position of the thread catcher 26 by the loop 32 passes, this on the thread catcher 26 upwards slides out of the hook 30.
