Claims (16)
- Composition à priser humide comprenant au moins un agent d'épaississement soluble dans l'eau, caractérisé par son aptitude à être formé en des cordes cohésives ou plaques minces qui peuvent être roulées sur une bobine en fonction de la quantité de l'agent épaississant, où l'agent épaississant est la gomme xanthique ou un mélange comprenant de la gomme xanthique.
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle elle est une composition à priser humide essentiellement homogène, et l'agent épaississant est présent en une plage de 0,00001 à 20% dans le produit fini.
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 1, comprenant un ou plusieurs agents épaississants de 0,00001 à 20% (poids/poids) et de l'eau de 30 à 65% (poids/poids), de préférence 0,00001 à 3% (poids/poids) d'agent épaississant et 35 à 60% (poids/poids) d'eau.
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 3, comprenant un ou plusieurs agents épaississants de 1 à 3% (poids/poids), de préférence de 1 à 2% (poids/poids).
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 3, comprenant un ou plusieurs agents épaississants d'environ 0,1 à 1% (poids/poids), de préférence 0,1 à 0,6% (poids/poids).
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 1, où ledit mélange comprenant de la gomme xanthique comprend i) de la gomme xanthique et un galacto-mannane, ii) de la gomme xanthique et de la farine de caroube ou iii) de la gomme xanthique et de la gomme de guar, de préférence ledit mélange comprend ii) de la gomme xanthique et de la farine de caroube.
- Composition à priser humide selon la revendication 1, où ledit mélange comprenant de la gomme xanthique comprend iv) de la gomme arabique et de la gomme xanthique.
- Composition à priser humide selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où le produit à priser humide comprend du snus.
- Procédé pour obtenir une composition à priser humide selon la revendication 1, comprenant l'ajout d'au moins un agent épaississant soluble dans l'eau à la composition à priser humide, de préférence du snus, qui comprend une matière brute de tabac lorsque l'agent épaississant est la gomme xanthique ou un mélange comprenant de la gomme xanthique.
- Procédé d'obtention d'une composition à priser humide selon la revendication 9, comprenant les étapes suivantes:a) meuler ou couper et en option tamiser une matière brute de tabac,b) traiter le tabac obtenu à l'étape a);c) et emballer en option,où au moins un agent épaississant est ajouté durant l'étape de traitement b), où l'agent épaississant est la gomme xanthique ou un mélange comprenant de la gomme xanthique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, où l'étape b) comprend les étapes suivantes:i) ajouter de l'eau et du NaCl à la farine de tabac sous agitation pour former un mélange;ii) chauffer et maintenir le mélange chauffé, en obtenant ainsi une pasteurisation ou "exsudation" du mélange;iii) refroidir le mélange à priser humide; etiv) ajouter au moins un agent épaississant et en option d'autres ingrédients, comme d'autres sels, humidifiants et aromatisants.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, où l'agent épaississant est ajouté sous la forme d'une solution ou dispersion aqueuse, ou est ajouté sous une forme solide, donnant 0,00001-20% (poids) d'agent épaississant dans le produit final, de préférence de 0,00001 à 3% (poids/poids).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, où l'agent épaississant est ajouté pour donner de 1 à 3% (poids/poids) d'agent épaississant dans le produit final, de préférence de 1 à 2% (poids/poids).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, où l'agent épaississant est ajouté pour donner de 0,1 à 1% (poids/poids) d'agent épaississant dans le produit final, de préférence de 0,1 à 0,6% (poids/poids).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 14, où l'agent épaississant est un mélange comprenanti) de la gomme xanthique et un galacto-mannane, ou ii) de la gomme xanthique et de la farine de caroube ou bien iii) de la gomme xanthique et de la gomme de guar ou bien iv) de la gomme arabique et de la gomme xanthique, selon la plus grande préférence ii) de la gomme xanthique et de la farine de caroube.
- Composition à priser humide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 ou 6 à 8 présentée sous la forme d'une plaque, dérouleuse ou bobine, équipée en option d'un papier d'écartement entre les couches dans la dérouleuse ou bobine.
