Definitions

  • the invention relates to an electrotechnical component, in particular for telecommunications and / or data transmission systems.
  • a socket for telecommunications and Data transmission systems comprising a housing having a plug-in opening for a plug and having a plurality of contact wires which project into the plug opening and the terminal ends for contacting with a printed circuit board, wherein the contact wires are held on a contact carrier, which can be mounted in the housing is.
  • the contact carrier is formed as a separate element.
  • the contact wires must be made separately and mounted on the contact carrier, before then the contact carrier is connected in total to the housing of the socket. Consequently, during manufacture, the individual parts would have to be manufactured and assembled separately. This is extremely complicated both in terms of production and in terms of assembly.
  • An electrotechnical component according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from US-A-4,720,269 , of the US-A-5,967,854 as well as the US-A-4,292,477 known.
  • the present invention seeks to provide an electrical component, which can be manufactured in a simple manner and allows easy installation, which can be completed in a simple manner with a socket, in which an exact alignment of the exposed Track sections is achieved and a permanent contact pressure can be maintained.
  • the invention proposes an electrotechnical component, as indicated in claim 1.
  • the contact wires are no longer isolated elements that must be separately fed, positioned and mounted, but the contact wires are parallel to each other through the crowd Track sections formed.
  • the first installation plate forms a dimensionally stable mounting plate, while the second installation plate is designed in the manner of a flexible printed circuit board. In this a variety of tracks are provided.
  • the second installation plate has a first end portion, which can be connected to the first installation plate or is connected, and a second end portion, which is also connected to the first installation plate or connected to this fastened or fixed electrical parts or connectable.
  • the middle region between the first and the second end part is formed by the family of mutually parallel conductor track sections. These are laterally spaced apart and form the mechanical connection between the two end portions.
  • the family of conductor track sections is formed, as it were, by mutually parallel comb-like rod structures, which form the only connection between the two end sections. Due to this training, these can be parallel to each other Track sections as contacting elements, for example, in the construction of sockets or the like, are used.
  • a separate arrangement and design of the conductor track sections, which form the contact wires so to speak, is not required because they are introduced in the production of the second installation plate in this and fixed in the two end regions by the printed circuit board material. Only in the middle region are these conductor track sections exposed, so that they can form bendable contact elements.
  • the family of parallel conductor track sections is formed, as it were, by mutually spaced parallel rod structures.
  • a lid of a socket is attached, that on the lid, the second end portion is attached and to the Cover a female connector body is attached, wherein in the assembly target position, the family of parallel conductor track sections form the female contacts, which are covered by the female connector body, wherein the socket has a corresponding plug insert opening.
  • disk-shaped guide and positioning elements are arranged or formed on the cover of the socket, on each of which a printed conductor section of the family of printed conductor sections is supported, wherein the printed conductor sections are separated from one another by these elements.
  • the disc-shaped guiding and positioning elements are fastened via a support arm on the lid.
  • the support arm is supported by a spring element held on the cover.
  • each conductor track section of the blade is covered on one side, that is to say on the underside or upper side, by copper metal, which merges into the material layer of the two end parts.
  • the rod structure of the family of conductor track sections can each by the Material of the second installation plate be underlaid or covered, whereby a stiffening of the bar structures of the conductor track sections takes place.
  • strip conductors and strip conductor sections consist of metal, in particular copper metal.
  • the conductor track sections in the non-insulated area are coated with good electrically conductive, low-corrosion material, in particular gold.
  • resonance damping means or other means improving the electrical transmission properties are embedded in electrically conductive connection with the conductor tracks or conductor track sections.
  • Such compensation means are in itself from the GB 2 271 678 A known.
  • the inventive construction ensures that these compensating means are arranged extremely close to the contact paths formed by the family of parallel conductor track sections, and this improves the transmission properties, in particular in the range of, for example, 250 megahertz.
  • the first installation plate is a printed circuit board.
  • the second installation plate made of polyimide with embedded tracks and the like.
  • the first installation plate is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic.
  • the first end part of the second installation plate has mechanical connection parts, by means of which the end part is connected to the first installation plate.
  • the first end part is connected by means of connectors with the first installation plate.

  • a central region is formed, which is defined by a family of parallel conductor track sections 5 is formed, which are laterally spaced from each other and are not connected to each other laterally. Rather, there is a free space between the individual parallel conductor track sections.
  • each conductor section 5 of the family of conductor track sections on one side so the underside or top side be covered by copper metal, which in the Material layer of the two end portions 3,4 merges, that is integrally formed with this.
  • Such material layers can serve to stiffen the conductor track sections 5 and also ensure that these conductor track sections 5 are exposed on one side only and can be contacted.
