Claims (16)
- Dispositif pour connecter électriquement des modules électriques pouvant être insérés dans un magasin, dans lequel une liaison électrique directe peut être établie entre des plaquettes à circuits imprimés (1) de modules réciproquement voisins, à l'aide de contacts à ressorts séparables (14), dont la direction de glissement coïncide lors de l'établissement du contact, avec la direction d'insertion des modules, et une pièce de contact (6 ou 7) du contact à ressort (14) est reliée électriquement à une plaquette à circuits imprimés, et une pièce de contact antagoniste (7 ou 6) du contact à ressort (14) est reliée électriquement à la plaquette à circuits imprimés voisine, caractérisé par le fait que le contact à ressort peut être dévié perpendiculairement au plan de la plaquette à circuits imprimés (1) et que le point de contact est disposé à la hauteur d'une séparation, entre des panneaux avant (2) ou des connecteurs (3) des modules voisins.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces de contact (6, 7) sont réalisées sous la forme d'éléments en forme de bandes de tôle, qui sont repliés essentiellement dans la direction d'insertion, au niveau du point de contact;
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'une des pièces de contact (6) est élastique et que l'autre pièce de contact (7) est non élastique.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces de contact sont pliées en forme de U et sont fixées, par les deux extrémités, dans la plaquette à circuits imprimés.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces de contact (6, 7) sont retenues dans des socles (8, 9), qui peuvent être montées sur les plaquettes à circuits imprimés (1), et que les extrémités, tournées vers la plaquette à circuits imprimés (1), des pièces de contact (6, 7) s'engagent dans des perçages (4) de la plaquette à circuits imprimés.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de contact non élastique (7) s'applique, au niveau du point de contact sur le socle (8) parallèlement à la direction d'insertion.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de contact élastique (6) fait saillie hors du socle (9), que la partie saillante est coudée dans la direction d'insertion, de préférence en direction du diaphragme frontal (2) et est cintrée avec une forme convexe en direction de la pièce de contact antagoniste.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le socle (8) pour la pièce de contact non élastique (7) possède des rampes de montée (12) pour la pièce de contact élastique (6).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le diaphragme frontal (2) et/ou un connecteur arrière (3) du module possèdent des rampes de montée (13, 11) pour la pièce de contact élastique (6).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 5-9, caractérisé par le fait que le socle en forme de bloc (9) pour la pièce de contact élastique (6) possède un biseau dans la zone de son extrémité libre.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 5-10, caractérisé par le fait que plusieurs pièces de contact (6, 7) sont rassemblées dans un socle (9,8).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les contacts à ressorts (14) sont disposés en étant répartis d'une manière quelconque sur la plaquette à circuits imprimés (1).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les contacts à ressorts (14) sont disposés au même emplacement dans différents types de plaquettes à circuits imprimés, et que les perçages (4) pour les pièces de contact élastiques et non élastiques (6, 7) sont réciproquement décalés.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les contacts à ressorts (14) sont disposés à proximité du panneau frontal (2).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 5-14, caractérisé par le fait que le panneau frontal et le socle pour les pièces de contact sont réunis dans un corps commun.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le connecteur comporte des logements pour les pièces de contact.
