- the terminal blocks are provided on one side with a hook 28 which, when the device is mounted, engages behind a rib 29 of the housing while the other side of the terminal block engages in a holding pocket 30 in the housing wall.
- the terminal block is thus secured on all sides in the housing when the cover 2 is placed on. Pairs of guide tabs 32 serve for further securing and guiding when the terminal block is plugged onto the connecting tabs 16 or against the printed circuit board (7).

- the terminal blocks and the holding blocks 11 equipped with terminal lugs 16 are prepared according to FIGS. 2, 4 and 5.
- the circuit board 7 is fitted with components in the usual way, the two holding blocks 11 with terminal lugs 16 being placed on the circuit board like the other components and secured on the circuit board by means of the hooks 18.
- One of the solder lugs 15 reaches through prepared holes 31 in the printed circuit board.
- the circuit board is then soldered in the wave pool, the soldering lugs 15 of the connection lugs 16 being soldered to conductor tracks, like the other components of the circuit board.
- the two terminal blocks 10 are loosely attached to the circuit board in this way, they are inserted together with the latter into the lower part 1 of the housing, the terminal blocks now also being definitely secured in their position by the housing. Then, if necessary, the coupling elements 9 are inserted and the front cover 4 is put on, and finally the cover 2 is put on, with which the device is fully assembled. This assembly is particularly suitable for automation.
- a final test can be carried out to determine the dielectric strength and function of the device, namely by inserting the circuit board with the solder joints on top into the lower housing part 1 and thus all solder joints are accessible.
