- Verfahren zum Behandeln einer Bahn aus Papier oder Karton, bei dem man einen Strich auf die Bahn aufträgt und die Bahn danach satiniert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bahn vor dem Satinieren bedampft und in einem Breitnip satiniert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Satinieren online mit dem Auftragen des Strichs vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Breitnip mit einer Länge im Bereich von 30 bis 400 mm, insbesondere im Bereich von 40 bis 100 mm für gestrichene graphische Papiersorten und 100 bis 200 mm für gestrichene Kartonsorten, verwendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bahn in einem Schuhkalander satiniert, der eine einen umlaufenden Mantel aufweisende Schuhwalze und eine Gegenwalze aufweist, wobei man die Gegenwalze mit einer Oberflächentemperatur im Bereich von 130 bis 300°C, insbesondere im Bereich von 170 bis 250°C, betreibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die maximale Druckspannung im Breitnip unter 20 MPa einstellt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verweilzeit der Bahn im Nip im Bereich von 0,8 bis 50 ms einstellt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bahn 10 ms bis 100 ms vor dem Eintritt in den Breitnip bedampft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in den Ein- und Auslaufbereichen des Breitnips einen Druckgradienten von maximal 2 MPa/mm erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln einer Bahn aus Papier oder Karton mit einer Streicheinrichtung und einem Kalander, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Streicheinrichtung (4) und dem Kalander eine Dampfauftragseinrichtung (10) angeordnet ist und der Kalander als Breitnip-Kalander (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Breitnips (16) im Bereich von 30 bis 400 mm, insbesondere im Bereich von 40 bis 100 mm für gestrichene graphische Papiersorten und 100 bis 200 mm für gestrichene Kartonsorten, liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Breitnip-Kalander (12) eine Schuhwalze (13) mit einem umlaufenden Mantel (14) und eine damit zusammenwirkende Gegenwalze (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (15) eine Oberflächentemperatur im Bereich von 130 bis 300°C, insbesondere im Bereich von 170 bis 250°C, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Druckspannung im Breitnip (16) 20 MPa beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckspannung in den Ein- und Auslaufbereichen des Breitnips (16) mit einem Gradienten von maximal 2 MPa/mm ansteigt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfauftragseinrichtung (10) im Bereich von 0,3 bis 1,5 m vor dem Eintritt in den Breitnip (16) angeordnet ist.
