Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Avivagen auf eine Vliesbahn (1)
wobei zumindest eine Einrichtung (9) zur Vorverfestigung der Vliesbahn (1) vorgesehen ist,
wobei zumindest eine Führungsfläche (3) vorgesehen ist, über die die vorverfestigte Vliesbahn (1) geführt wird und
wobei in der Führungsfläche (3) Austrittsöffnungen (6) für die Avivage vorgesehen sind, so dass die über die Führungsfläche (3) geführte Vliesbahn (1) mit der Avivage beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einrichtung (9) zur Vorverfestigung ein Kalander, insbesondere ein Walzenkalander ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Einrichtung (9) zur Vorverfestigung eine Einrichtung zur Heißluftverfestigung und/oder eine Einrichtung zur Wasserstrahlverfestigung und/oder eine Einrichtung zum mechanischen Vernadein des Spinnvlieses ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die über die Führungsfläche (3) geführte Vliesbahn (1) von unten mit der flüssigen Substanz beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Führungsfläche (3) in Förderrichtung der Vliesbahn (1) gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zumindest eine Reihe von Austrittsöffnungen (6) quer zur Förderrichtung der Vliesbahn (1) in der Führungsfläche (3) vorgesehen ist
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Führungsfläche (3) im Ablaufbereich der Vliesbahn (1) eine Abrisskante (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Führungsfläche (3) beheizbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Avivagen auf eine Vliesbahn (1), wobei die Vliesbahn (1) zunächst vorverfestigt wird und wobei die Vliesbahn (1) anschließend über zumindest eine Führungsfläche (3) geführt wird, auf der die Vliesbahn (1) mit einer durch Austrittsöffnungen (6) in der Führungsfläche (3) tretenden Avivage beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Lösung mit zumindest einem polaren Lösungsmittel und/oder eine flüssige Mischung mit zumindest einer polaren Flüssigkeit und/oder eine Emulsion mit zumindest einer polaren Flüssigkeit als Avivage aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, wobei die Führungsfläche (3) auf eine Temperatur zwischen 30 °C und eine Höchsttemperatur aufgeheizt wird, welche Höchsttemperatur 1 bis 5 °C unter dem Siedepunkt der flüchtigsten Komponente der Avivage liegt, die zu zumindest 10 Gew.% in der Avivage vorhanden ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei die Avivage kontinuierlich und pulsfrei zugeführt wird.
