Description
- un premier élément d'entraínement, assujetti aux moyens de manoeuvre, présentant une denture radiale à double pente, une première pente pour engrener dans un premier sens de rotation, une deuxième pente pour engrener dans un deuxième sens de rotation,
- un deuxième élément entraíné, assujetti aux moyens de transmission, présentant une denture radiale à double pente coïncidant à la denture radiale dudit premier élément d'entraínement,
- des moyens élastiques pour presser le premier élément et le deuxième élément l'un contre l'autre au niveau de leur denture, de telle façon que lorsque le couple transmis par le premier élément d'entraínement audit deuxième élément entraíné devient supérieur à une valeur prédéterminée au moins un des deux éléments s'écarte pour que ledit premier élément d'entraínement n'engrène plus ledit deuxième élément entraíné et en ce que l'angle constitué entre la ligne d'action induite par le couple suivant ledit premier sens de rotation et ladite première pente est inférieur à l'angle constitué entre la ligne d'action induite par le couple suivant ledit deuxième sens de rotation et ladite deuxième pente, de telle façon que le couple limite C1 nécessaire pour que ledit premier élément d'entraínement n'engrène plus ledit deuxième élément entraíné dans ledit premier sens de rotation est inférieur au couple limite C2 nécessaire pour que ledit premier élément d'entraínement n'engrène plus ledit deuxième élément entraíné dans ledit deuxième sens de rotation.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture (15) d'un ouvrant, notamment un volet roulant, store ou similaire, comprenant un organe mobile tel que notamment un tambour de volet roulant, des moyens de manoeuvre tels que notamment une manivelle, des moyens de transmission tels que notamment un treuil, et des moyens de fin de course mécaniques, à fonction de limiteur de couple, dans les deux sens de rotation, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fin de course mécaniques sont constitués par un dispositif à crabot (1), présentant au moins :un premier élément (2) d'entraínement, assujetti aux moyens de manoeuvre, présentant une denture radiale à double pente, une première pente (4) pour engrener dans un premier sens de rotation, une deuxième pente (5) pour engrener dans un deuxième sens de rotation,un deuxième élément (3), entraíné, assujetti aux moyens de transmission, présentant une denture radiale à double pente coïncidant à la denture radiale dudit premier élément (2) d'entraínement,des moyens élastiques pour presser le premier élément (2) et le deuxième élément (3) l'un contre l'autre au niveau de leur denture,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier sens de rotation est le sens d'actionnement en descente du dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture et notamment dudit volet roulant, ledit deuxième sens de rotation étant le sens d'actionnement en montée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens élastiques sont constitués par des rondelles de Belleville (6) montées en série.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transmission sont constitués par un couple roue dentée (16) / vis sans fin (17) disposé dans un carter (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième élément (3) entraíné est constitué par la vis sans fin (17) avec la présence d'une denture radiale à l'une (18) de ses extrémités, ledit premier élément d'entraínement se présente sous la forme d'un cliquet (2) situé sur le même axe de rotation de la vis sans fin (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit cliquet (2) et la vis sans fin (17) sont traversés par un même arbre polygonal, ledit cliquet (2) présentant une ouverture de section polygonale (19) complémentaire audit arbre polygonal, de telle façon que ledit cliquet (2) est libre en translation mais bloqué en rotation par rapport audit arbre polygonal, ledit arbre constituant un axe de rotation pour la vis sans fin (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif présente des moyens de freinage (20) coopérant avec ladite vis sans fin (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de freinage sont constitués par des moyens élastiques (20) assujettis audit carter et coopérant par frottement au niveau d'un prolongement (21) de ladite vis sans fin (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit cliquet (2) est composé d'une couronne (2") assujetti en rotation mais libre en translation par rapport à un manchon (2') entraíné en rotation par les moyens de commande, ladite couronne (2") étant pressée contre la denture radiale de la vis par le biais des moyens élastiques (6) faisant appui sur ledit manchon (2').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la denture radiale (3') de la vis est libre en translation mais assujettie en rotation par rapport à un prolongement (29) de ladite vis sans fin (17), la denture radiale (3') étant pressée contre la denture du cliquet (2) par le biais des moyens élastiques (6).
