- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée de l'arrêt de porte et de la butée de l'invention ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de l'arrêt de porte auquel est fixée la butée de l'invention ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en perspective de l'arrêt de porte et de la butée de l'invention suivant la flèche VI de la figure 1 ; et
- la figure 7 est une variante de réalisation d'un bloc en élastomère de la butée.
Claims (8)
- Butée permettant de limiter le débattement transversal d'une vitre (4) pouvant coulisser dans le caisson d'une porte pivotante (1) d'un véhicule lors de la fermeture de la porte pendant laquelle la vitre (4) occupe une position basse, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un bloc en un matériau élastomère (16) solidaire d'une semelle (17) fixée à la doublure de porte (5) délimitant le caisson de celle-ci de manière que le bloc en élastomère (16) soit situé dans le caisson à proximité de la vitre (4) dont une partie de face interne peut venir en appui sur le bloc (16) lors de la fermeture de la porte (1) sans contacter la doublure de porte (5).
- Butée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la semelle (17) de support du bloc en élastomère (16) est fixée à la doublure de porte (5) par un élément en forme de boítier (13) d'un arrêt de porte (7) de la porte pivotante (1).
- Butée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'arrêt de porte (7) comprend un bras de retenue (8) qui est articulé à une extrémité à un montant ou pilier de la caisse du véhicule et s'engageant dans le caisson de la porte (1) au travers d'une ouverture (11) de la doublure de porte (5), le bras de retenue (8) ayant à son extrémité libre opposée logée dans le caisson une butée (12) d'arrêt de l'élément (13) en forme de boítier qui est amoviblement fixé avec la semelle (17) de support du bloc en élastomère (16) à la doublure de porte (5) par des moyens de fixation (14), tels que des vis ou des goujons, le bras de retenue (8) traversant librement la semelle (17) de support du bloc en élastomère (16) et l'élément en forme de boítier (13).
- Butée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la semelle (17) de support du bloc en élastomère (16) est prise en sandwich entre la doublure de porte (5) et une face plane de l'élément en forme de boítier (13) de l'arrêt de porte (7) et comporte des perçages (18) de passage des moyens de fixation (14) à la doublure de porte (5).
- Butée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la semelle (17) comprend une patte en équerre (20) sensiblement parallèle à la vitre coulissante (4) et à laquelle est fixé le bloc en élastomère (16) présentant la forme d'un parallélépipède rectangle s'étendant verticalement et sensiblement parallèlement à la vitre (4) ou une forme incurvée s'étendant verticalement en regard de la vitre (4).
- Butée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la semelle (17) est une plaque métallique rigide de relativement faible épaisseur.
- Butée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de la semelle (17) est d'environ 1 mm.
- Butée selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la semelle (17) comprend une fenêtre centrale rectangulaire (19) de passage du bras de retenue (8) de l'arrêt de porte (7).
