Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour produire des images imprimées de différentes longueurs en impression offset,
    - avec des éléments de mise au format (6, 7) ayant des diamètres de cylindre différents, qui sont permutables afin de changer la longueur de l'image imprimée, sachant que les éléments de mise au format (6, 7) forment respectivement une unité avec un arbre porteur (4, 5), et sachant que ces unités sont permutables lors d'un changement de la longueur de l'image imprimée,
    - avec un palier de rotation (10) respectif disposé aux extrémités des arbres porteurs (4, 5),
    - avec deux plaques de palier (19, 20) disposées à distance entre elles, sur les côtés intérieurs desquelles les unités sont montées par les extrémités des arbres porteurs (4, 5),
    - avec un dispositif de maintien respectif (11, 12) fixé sur le côté intérieur des plaques de palier (19, 20), dispositif dans lequel peut être respectivement fixé en position un palier de rotation (10) d'une unité,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - au moins un des dispositifs de maintien (11, 12) présente une demi-coquille de coussinet inférieure (13) ainsi qu'une demi-coquille de coussinet supérieure (15) pouvant être retirée, en particulier par rabattement, et
    - la demi-coquille de coussinet inférieure (13) possède respectivement un renfoncement semi-circulaire (14) ouvert vers le haut, dans lequel le palier de rotation (10) peut être inséré par le haut.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de mise au format (6, 7) sont respectivement assemblés de manière inséparable à un arbre porteur (4, 5).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les unités sont conçues comme cylindre de blanchet (3) et/ou comme cylindre de cliché (2).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les unités peuvent être démontées et montées sensiblement parallèlement à leur axe de rotation.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le palier de rotation (10) présente au moins une coquille de coussinet extérieure (10a).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un arbre porteur (4, 5) est réalisé creux et notamment cylindrique creux.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les unités sont respectivement pourvues à leurs extrémités d'un creux de préhension (9).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les unités sont prévues dans un tiroir (1) d'une machine d'impression offset.
