Definitions
- the present invention relates to a module for a modular construction system, each module being designed to be juxtaposed to or stacked on other modules.
- This type of modules is generally used for the construction of temporary buildings, most often for professional use such as sales offices for a real estate program, exhibition stands for a special event, a reception area, offices provisional during rehabilitation programs ...
- the invention has therefore as an object a module for modular constructive system having a floor that includes a form frame mechanically welded or bolted rectangular, a roof that also includes a rectangular frame mechanically welded or bolted, four floor connecting posts to the roof, in which module the posts are tubular and comprise means for holding panels of facing so that the panels of the gables are located inside the module in relation to the poles while pan long panels are located at the outside of the module with respect to these posts.
- each module has several advantages.
- One of them lies in the fact that the gable wall of each module is set back from at the corners of it. This wall is therefore at less partially protected from shocks, which is advantageous because it is usually the wall that remains the most long associated with the structure.
- the amounts which form the corner posts are located outside of the module's internal volume, which allows remove thermal bridges.
- the juxtaposition two modules which is usually done by their long sections, can be done very closely without having to compensate for the thickness of the partition, in particular at the floor level. It is sufficient for this purpose to withdraw the outer panels.
- each corner post is provided with an open chute on the side the internal volume of the module.
- This chute constitutes a privileged space to house all kinds of pipes, pipelines or technical circuits necessary for the equipment of the module independently of the panels which are used to dress or personalize it.
- this chute is backed to the pole through an insulating coating that keeps the thermal and sound insulation of the interior space of the module.
- each ceiling beam is provided on its underside chute open downwards.
- a duct or duct design technique and materials variables transversely to the module, integrated or not in the ceiling, is arranged a duct or duct design technique and materials variables, but allowing in particular intercommunication and the interconnection of juxtaposed modules and / or superimposed.
- This trunking or technical sheath can also wear lighting or signaling devices.
- the means for maintaining pan long panels associated with the posts are removable and include a metal profile that is attached laterally to the outside of the post to define with the latter on the one hand an outer rabbet open towards the other pole end of the long pan, on the other side side facing the flush pole with the pinion face of the latter, and thirdly a lateral joint hollow between the rabbet and the amount.
- the longitudinal members of rectangular frames forming the floor and the roof are equipped with external rails detachable facing each other for high maintenance and bottom pan panels, the lower rail affecting the shape of a U with a V bottom wall.
- This form the lower rail makes it possible to limit the surface contact of a lower panel edge with this rail to allow easier sliding along the structure of the module for its implementation or removal.
- the upper rail applied against the structure of roof of the module seals the walls by a joint arrangement between the profile and the spar roofing. The rail allows the establishment of facade elements by stripping and / or sliding.
- the module according to the invention has an additional module of smaller size mounted adjacent to one and / or the other of the gears and centered compared to the latter by means of projection consoles a pinion of the additional module between the posts of the main module.
- additional modules can thus, simply, increase the length of a module to provide either inter-module circulation spaces, spaces dedicated to multiple uses such as the simple extension of offices and various rooms, or the creation of open spaces of terraces, balconies, corridors, bow windows or glazed gardens forming an approval of a facade of a modular building.
- FIG 1 there is shown a floor structure 1 formed by a rectangular frame of rectangular section tubes comprising two side members 2a and 2b and two webs 3a and 3b. At the corners of this rectangular structure, the floor comprises stubs square tubes 4 equipped with a cross member 5 (see Figures 5, 5A and 11) which will be used for assembly of the structure.
- corner posts 6, tubular, identical, comprise at one of their ends a sleeve 6a, whose dimensions are such that it can as to fit within the tubular stubs floor 4.
- a cap 7 is formed of longitudinal members 8 a and 8 b and transom 9 and 9b made of bent sheet metal and joined together at the corners by stubs 4 'equipped with sleeves 4' is similar to lower poles 6 for penetrating in these poles.
- the structure comprises for the floor joists 10 for the support of facing materials, insulation or sealing, while the ceiling has failures 11 which are intended to form a support for a cover made in principle a ribbed or corrugated double slope whose lower ends are received within the cross members 9 and 9b formed into gutters for collecting rainwater.
- the assembly of the structure takes place by means of four tie rods or threaded rods 13, each of them being housed in each tubular stud 6 for, inside stumps 4 and 4 ', pass through each of the crosspieces 5 that this stump contains in order to receive on either side of these sleepers, assembly of the floor and ceiling braced by the posts 6.
- the stump 4 of the floor can be extended by kinds of tubular pyramid trunks that allow the stacking of two modules per housing of these trunks of the upper module pyramids in the 4 'stubs of the roof of the lower module.
- Figures 2 and 3 are respectively longitudinal and transverse sections of a module according to the invention on which we find the elements already described with the same references.
- the floor structure 1 comprises a floor 15 below which and by means of the joists 19 insulation material has been housed in the traditional way.
- the joists, beams and cross members have square folded sheet structures such as those referenced 16 in the figures, which allow the maintenance of this insulation material in the form of panels.
- Figure 4 which is a section in a horizontal plane of the module according to the invention, shows on the one hand that the posts 6 are located outside the panels of gables 17 and that the walls of long pan 18 are formed several panels juxtaposed 19 themselves outside 6. The following figures will illustrate larger scale this provision.
- Figure 5 which is precisely a large-scale view of detail A of Figure 4, comprises elements already described with the same references.
- the tubular post 6 is provided at an angle of a bracket or rail 20 for holding the panel or the wall 17 of the pinion and this, set back from the face 6 c the outermost of the post 6.
- the outer side face 6 e of the post 6 is equipped with a profile formed by a metal profile bearing the reference 24 which determines with this face 6 e a rabbet 25 in which a panel such as 19 of the long pan side wall 18 of the module can be slid. Furthermore, this section 24 defines a lateral amount of facing 26 which is flush with the surface 6c of pinion of the pole 6 so as to increase its visible width. Between the upright 26 and the rabbet 25, the profile 24 defines a hollow joint 27 which has an aesthetic function and which makes it possible to house the screws 28 of its fixation over the entire height of the pole 6 in a virtually invisible manner.
- FIG. 5A it can be seen that the chute 21 of FIG. 5 which is a single chute for the passage of a cable, with for example a removable cover 21, can be replaced by a profiled structure of suitable material 29 delimiting a rabbet No longer an outer panel of long pan 19 but a long-walled partition 31 which is then housed completely inside the plane in which are located the outer lateral faces 6 e of the columns of long pan so that we can juxtapose two modules one, provided with this partition 31 with for example an opening, a bay, a door incorporated and the other, lacking and outer wall 18 and section 24 so to be able to juxtapose them exactly adjacent to each other. It can be seen that, at the level of the post, the sound and thermal insulation is preserved even when joining two modules since the layers 23 are in continuity with one another.
- FIG 6 is a view of detail B of Figure 2 in which there are a floor beam 3 b provided with fittings 32, 32 forming a lower rabbet for receiving the gable panel 17, these brackets 32, 32 also forming an end support 32b for the floor covering 15 of the module floor. It will be noted in 4 a pyramidal part already mentioned the stump 4 used to stack two modules.
- FIG. 7 there is shown detail C of Figure 2, namely the roof transom 9 b shaped into a hoist 33 which receives the dripping rain flows on the cover 14.
- This cross 9 b also includes a sheet metal fitting folded 34 which forms a rabbet 32 for the panel 17, in line with the lower fitting shown in FIG. 6.
- This fitting 34 also constitutes the lateral support of a false ceiling 35 which may optionally contain a set of troughs 36 for the introduction of technical ducts circulating parallel to the pinion walls of the module allowing in particular the intercommunication and interconnection juxtaposed modules and / or superimposed.
- Figure 8 is an enlarged detail D of Figure 3. It is noted that for the floor rail 2a is fitted removably a rail 37 which serves to support the panels 19 of the wall 18 of the side rail.
- This rail is U-shaped open upward and the bottom 37 a of the U is V-shaped so that the edge 19 of the panels resting on the bottom 37 has there rests by the edges 19 a, 19 b , which limits the friction between the rail and the panel and thus facilitates its implementation and its sliding along the long pan of the module.
- FIG. 9 The detail E of Figure 3 is shown in an enlarged manner in Figure 9. It includes the roof rail 8 is in folded form sheet metal to which a rail 38 is removably reported, this rail facing the lower rail 37 maintaining the long wall pan 18 formed of panels 19.
- the side member 8 has a lower part of the fittings 39 and 39 'also in metal profiles that allow on one hand to support the side edge of the false ceiling 35 and, secondly, to provide a support for a technical chute 40 which thus runs along each side of the interior volume of the module.
- This chute 40 is of the same style as the chute 21 of Figure 5 and communicates with it.
- FIG. Diagrammatically shown in FIG. a module 41 according to the invention which can be added at the end, that is to say in a pinion a module auxiliary or additional 42 whose structure is substantially identical to that of Module 41.
- Module 42 is much shorter than module 41; he is destined to constitute an extension of this module 41, in pinion, to form for example a circulation space serving juxtaposed modules 41 or spaces dedicated to multiple uses, including just the extension of offices and various rooms, or the creation of open spaces, terraces, balconies, walkways, a kind of bow-window allowing to create a space of approval, for example a greenhouse ...
- FIG. 11 shows a section illustrating the relative position of these modules 41 and 42 at the pinion posts 6 for the module 41 and 43 for the module 42.
- a side panel 44 of the module 42 formed for example from FIG. a bay window or any other filling, such as a railing.
- Each post 43 of this module 42 carries on its end face 43 has a bracket 45 which projects outwardly of the pinion and which is a means for guiding, centering and bearing for vertical loads of the module 42 in the pinion of the module 41 slid inside the posts 6 of this module 41.
- the assembly of these two modules is carried out for example by bolting at the cross sprockets such as those 3b and 9b shown respectively in FIGS. and 7.
- the lateral façade plane of the auxiliary module is set back from the plane of the lateral facade of the main module which gives this module additional "drawer" aspect extracted from the main module.
- the Pan Long Panels as well as the pinion panels can be provided with openings such doors or windows with fixed or opening windows totally incorporated in these panels.
- Mounting on the structure of the module basically consists to slide the top of each panel into the rails or brackets 38 and 34 of long pan and pinion to be able to pass the outer edges of the rails and fittings 32 and 37 so that the lower edge of the panels 17, 18, 19 can fall back into the rails or rebates 37, 32.
