Definitions
- the invention relates to an underground usable fabric web Ribbons or threads made of thermoplastic material, which is a sheet-like cloth resulting, interwoven and antistatic equipped.
- thermoplastic Plastics known that from an electrically conductive network of not consists of metallic, microcrystalline needles. This network is meltable or can be introduced into the melt so that it cools down advantageously crystallized. The corresponding network is then in the Embedded plastic compound and thus wear-resistant, as it is at the Surface of the thread or the ribbon occurs.
- the DE 198 26 120 C2 provides a tissue under protection, especially for high-strength packaging, d. H. intended for so-called big-bags.
- the electric non-conductive threads are equipped with a flame retardant additive, while the electrically conductive threads made of a thermoplastic material consist, which either has a conductivity-increasing additive or in which these additives are dispersed or with such Additive coated, these electrically conductive threads at Heat action are shrinkable. By shrinking the electric conductive threads they are to escape the flame, so that also a Type of flame control is achieved.
- the disadvantage is that at least at corresponding temperatures severely affects the tensile strength of these filaments, if not even going to zero. Especially in underground coal mining is so that the necessary security is not guaranteed.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to a fabric web which at improved tensile load values also in strong hazardous areas without special additional measures can be.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in that a part of the bands are formed by dispersing the conductivity increasing additives quasi electrically conductive or a permanent antistatic effect 10 8 to 10 11 ⁇ resulting, while the electrically non-conductive tapes and possibly also the quasi-electrically conductive strips are carried out by Eindispergieren of fire-retardant substances permanently flame retardant.
- the part of the ribbons, with which the conductivity-increasing additives and the electrically non-conductive part of the ribbon or only the part of the electric non-conductive tapes with flame-retardant substances before or during the melting process of the plastic is equipped. Then, when Flame retardant substances must be used, which are with the Conductivity-increasing substances can not tolerate the second approach be appropriate, namely the only non-conductive tapes with the equip flame-retardant substances.
- Another expedient embodiment provides that the conductivity increasing additives in the form of non-metallic, microcrystalline, a electrically conductive network resulting needles are introduced into the plastic.
- These conductivity-enhancing microcrystalline needles bring with them equipped ribbon the necessary conductivity values, where they are with tolerate the flame retardant substances and not their effect affect or vice versa. That's why they are just for use Underground ideally suited, especially as they have no significant impact on the Have strength values.
- Another optimization provides that the needles in the Plastic melt are introduced so that they on cooling to a crystallize out electrically conductive network. With appropriate quantity addition and with appropriate procedure it is ensured that create star-shaped networks that are interconnected so that the necessary conductivity is given.
- the part of the quasi-electrically conductive and the part of electrically non-conductive tapes with the tensile strength of the tapes or Threads enhancing additives are equipped, preferably filled accordingly are.
- This will specifically affect the tensile strength of the entire Tissue taken, where necessary, the possibility exists, the Tensile strength, for example, in the longitudinal direction or in the circumferential direction or in Transverse direction targeted influence.
- Flamestab NOR 116 can be used as an additive for flame retardancy this product manufactured by the company Ciba is also called “Flame Retardant and UV Stabilizer for Polyolefin Flame Retardant Applications " referred to as. Flamestab NOR 116 is therefore particularly well suited for the case of application provided here, because thus the flame retardancy to realize. These halogen-free substances provide sufficient Heat and UV resistance.
- the conductivity-increasing additives with a mass fraction from 5 to 20%, preferably 15 to 18% in the melt of the tapes is entered. That the flame retardant additive is with a Flammmasseanteil of 0.5 to 1.8%, preferably 1% of the melt of Ribbon mixed.
- the appropriate cloth or the fabric web should be in the underground Mining be used, it is advantageous if the forming the cloth Ribbon to an underground support pier or tank or support tubes or sewn to pillows.
- the corresponding cloth or fabric web is optimal because of the non-metallic, microcrystalline, a electrically conductive net resulting needles in the plastic ensure that can not build up harmful charges because above all a permanent one Corona discharge takes place. The charges are over the fairly large area the fabric web seen distributed, so local concentrations of electrical Charges that can be dangerous are avoided.
- the areas adjacent to the mountains of the Underground support pillars or support tubes an increased number quasi electric conductive ribbon, preferably 40 to 75%.
- the Tissue can be used mainly in underground mining since, even if a fire should occur, the fabric does not fire supported, but rather behaves quasi neutral or to extinction contributes to the fire.
- the equipment of the fabric is supported by an additive in which the needles in the form of a "permanent antistatic agent Ciba Irgastat P 18 and / or P 22 and / or Pebax from Atofina Chemicals "are admixed.
- the invention is also to be realized in that the Ribbons are provided with a tensile strength-increasing layer.
- a Such coating may be easier to apply, but not only to think of a coating surrounding the individual ribbons or threads is, but also to a fabric web covering layer. This layer can at the same time also to a possibly desired waterproofness contribute or lead, depending on the strength in which it is applied. It can simultaneously flame retardant and / or antistatic additives be equipped.
- the number of belts or threads with antistatic equipment can be lower than the number of electrically non-conductive tapes. It is therefore useful according to the invention, when the cloth from which the base material resulting, non-conductive tape is inserted or applied in or on the a coarser fabric cross of quasi-electrically conductive ribbon.
- a spacing of the individual quasi-electrically conductive strips is provided, which results in an area of ⁇ 100 cm 2 in the grid.
- the cloth from the the base material constituting, non-conductive tape / threads consists, in the or on the quasi-electrically conductive ribbon and / or threads only in Longitudinal or transverse and at a small distance of ⁇ 30 mm running introduced or applied.
- This is sufficient, but the distance is smaller, but still the processing is facilitated.
- Another training provides that the cloth a coating having a "permanent antistatic agent Ciba Irgastat P 18 and / or P 22" is mixed so that the entire coating not only has a sealing effect, but at the same time ensures the necessary electrical discharge. It can thus not to an impairment, d. H. to a charge of Surface areas or even the entire area such as an underground used fabric web, so the necessary security and also Tightness is guaranteed. It is advantageous if the coating only on the side facing away from the mountains of the cloth, this whole or at least largely sealing, is applied, because on the mountain facing Side is not a hazard or charge is harmful and because you are on this way can keep costs down. It is advantageous here Of course, to provide such a coating on both sides of the cloth.
- the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that in underground mining with its many hazardous areas now also one advantageous to be processed tissue in the form of strips of tissue be used.
- This fabric panel is permanently antistatic and simultaneously also permanently flame-retardant equipped, so they the special Conditions and conditions in underground mining are sufficient. Furthermore is the permanent effect in terms of flame retardance as well as antistatic of Advantage, because especially in the missions in underground mining not prevented can be that even a high load on the threads or the ribbon or the entire fabric web occurs.
- Figure 1 shows a commonly used in underground mining Support pillar 1, which between hanging 2 and 3 or lying Route sole 34 and 2 is used and braced to the cavity 7th or to be able to keep the track open for a sufficiently long time.
- This Support pillar 1 consists of a cloth 10 or a fabric web, the sewn together so that is usually possible with a seam 18. This creates a large diameter hose, in the 5 filling material is filled through the filler neck.
- With 4 is the foot area and with 6 denotes a support ring in the head area 8 of the support pillar. 1 is arranged.
- the quasi-electrically conductive strips 11, 12 are enriched is here provided additional contact with the earth or is an option created to quickly reduce charges by B. a corona discharge takes place.
- FIG. 2 shows an enlarged reproduction of such a fabric web or Cloth 10 from quasi electrically conductive tapes 11, 12, 11 ', 12' and electrically non-conductive tapes 13, 13 ', 14, 14'. It becomes clear that the quasi electrically conductive ribbon 11, 12 and corresponding part 15 a Tissue cross 40 forms, which integrated into the remaining cloth 10 or on this so as to effectively avoid the build-up of charges.
- FIG. 3 shows a single such thread, which is a ribbon 11 resp. 12 belongs to and equipped with a network 28 needles 24, 25, 26 equipped is that reproduce a flow path 27 due to their network formation. This is very much emphasized to its existence or its course too clarify. In reality, only the individual needles 24, 25, 26 are here too in each case in connection, but not a correspondingly more stable connection corresponding needles 24 to 26. By the nature and training of each Needles is, however, as Figure 3 illustrates, ensured in any case that over they quasi electrically conductive threads or ribbons 11 and 12 available can be made.
- Figure 5 shows such a fabric sheet or a cloth 10, which on the side 36 is provided with a coating 35 to the cloth 10 and the fabric web accordingly largely waterproof.
- This coating 35 is in usually equipped with the antistatic additive to here in addition to restrict this area from the emergence of corresponding charges or to avoid.
- FIG. 6 shows a section through a ribbon 11, 12, 13, 14 or rather by a single thread of such a ribbon, this thread being after the top cut with the the conductivity Increasing additive is equipped and thus become quasi electrically conductive is, while according to Figure 6, a layer 38 is provided on the targeted the Tensile strength of the non-electrically conductive strip 11 or threads is increased. It is also conceivable, corresponding additives in the plastic of the thread 11, 12, 13, 14 bring in, whereby by the list of the Reference numerals 13 and 14 are made clear that these are the tensile strength increasing additives also with in the quasi-electrically conductive threads is brought in.
