Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Ansteuern einer Heizeinrichtung (12) eines Gargerätes, bei dem die Temperatur einer Kochstelle (10) und/oder eines Kochgeschirrs (22) erfasst und Schwankungen der Temperatur ermittelt werden, und bei dem bei einem Schwankungsgrad der Temperatur innerhalb einer vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) ein Steuermodus aktivierbar ist, bei dem die Temperatur weitgehend konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Temperatur der Kochstelle (10) und/oder des Kochgeschirrs (22) mittels eines der Heizeinrichtung (12) und/oder des Kochgeschirrs (22) zugeordneten Temperatursensors (16) permanent oder in zyklischen Zeitabständen erfasst wird.
- Verfahren zum Ansteuern einer Heizeinrichtung (12) eines Gargerätes, bei dem die Temperatur einer Kochstelle (10) und/oder eines Kochgeschirrs (22) sowie Schwankungen der Temperatur aus Werten für eine Einschaltdauer und/oder für eine Energiezufuhr für die Heizeinrichtung (22) abgeschätzt werden, und bei dem bei einem Schwankungsgrad der Temperatur innerhalb einer vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) ein Steuermodus aktivierbar ist, bei dem die Temperatur innerhalb eines vorgebbaren Bereichs weitgehend konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem das Erreichen der vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) für die Temperatur durch ein optisches Signal visualisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem eine Leuchtanzeige (30) beim Erreichen der vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) für die Temperatur von einer intermittierenden optischen Anzeige in eine Dauerlichtanzeige wechselt.
- Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Steuermodus zur Konstanthaltung der Temperatur durch eine manuelle Benutzereingabe aktivierbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Heizleistung der Heizeinrichtung (12) mittels einer Regulierung der Energiezufuhr und/oder durch Variation einer mittleren Einschaltdauer reguliert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem nach Auswahl des Steuermodus zur Konstanthaltung der Temperatur die mittlere Einschaltdauer weitgehend konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem nach Auswahl des Steuermodus zur Konstanthaltung der Temperatur die Heizleistung des Heizelements (12) weitgehend konstant gehalten wird.
- Steuervorrichtung zum Ansteuern einer Heizeinrichtung (12) eines Gargeräts, das wenigstens einen Temperatursensor (16) zur Erfassung der Temperatur einer Kochstelle (10) und/oder eines Kochgeschirrs (22) sowie eine Einrichtung zur Erfassung von Schwankungen der Temperatur aufweist, und bei der bei einem Schwankungsgrad der Temperatur innerhalb einer vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) ein Steuermodus zur weitgehenden Konstanthaltung der Temperatur aktivierbar ist.
- Steuervorrichtung zum Ansteuern einer Heizeinrichtung (12) eines Gargeräts, die eine Einrichtung zur Abschätzung einer Temperatur einer Kochstelle (10) und/oder eines Kochgeschirrs (22) sowie zur Abschätzung von Schwankungen der Temperatur aus Werten für eine Heizleistung und/oder einer mittleren Einschaltdauer für die Heizeinrichtung (12) aufweist, und bei der bei einem Schwankungsgrad der Temperatur innerhalb einer vorgebbaren Schwankungsbreite (DT) ein Steuermodus zur weitgehenden Konstanthaltung der Temperatur aktivierbar ist.
- Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, die mit einem Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 betreibbar ist.
