  • the L-shaped member 20, supporting the shock absorbing member 21 is formed of iron, which is a hard, rigid material. The shock absorbing member 21 can therefore surely hold the product 100 despite that it is soft.
  • a plurality of fixing members i.e., the upper and lower fixing members 14 in the illustrative embodiment are assigned to a single surface of the product 100 so as to firmly fix the product 100 in place. Further, the fixing members 14 are so positioned as to retain two facing surfaces of the product 100, i.e. , the front and rear surfaces in the illustrative embodiment, also firmly fixing the product 100 in place. In the illustrative embodiment, the L-shaped shock absorbing members 21 can retain the product 100 at two side surfaces facing each other as well.

  • such a number of ribs increase the mechanical strength of the side plates 3 and 4 and may serve as outside walls themselves.
  • fixing means for fixing the fixing member 14 to the ribs 11 and fixing means for fixing the product holding members 18 to the bar 15 both are implemented as stop screws 17 and 22.
  • the stop screws may, of course, be replaced with any other suitable fixing means, e.g. , clamps or levers.

This is also true with the horizontal bar of each fixing member 14.

Claims (21)

  1. Dispositif de transport/stockage comprenant une base (2) devant être chargée avec un produit (100) et une paire de plaques latérales verticales (3, 4) montées sur ladite base (2) et l'une en face de l'autre,
    les plaques latérales (3, 4) se composant de manière respective de montants avant (7, 9), de montants arrière (8, 10) et d'une multiplicité de nervures (11) reliant les montants avant (7, 9) et les montants arrière (8, 10) et
    un élément de fixation (14) étant supporté entre lesdites plaques latérales (3, 4) afin de fixer le produit (100) chargé sur ladite base (2) en place, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (14) sont constitués chacun par une barre horizontale (15) et une paire de crochets (16) positionnés sur des extrémités opposées de la barre (15), l'élément de fixation (14) étant supporté par les nervures droite et gauche (11) avec les crochets droit et gauche (16) qui sont suspendus sur les nervures (11), ledit élément de fixation (14), ainsi supporté par les nervures droite et gauche (11), étant mobile dans une direction d'avant en arrière dudit dispositif (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fixation (14) comprend une multiplicité d'éléments de fixation.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (14) peuvent être positionnés au niveau de l'arrière et de l'avant du produit (100).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (14) peuvent être positionnés à des niveaux différents à l'avant du produit (100).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (14) peuvent être positionnés à des niveaux différents à l'arrière du produit (100).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fixation (14) positionné entre lesdites plaques latérales (3, 4) est de niveau variable.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de fixation (22) sont prévus afin de fixer ledit élément de fixation (14) dans une position souhaitée dans la direction avant et arrière dudit dispositif (1).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de maintien de produit (18) est monté sur ledit élément de fixation (14) afin de maintenir le produit (100).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une multiplicité d'éléments de maintien de produit (18) est montée sur ledit élément de fixation (14) afin de maintenir le produit (100).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de maintien de produit (18) est mobile dans le sens de la largeur dudit dispositif (1).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de fixation (22) sont prévus afin de fixer ledit élément de maintien de produit (18) dans une position souhaitée dans le sens de la largeur dudit dispositif (1).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'amortissement (21) est monté sur une partie dudit élément de maintien de produit (18) en contact avec le produit (100).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'amortissement (21) est configuré afin de venir en contact avec une multiplicité de surfaces du produit (100).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'amortissement (21) maintient un coin du produit (100).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque d'extrémité avant verticale (5) est montée sur ladite base (2) à l'avant du produit (100) et peut être ouverte.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque d'extrémité avant (5) forme, lorsqu'elle est ouverte, une pente reliant ladite base (2) et un sol sur lequel ledit dispositif (1) est placé.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque d'extrémité arrière verticale (6) est montée sur ladite base (2) à l'arrière du produit (100).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque d'extrémité arrière (6) peut être ouverte.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque supérieure (24) relie lesdites plaques latérales (3, 4) de manière à recouvrir un sommet du produit (100).
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des pattes (23) sont prévues pour former un espace entre ladite base (2) et un sol sur lequel ledit dispositif (1; 1B; 1C) est placé.
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des roulettes (25) dépassent vers le bas de ladite base (2) afin de former un espace entre ladite base (2) et un sol sur lequel ledit dispositif (1; 1B; 1C) est placé.
