Definitions
- the present invention relates to a safety railing for scaffolding with at least two railing supports and at least one between them extending rigid railing spar.
- the present invention further relates to Scaffolding with such rail supports.
- Scaffolding is usually erected in such a way that initially a horizontal Scaffolding is created on the then next higher scaffolding position also in Is built longitudinally of the scaffolding. This is usually starting from an already erected scaffold layer Belagtafeln the next higher Level inserted. Subsequently, the associated railing is mounted. It must be worked essentially without side protection, resulting in for the Scaffolders can sometimes cause a significant risk of falling.
- a railing leading in the horizontal direction is known from DE 101 63 423 A1 known.
- This safety railing consists of railing supports, which rotate Standpipes of the scaffolding are fixed. Between these extends one with a jointed railing spar, which also has at its two end portions via joints with the rail supports.
- a railing support of the Standpipe When implementing the Safety railing in the horizontal direction will be a railing support of the Standpipe removed. Then both rail supports are moved towards each other, so that the railing rail buckles upwards, the legs of the Railing Holmes substantially aligned with the railing supports, where they are articulated. Subsequently, the dismantled railing support on the fixed next standpipe of the scaffolding, the railing spar again is moved in its extended position.
- Previously known safety railings are relatively complex and constructed may require operation by at least two scaffolders. It is therefore the object of the present invention, a safety railing of to develop the aforementioned type to the effect that this simple design and readily by a scaffolder to assemble and move is.
- the railing spar rigid is executed and thus has a particularly simple structure.
- the horizontal implementation of the safety railing for example, such take place, that a railing support is released from the frame of the scaffolding, and the railing spar opposite the still mounted on the scaffold Rail support is pivoted downwards, so that between the mounted Railing support and the railing rail gives an acute angle.
- the swiveling Connection between the railing rail and the dismantled railing support is located in the lower part of the folded in this way Construction, while the pivotal connection between the railing spar and the mounted railing post remains at the original level.
- To a rotational movement about the mounted railing support is the converted Railing support fixed to the next standpipe of the scaffolding and the railing rail again takes up its horizontal position, in which he with the Rail supports preferably includes a right angle.
- a kink of the Railing Holmes is not due to the rigid design of the railing spar possible and not necessary. The conversion can easily from a on the lower person at the level of the scaffolding.
- the railing support according to the invention has a first region on which these with the help of fasteners on a pipe of scaffolding, preferably on a vertical standpipe, can be fixed. Furthermore, one is opposite to this Rotary second area provided on which the railing spar with the Rail supports is pivotally connected.
- the fasteners are preferably arranged on the first region of the rail supports. You can be designed for example as couplings.
- the axis of rotation about which the second is rotatable relative to the first region is in FIG preferred embodiment of the invention arranged vertically. She can with the Longitudinal axis of the railing support coincide. Preferably, the second one The area around the first area of the railing support can be rotated 360 °.
- Safety railing is in a preferred embodiment of the invention pivotable connection between the railing rail and the rail supports in such a way designed that railing rail and railing support in at least one position include an acute angle.
- the railing rail and the railing supports are also pivotable such that they include a right or an obtuse angle or with each other aligned.
- a particularly simple embodiment of the pivotal connection between Railing rail and railing support results when these by means of a on a Bridge arranged tilting lever is realized. It can standard rocker arm for Use, as they are also realized on the scaffolding itself. Of the Rocker arm can pivotally on a, for example, substantially horizontally be arranged by the railing support extending web. Furthermore, can be provided that the railing spar has a bore through which the Toggle is pluggable. The hole may be in flattened areas of the Railing spar be provided, which preferably the end portions of the Make railing Holmes.
