Description
Claims (12)
- Container mit einer Oberkante, einer Unterkante und einer mit einer Tür versehenen Rückseite enthaltend einen Inliner, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Inliner aus mindestens zwei übereinander liegenden Lagen besteht, wobei eine innere Lage aus unbeschichtetem, luftdurchlässigem Gewebe besteht, eine äußere Lage staubdicht und feuchtesperrend beschichtet ist und diese Lagen durch eine spezielle Nahtausführung so miteinander verbunden sind, dass die staubfreie Entlüftung des Gebindes nur durch diese Naht möglich ist, wobei der Inliner im Container reversibel befestigt ist und mindestens eine Befüllöffnung und eine Entleeröffnung besitzt.
- Container gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Befüllöffnung und die Entleeröffnung nebeneinander an der Unterkante der Rückseite des Containers befinden.
- Container gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Inliner so gestaltet ist, dass sich die Nahtausführungen des Inliners in Längsrichtung des Containers an dessen Ober- und Unterkanten befinden.
- Container gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllöffnung des Inliners die Form eines Befüllstutzens bestehend aus einem fest mit dem Inliner verbundenen Gewebeschlauch hat.
- Container gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entleeröffnung in Form und Größe vorzugsweise der Befüllöffnung entspricht.
- Verfahren zum Befüllen und Entleeren eines Containers gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im erfindungsgemäßen Container der Inliner über die Befüllöffnung mittels eines Dichtstromförderverfahrens mit einem Füllgut gefüllt wird, bis ein vorbestimmtes Füllgewicht erreicht ist, das Dichtstromfördersystem entfernt wird und anschließend die Befüllöffnung verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllung mittels Membranpumpen erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Befüllung des Containers ein Befüllgitter in die rückseitige Türöffnung des Containers eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zum Entleeren eines befüllten Containers gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entleeröffnung des Inliners des befüllten Containers an eine Austragsvorrichtung und eine Saugeinrichtung angeschlossen und geöffnet wird und das Füllgut mit Hilfe der Saugeinrichtung aus dem Inliner gesaugt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austragseinrichtung einen Druckimpulsgeber umfasst, der während des Entleerens einen reibungslosen Produktaustrag des Materials dadurch sicherstellt, dass über Druckimpulse die Fließfähigkeit des Materials verbessert wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austragseinrichtung an den Container angebaut werden kann.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Container sich während des Entleerens in einer Schrägstellung, vorzugsweise >30° zur Horizontalen befindet.
