Claims (13)
- Verstärkung, welche dazu bestimmt ist, heiß mit einer Temperatur θ3 auf einem Artikel angebracht zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem thermoplastischen Klebefilm (1) besteht, welcher eine Klebetemperatur θ1 hat, an der inneren Seite mit einer thermoklebenden Seite ausgestattet ist und an der äußeren Seite mit einer unterbrochenen Anwendung (3a) von Material (3) versehen ist, wobei das Material (3) widerstandsfähig gegen Abrieb ist und eine Aufweichungstemperatur θ2 aufweist, welche höher ist als die Klebetemperatur θ1 des thermoplastischen Films, wobei die Zusammenfügungstemperatur θ3 der Verstärkung zwischen θ1 und θ2 liegt.
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Film (1) von zumindest einem der folgenden Polymere ausgehend realisiert wird:- Polyurethan- Polyamid- Polyester- Polyolefin- Polyvinylchlorid
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Film (1) eine Dicke zwischen 100 und 400 µm aufweist.
- Verstärkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material 3, welches abreibungsresistent ist, ausgehend von zumindest einem der folgenden Polymere erhalten wird:- Epoxydharz- Silikon, PUR (netzartiges Polyurethan)
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material (3), welches abreibungsresistent ist, aus einem verstärkten Polymer besteht.
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abreibungsresistente Material durch Siebdruck auf den thermoplastischen Film aufgebracht wird.
- Verstärkung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abreibungsresistente Material (3) angewendet wird indem es unterbrochene Plaketten (3a) bildet.
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plaketten (3a) von regelmäßiger Gestalt sind.
- Verstärkung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (d) zwischen zwei Plaketten (3a) im Wesentlichen der Dicke von jeder Plakette (3a) entspricht.
- Artikel, welcher eine Verstärkung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweist.
- Artikel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine abreibungsresistente Materialschicht, so wie Schaum (40) zwischen der Verstärkung (15) und dem Artikel gelagert ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren und Verwirklichungsverfahren einer Verstärkung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst:- Realisierung eines Entwurfs (10) der Verstärkung auf dem zu verstärkenden Abschnitt, wobei sich der thermoplastische Film (1) auf der Seite des zu verstärkenden Abschnitts befindet,- Anwendung einer Heißpressung auf dem Entwurf (10) mit einer Temperatur θ3, welche zwischen θ1 und θ2liegt,- Abkühlen
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur θ3 zwischen 100° C und 175° C liegt.
