Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von, insbesondere bandförmigem, Flachmaterial (15), bei dem das Flachmaterial (15), z.B. nach dem Aufbringen einer Schicht, wie einer Druckschicht, thermisch behandelt wird, insbesondere, z.B. mit UV-Strahlung, warmbehandelt, z.B. getrocknet wird, wobei das Flachmaterial (15) auch mittels Luft gekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flachmaterial (15) während des Kühlschrittes (C; C1, C2) im wesentlichen von allen Seiten dem Kühlmedium zugänglich gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flachmaterial (15) durch eine von Kühlluft gekühlte Kammer (3) gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der folgenden Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt wird:a) es wird mit Blasluft gekühlt;b) es wird eine Luft-Kühlung des Flachmateriales (15) vorgenommen;c) die Kühlung (C1; CT) erfolgt mindestens zum Teil bereits vor oder während des Trocknens (T).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Kühlluft, mindestens zum Teil auf einen Wert unterhalb von 5°C, insbesondere um 0°C ± 2°C, bevorzugt unter 0°C, gekühlt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Kühlluft mittels eines Vortex-Kühlers (5) gekühlt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Behandlungsstation, wie einer Druckstation (D), für, insbesondere bandförmiges, zwei Seiten aufweisendes Flachmaterial (15), einer, insbesondere eine UV-Strahlungseinheit (42) aufweisenden, Warmbehandlungsstation, wie einer Trockenstation (T), und mindestens einer Luft-Kühlstation (C; C1 bzw. C2), der eine Luftfördereinrichtung (5, 9) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luft-Kühlstation (C1 bzw. C2) mit einer Kühlkammer (3) verbunden ist, und dass die Kühlkammer (3) zum Hindurchführen des Flachmateriales (15) durch sie unter Kontakt beider Seiten des Flachmateriales (15) mit der Kühlluft angeordnet und ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der Kühlluft mittels eines an die Kühlkammer (3) angeschlossenen Vortex-Kühlers (5) kühlbar ist. '
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlkammer (3) ein Mischbereich vorgeschaltet ist, welchem Luft unterschiedlicher Temperatur aus unterschiedlichen Leitungen (4-6) zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftfördereinrichtung (9) der Kühlkammer (3) derart vorgeschaltet ist, dass die Kühlkammer (3) Druckluft erhält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlkammer (3) mit der Trocknungsstation (T) derart verbunden ist, dass sowohl das Flachmaterial (15), als auch die jeweilige Wärmequelle (42) mittels des die Kühlkammer (3) durchströmenden Kühlfluids kühlbar sind, und dass vorzugsweise der Zulauf (4; 5') des Kühlfluids an der Seite des die Kühlkammer (3) durchlaufenden Flachmaterials (15) und somit vor der Wärmequelle (42) der Trocknungsstation (T) vorgesehen ist.
