  2. Device according to claim 1, including a pipe (6) angularly secured to the crown (8) and able to move axially in relation thereto, and which is secured to the control stem (4), characterized in that said spring (21) abuts on the sealing gasket (18) via a collar (12a) of said pipe (6).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the end (12b) of said pipe (6) is accessible via a central aperture (14) of the external face of the crown (8), said central aperture (14) being concealed by a cap (16), secured to the crown (8) and which covers said external face thereof.
