- Patent FR 2 688 022 discloses an automatic stop device comprising two revolution counting mechanisms constituted by coaxial counting wheels driven by pinions and each associated with a notched cam cooperating with a cutting finger integral with a common cutting lever, returned to a position in which the cutting fingers are in contact with the notched cams. When the notches are aligned, the cutting fingers penetrate into them and the cutting lever actuates a switch opening the supply circuit of a motor.
- the device further comprises two reset mechanisms respectively associated with the two counting mechanisms. They mainly comprise means for disengaging the counting wheels and a lever making it possible to reset the counting wheels to zero by acting by hammers on cams integral with the latter.
- the counting wheels, the cut-off lever and the reset lever of each counting mechanism are pivoted in a common cradle articulated with respect to a fixed frame having profiled parts intended to cooperate with the cut-off levers and the levers of reset when moving the cradles.
