Claims (40)
- Deckel (1), der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Behälter zu verschließen, der typischerweise dazu bestimmt ist, ein Fluidprodukt, wie beispielsweise eine Farbe oder ein Pulver, zu enthalten, das manuell mit Hilfe eines Instruments, wie beispielsweise eines Pinsels, aufzutragen ist, wobei der Behälter einen Körper (2) umfasst, der mit einem Boden (20) versehen ist, der typischerweise mit einem äußeren hohlen Teil (200) versehen ist, wobei eine Schürze (21) mit einem oberen Rand (22) eine obere Öffnung (23) mit einer Fläche S, die typischerweise von 25 cm2 bis 2500 cm2 reicht, und mit einer größeren Dimension D, die typischerweise von 5 cm bis 50 cm reicht, begrenzt, die dazu bestimmt ist, von dem Deckel (1) verschlossen zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:a) der Deckel (1) eine Schale (4) mit einer Fläche S' und einer größeren Dimension D' und einem Umfangsbereich (5), der mit der Schale (4) verbunden ist und mit einem äußeren Rand (50) versehen ist, der dicht mit dem oberen Rand (22) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Fläche S' typischerweise von 0,1 S bis 0,9 S reicht und die größere Dimension D' typischerweise von 0,1 D bis 0,9 D reicht,b) die Schale (4) eine Seitenwand (40) und einen Boden (42) umfasst, wobei ein Teil der Wand einen Ausguss (41) mit einer Höhe H in Bezug zum Umfangsbereich (5) bildet, um jedes Umfüllen des Produktes zu erleichtern,c) der Boden (42) eine Öffnung oder Aussparung (43) umfasst, die von einem Rand (44) begrenzt ist und eine Öffnung mit der Fläche S" und mit einer größeren Dimension D" bildet, wobei die Fläche S " typischerweise von 0,1 D' bis 0,9 S' reicht und die größere Dimension D" typischerweise von 0,7. D' bis 0,9 D' reicht, um den Durchgang des Instruments zu ermöglichen,d) der Deckel (1) ein manuell abnehmbares Verschlussmittel, typischerweise einen Stöpsel (6), umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Öffnung (43) zu verschließen, um die Öffnung (43) sooft wie nötig manuell verschließen oder öffnen zu können, typischerweise durch eine Drehung des abnehmbaren Verschlussmittels.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das abnehmbare Verschlussmittel ein Befestigungsmittel (60) am Deckel (4) oder am Umfangsbereich (5) umfasst, wobei das Befestigungsmittel (60) fest oder abnehmbar ist.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel (60) fest ist und eine biegsame Zunge (61) umfasst, die typischerweise mit der Schale (4) oder mit dem Umfangsbereich (5) ein einstückiges Teil bildet.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Verbindungsmittel (60) eine biegsame Zunge (62) oder einen starren Gelenkarm (63) umfasst, der mit einem Ende (64) versehen ist, das ein Mittel (65) zum Zusammenwirken mit der Schale (4) oder dem Umfangsbereich (5), typischerweise durch Kleben oder Einrasten, umfasst, um je nach Fall ein festes oder typischerweise abnehmbares Verbindungsmittel zu bilden.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Einrasten, das das Mittel (65) zum Zusammenwirken bildet, Einsteck- oder Aufnahmeteile umfasst, wobei einer mit dem abnehmbaren Verschlussmittel (650) und der andere (450) mit der Schale (4) oder dem Umfangsbereich (5) verbunden ist.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei dem das Verbindungsmittel (60) ein Scharnier (10) für den Stöpsel (6) bildet.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Schale (4) oder der Umfangsbereich (5) oder der Stöpsel (6) ein Mittel (7) zur vertikalen Positionierung, typischerweise einen Anschlag, umfasst, so dass, wenn der Stöpsel (6) offen ist, seine Innenfläche (66) eine typischerweise horizontale Ebene bildet und auf diese Weise ein Überfließen des an seiner Innenfläche anhaftenden Produktes vermieden wird.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Schale (4) typischerweise dank der Seitenwand (40) ein Mittel zur vertikalen oder geneigten Positionierung mit einem Winkel >90° bildet, so dass, wenn der Stöpsel offen ist, seine Innenfläche (66) eine vertikale oder geneigte Ebene bildet, die ein Abfließen eines überfließenden Produktes zur Öffnung ermöglicht und eine Trocknungsfläche für das Instrument bietet.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Seitenwand (40) parallele Gleitschienen (403) und eine Aussparung (404) umfasst, um eine Translation eines Verschlussmittels (69) mit Schieber zu ermöglichen, das einen Griff außerhalb der Schale umfasst.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem die Schale (4) einen Stab (46) umfasst, der typischerweise durch die Öffnung (43) hindurchgeht, um einen Trocknungsstab für das Instrument zu bilden.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 10, bei dem die Trocknungsstange (46) eine Teilung der Öffnung (43) bildet, wobei ein Hauptteil (430) der Öffnung für den Durchgang des Instruments bestimmt ist, wobei ein zweiter Teil (931), der an den Ausguss angrenzt, für das Abfließen des Produktes im Falle eines Umfüllen des Produktes bestimmt ist.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 11, bei dem der zweite Teil (431) einen typischerweise dreieckigen Querschnitt mit einer Spitze aufweist, die einen Teil des Ausgusses (41) bildet.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, bei dem der zweite Teil (431) durch ein eventuell abnehmbares Gitter (47) verschlossen ist.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, bei dem der Teil der Seitenwand (40), der den Ausguss (41) bildet, eine Höhe H aufweist, die von 5 mm bis 30 mm geht, und typischerweise in einem Abstand d zum oberen Rand (23) von 1 bis 50 mm angeordnet ist.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 14, bei dem der Ausguss (41) eine bistabile biegsame Zunge (412) umfasst, die in nach unten geklappter Position ist, wenn der Deckel (1) oder der mit dem Deckel versehene Behälter einen Stapel bildet, und die in nach oben ausgefahrener Position für das Umfüllen des Produktes ist, wobei der Ausguss (41) ein oberes dünneres Ende (411) von geeigneter Biegsamkeit und entsprechendem Krümmungsradius R aufweist, um eine Zunge (412) mit zwei stabilen Positionen zu erhalten, um, wenn die Zunge ausgefahren ist, eine Höhe H' > H und mindestens gleich 1,30 H zu erhalten.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, bei dem der Teil der Wand (40), der den Ausguss bildet, eine Innenfläche (410) umfasst, die mit einer Horizontalebene einen Winkel kleiner als 90° und typischerweise von 45° bis 75° bildet, um das Umfüllen des Produktes zu erleichtern.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, bei dem die Seitenwand (40) einen so genannten "hohen" Teil (400) mit der Höhe H umfasst, der den Ausguss (41) umfasst, wobei die Wand von der Länge oder dem Ausmaß L ist, um ein Mittel (8) zum Stapeln des Deckels zu bilden, das einen Dickenkeil für das Stapeln des Deckels (3) auf einen Stoß und/oder des Behälters auf einen Stoß nach dem Befüllen und Verschließen durch den Deckel bildet.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 17, bei dem die Wand (40) einen so genannten "niedrigen" Teil (401) mit einer kleineren Höhe als H umfasst, um insbesondere die Drehung oder den Zugriff auf die Öffnung (43) zu ermöglichen oder zu erleichtern.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, bei dem der Boden (42) ein zum Rand (44) geneigter Boden (420) in der Art eines Trichters ist, so dass das gesamte Fluidprodukt, das in das Innere der Schale (4) oder auf den Boden (42) fällt, durch Schwerkraft zur Öffnung (43) abfließen und so in den Körper (2) fallen kann.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, bei dem der Rand (44) eine Innenprojektion (440) umfasst, die die Öffnung (43) begrenzt, um typischerweise mit dem Stöpsel (6) zusammenzuwirken, wobei sie insbesondere einen Axial- und Radialanschlag für den Stöpsel bildet.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, bei dem die Öffnung (43) ein horizontales Profil oder einen horizontalen Umfang aufweist, umfassend mindestens einen geraden Abschnitt und mindestens zwei Winkelabschnitte mit einem Krümmungsradius R1 und R2, so dass der Rand und/oder die Projektion als Trocknungsmittel für eine flache Bürste bzw. zwei runde Bürsten mit einem Radius typischerweise nahe R1 und R2 verwendet werden können, wobei R1 und R2 typischerweise von 5 mm bis 50 mm betragen.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, bei dem der Umfangsbereich (5) ein Hilfsmittel (80) zum Stapeln der Deckel (1) bildet, das typischerweise von einem oder mehreren reliefartigen Stücken oder Elementen von typischerweise derselben Höhe H in Bezug auf den Umfangsbereich (5) wie jene des hohen Teils (400) oder des Ausgusses (41) gebildet ist, das von dem Ausguss um einen Abstand in einer mittleren Horizontalebene des Umfangsbereiches gleich D/2 entfernt ist, so dass die Deckel (1) insbesondere in der Lage sind, einen stabilen Stapel von Deckeln (1) oder mit den Deckeln versehenen Behältern (2) zu bilden.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 22, bei dem das Hilfsmittel (80) zum Stapeln auch das vertikale Positioniermittel (7) bildet.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 23, bei dem der hohe Teil (400) der Schale und das reliefartige Element (80) von derselben Höhe H sind, um eine obere horizontale Stapelebene (81) zu erhalten, wobei die Höhe H typischerweise mindestens gleich der Tiefe H' des hohlen äußeren Teils (200) gewählt wird, und an ihrer radialen Peripherie und ihrem radialen Ende mindestens drei Teile bilden oder umfassen, die radiale Anschläge (402, 82) bilden, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit dem hohlen äußeren Teil zusammenzuwirken, um jede Radialverschiebung eines Behälters in Bezug zu einem anderen in einem Stapel zu verhindern und so seine Stabilität zu verbessern.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, bei dem das reliefartige Element (80) und der Umfangsbereich (5) ein einstückiges Teil bilden.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, bei dem das reliefartige Element (80) und die Schale (4) ein einstückiges Teil bilden.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, bei dem das reliefartige Element (80) und der Stöpsel (6) ein einstückiges Teil bilden.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, bei dem die Schale (4) und der Umfangsbereich (5) ein einstückiges Teil bilden, typischerweise ein gegossenes oder wärmegeformtes Teil aus Kunststoff.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, bei dem die Schale (4) und der Umfangsbereich (5) zwei durch ein Montagemittel verbundene Teile bilden, typischerweise mit Hilfe einer äußeren Projektion (48) der Schale (4), um eine typischerweise dichte Verbindungszone (11) zu bilden.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 29, bei dem die Schale (4) ein Kunststoffteil bildet, und der Umfangsbereich (5) ein ringförmiges Teil aus Metall oder Metall und Kunststoff bildet, das einen Innenrand (51) aufweist, der mit der Schale (4) oder der äußeren Projektion (48) typischerweise durch Crimpen, Kleben, Einrasten oder Überformen verbunden ist.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 30, bei dem, wenn die Schale (4) und der Umfangsbereich (5) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sind, das Montagemittel, das die Verbindung (11) bildet, ein reversibles Montagemittel ist, um eine spätere Trennung des Deckels und des Umfangsbereichs im Hinblick auf ein Rezyklieren der den Deckel bildenden Materialien zu ermöglichen.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 31, bei dem ein Häutchen (9) mindestens die Öffnung (43) bedeckt oder verschließt, wobei das Häutchen (9) typischerweise ein Häutchen aus einem Barrierematerial für das Produkt ist, wobei das Häutchen (9), das typischerweise am Deckel (1) durch Heißsiegeln befestigt ist, bei einer ersten Öffnung des Deckels (1) abgenommen oder zerrissen werden muss.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 30 und nach Anspruch 30, bei dem das Häutchen (9) ein auf die Innenfläche (13) des Deckels durch Heißsiegeln aufgebrachtes Häutchen ist, das sich über die Schale hinaus erstreckt und die Abdichtung der Verbindungszone (11) zwischen der Schale (4) und dem Umfangsbereich (5) gewährleistet.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 33, bei dem das Häutchen (9) mindestens eine Schwächungslinie (90) umfasst, die typischerweise entlang der Öffnung verläuft, damit durch manuellen Druck auf das Häutchen (9) bei einer ersten Öffnung, beispielsweise mit dem Instrument, das Häutchen (9) zerreißt, um Zugriff auf das Produkt zu ermöglichen, wobei sich das zerrissene Häutchen in das Innere des Körpers einklappt.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 30 und nach Anspruch 30, bei dem das Häutchen (9) ein auf die Oberseite des Deckels durch Heißsiegeln aufgebrachtes Häutchen ist, vorzugsweise auf jene (441) der inneren Projektion (440), wobei das Häutchen eine Greiflasche (91) umfasst, die es typischerweise ermöglicht, das Häutchen (9) manuell vom Deckel (1) zu trennen.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 35, bei dem mindestens die Schale (4) von einem gegossenen oder wärmegeformten Teil aus Thermoplast gebildet ist, typischerweise aus PE, PP, PET, PVC PA, das hinsichtlich Beschaffenheit und Dicke derart ausgewählt ist, dass es einerseits die mechanischen Eigenschaften und andererseits die Gasbarriereeigenschaften, die für die Verwendung notwendig sind, und eine chemische Beständigkeit, die an das Produkt angepasst ist, aufweist.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 36, bei dem der äußere Rand (50) des Umfangsbereichs (5) ein Profil aufweist, das typischerweise durch Crimpen, Heißsiegeln, festes Einrasten, mit dem oberen Rand (23) des zu verschließenden Behälters (2) zusammenwirken kann, wobei der obere Rand (23) ein entweder flacher (230, 233) oder geneigter (231, 234) oder gerollter (232, 235) Rand ist, wobei der flache, geneigte oder gerollte Rand innerhalb oder außerhalb der Schürze sein kann, wobei der äußere Rand (50) typischerweise eine Dichtung oder eine Siegelschicht (54) umfasst, um die Abdichtung zwischen dem Deckel (1) und dem Körper (2) zu gewährleisten.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 37, bei dem der äußere Rand (50) des Umfangsbereichs (5) ein Profil aufweist, das mit einem Zwischenstück (24) zusammenwirken kann, das mit dem oberen Rand (23) des Körpers (2) zusammengefügt ist.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 38, bei dem ein manuelles Greifmittel (14) mit dem Deckel (1), der Schale (4) oder dem Umfangsbereich (5) verbunden ist, um das Weglassen eines mit dem Behälter verbundenen Griffes zu ermöglichen.
- Behälter, umfassend einen Körper (2), der durch einen Deckel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 39 verschlossen ist.
