Definitions
- the invention relates to a reservation box for shutter rolling stock, intended to house, at least partially, a shutter rolling for the equipment of a bay, such as door, window or French window of a local, the reservation box according to the invention being also intended to be integrated with the lintel of this bay, for the installation of the shutter under construction new, or after the latter.
- the invention also relates to a bay block assembly with shutter, intended to equip a bay, of the type presented above and delimited by an opening in a masonry wall a room, the whole block-bay comprising a dormant frame, intended to receive at least one opening frame, and surmounted by a roller shutter box housing a winding-unwinding mechanism a rolling shutter apron to be unrolled outside said frame and opening frame, the block-bay assembly with roller shutter according to the invention being such that at least a portion of the shutter can be accommodated in a booking box as defined above.
- roller shutters are currently installed in three different ways.
- the first type of installation consists of a component rolling stock with a "carpentry" box, manufactured on place by a carpenter: the carpentry, constituting the frame frame and at least one opening frame received in the latter, is splayed against the inside of the masonry wall in which the bay is equipped to equip, and this carpentry taps on each side, linking backstage lateral guidance of the rolling shutter apron to the dormant frame, so as to create a space at the top in order to let the shutter apron pass.
- Carpenter realizes on the spot a box above the carpentry (dormant and typed, and opening) with a trapdoor of the turned side to the interior of the room.
- such box requires good laying accuracy because it carries winding shaft-unwinding of the shutter apron rolling, and position this apron relative to the chassis opening.
- its structural material does not have the same coefficient of expansion that masonry, it is often at the origin of micro-cracks on the external plaster.
- the third solution is to use a bay block that is to say a rolling shutter integrated to the entire frame and of opening (s) equipping the bay, and this bay block is placed in a single block on site.
- the unmoulded caisson of the shutter is mounted on the top rail of the frame and can be placed against the inner face of the lintel, the frame sleeping frame which can then be mounted in interior with typed receiving or arranged behind the scenes, or the unmoulded caisson is mounted under a slab, in which case the dormant frame can be placed between tables in the doorway of the bay with rolling of the deck inwards, or laid interior finish with winding of the deck to the outside.
- the block-bay with shutter rolling stock allows a large industrialization in the workshop, and does not require significantly more time on site only a door, French window or window alone.
- such bay block with roller shutter has an aesthetic often considered questionable, since the box appears in protruding into the local, as well as weak acoustic and thermal performance.
- a block-bay unit with roller shutter is particularly described in FR 2 788 555, in which the shutter apron rolling, rolled up and unrolled by a mechanism housed in a box surmounting a dormant frame, is laterally guided in backstage reported directly or through typed on the amounts of the sleeping frame, the box being delimited by external walls (facing outwards from local), upper, inner and lower, which the upper cross member of the frame, so that the wall internal of this box is substantially in the extension from the plane of the inner side of the fixed frame or the opening frame, and that the bottom wall of the box is subdivided into two sections delimiting between them the slot for the passage of the apron, one of the sections defining, at the lower end from the outer wall, a return towards the sleeping frame, while the other lower wall section extends at least above the top rail of the sleeping frame to reach, at one of its longitudinal edges, the internal wall of the box which it is made integral.
- shutter box bay blocks rolling stock made of synthetic material, for example PVC substantially the same structure as in the French patent mentioned above, and the part of which is located outside the slot of passage of the apron is engaged inside a formwork metal frame, embedded in the masonry of the lintel, because if such an achievement improves performance thermal and acoustic compared to other achievements of this type, on the other hand, it makes the realization of the lintel more complex, since a reservation must be arranged in the latter, which requires precise positioning of the metal formwork of cross-section shaped angle, and its welded frame.
- synthetic material for example PVC
- section chest transverse C which is metallic, for example sheet metal galvanized, allows, with its built-in armature, to achieve a lintel thin going back inwards under the lower part of the reservation box, which constitutes substantially an external half-box housing part of the shutter rolling, and supplemented substantially by an inner half-box defined by an inner wall and a lower wall that are attached to each other and brought under the slab in order to close the shutter box substantially by the arrangement of the inner half-box facing the trunk of section reservation in C.
- the invention proposes a reservation box for roller shutter, intended to house, at least partially, a rolling shutter, preferably associated with a bay block intended for equipping a bay, such as a door, window or French window with a local, the reservation box being also intended to be integrated into the lintel of said bay, and which is characterized in that it includes an inner wall, intended to be turned towards the interior of the room substantially flat and can be at least partially open to form an entrance face of the reservation box, said flush inner wall substantially the inner face of the lintel when the trunk of reservation is in position in the latter, the safe of reservation also including a bottom wall substantially flat, connected along its inner edge to lower edge of the inner wall, and flush substantially the underside of the lintel, as well as an outer wall, which is at least partly curved concavity facing the wall internal, so as to substantially envelop the cylindrical shape rolling shutter rolling shutter.
- the reservation of the shutter is carried out in part in the shell of the masonry.
- the task of the bricklayer is facilitated because he has just to deposit a shutter reservation in the bottom of the formwork lintels above openings of bays to equip with shutters.
- the reservation ensured by a safe according to the invention and as presented above, forms a lost formwork, which recreates a classic lintel above an opening, if, at the time of laying the sleeping frame and the or opening frames, it is envisaged not to rolling shutter.
- the reservation box according to the invention which then remains closed, allows the installation of a window, door or French window classic.
- the reservation box is made up of a thin sail capable of be cut with a sharp tool, to open the face internal of said reservation box, when placing a shutter for example, built into a bay block with a sleeping frame and opening frame, to be laid in one piece.
- the inner wall of the trunk is connected to the bottom wall by a hinge and swivel, so that at least a portion of this inner wall is foldable against the upper face of a sleeping frame equipping the Bay.
- the folding portion of the inner wall the reservation box is a flap, substantially flat, of width adaptable to the thickness of the fixed frame, and, possibly, taps related to said sleeping frame, if, for example, according to an advantageous embodiment of simple embodiment, the inner wall on at least one of its internal faces and external, at least one frangible or breakable zone allowing to adapt the width of said flap made from said inner wall, and preferably formed by notches parallels arranged from one lateral end to the other in said face of the inner wall of the reservation box.
- these parallel notches are arranged in the internal face, towards the room, of half of said wall internal of the trunk that is closest to the hinge of connection with the lower wall.
- the upper edge of the wall internal of this chest is advantageously connected, before the opening of the internal face of said reservation box, at the inner edge of the upper part of its outer wall curved, by a precut area.
- the latter advantageously has at least one longitudinal notch arranged in the inner face, towards the interior of the room, said inner wall from one side edge to the other of this last.
- the external wall of the reservation box according to the invention advantageously supports, protruding towards the outside of the trunk, support brackets for reinforcing bars of the lintel frame.
- the trunk of reservation is advantageously consisting, at least partially, of a section of material synthetic.
- the trunk can consist of a part of a self-supporting tubular profile, cut to length, presenting the inner, outer and lower walls, and closed by two plugs at its lateral ends.
- a reservation box can accommodate at least part of a component conventional rolling stock, associated or not with a block-bay, and may in particular housing at least a portion of the rolled deck of the rolling shutter.
- the invention also proposes a bay-block assembly with rolling shutter, of the type presented above, including the apron shutter is laterally guided behind the scenes reported directly or via typed on the sleeping frame uprights surmounted by roller shutter box, this box being delimited by an outer face, a wall upper, an inner wall and a lower wall, adjacent to a slit passage of the apron and attached to the cross upper part of the sleeping frame on which the lower wall of the box extends according to the state of the art according to the Figure 2 of FR 2 788 555, and which is characterized, according to the invention, in that the outer face of the box is at least partially open so that at least part of the drum cylindrical formed by the rolling shutter rolled apron made protrusion outside the outer face, whose plane extends substantially in the extension of the outer face of the frame dormant, so that at least part of the shutter can be housed in a booking box integrated in a lintel of the bay and arranged so that
- the block-bay assembly with shutter also includes a booking box, of the type presented above, intended to be integrated into the lintel of the bay to equip, and arranged so that the inner face of the chest forms an open entrance face towards the interior of the local, this box being moreover intended to house at least said part of the rolled apron protruding out of the face outside of the roller shutter box, when the casing is pressed against the reservation box with its external side open opposite the open entrance side of the safe reservation, at the establishment of the bay block.
- a booking box of the type presented above, intended to be integrated into the lintel of the bay to equip, and arranged so that the inner face of the chest forms an open entrance face towards the interior of the local, this box being moreover intended to house at least said part of the rolled apron protruding out of the face outside of the roller shutter box, when the casing is pressed against the reservation box with its external side open opposite the open entrance side of the safe reservation, at the establishment of the bay block.
- the reservation box completes the shutter box to wrap the entire deck wound and the associated components of the shutter, namely the winding-unwinding shaft, and the device in particular, the roller shutter that can be manufactured and mounted in the factory, then fixed on the frame, always in factory, to form a block-bay with roller shutter that arises, on site, like analogous sets of the state of the the only additional operation being to ensure previously the opening of the inner side of the trunk of booking.
- the shutter box comprises also, at its lateral ends, support cheeks of a winding shaft-unwinding of the apron, the cheeks-supports being shaped to deport the tree out of the open outer face of the casing with respect to the fixation of cheeks-supports to the lower wall of the box.
- the inner wall of the shutter box is advantageously arranged in a trap door linked by removable fastening means, preferably by clipping, to inner edges of the upper and lower walls of said box, and constituting the only part of the box protruding inward in relation to the plane of the inner face of the frame frame and / or the opening frame of the bay block.
- a seal is advantageously reported between the outer edge of the upper wall of the shutter box wheel and lintel, above the open entrance of the trunk as well as between the outer edge of the cheeks or side end flanges of the roller shutter box and the lintel, on the sides of the open entrance of the trunk of booking.
- the latter is advantageously such that its wall lower substantially plane, which is substantially flush with the face lower lintel, extends inwards by a flap substantially flat, constituted by at least a portion of the pivoting inner wall of the reservation box and foldable against the upper face of the sleeping frame.
- the swiveling internal wall of the trunk of reservation is a substantially flat wall connected, along its lower edge, by a hinge at the inner edge of the bottom wall of the trunk, and that it presents, on one less than its faces, at least one frangible or breakable zone to adapt the width of the flap made from this inner wall, and formed for example by notches parallels arranged from one lateral end to the other in said face of the inner wall of the trunk, allows to delimit the slit of passage of the rolling shutter apron between, a the lower wall of the shutter box, which is attached to the top rail of the frame, and other the flap coming from the inside wall of the boot of reservation, and whose adaptable width can be adapted to the thickness of an insulating lining applied against the face internal masonry, and therefore to the width of the sleeping frame possibly completed by typed.
- the support cheeks of the winding-unwinding shaft of the apron are preferably each a consistent support to move the tree out of the the open outer face of the box, and a cheek, whose width is adjustable depending on the thickness of the frame dormant, and therefore the insulating doubling wall, doubling towards inside the masonry wall in which is arranged the opening of the bay to equip.
- FIG 1 there is shown a wall 1 at level of a bay, in this case a window, whose opening 2 is framed between two uprights 3 before construction of the lintel.
- the window 2 is intended to be equipped with a set bay block with roller shutter, in particular of the type described below.
- This box 4 consists of a tubular part 5 cut to length and closed at each of its two lateral ends by a plug 6 to prevent mortar or concrete from entering inside the trunk 4, during the construction of the lintel.
- the trunk 4 is for example constituted of a section in synthetic material, of which the tubular part 5 has a self-supporting tubular profile, the length of which is such that this tubular portion 5 exceeds about 5 to 10 cm of each side of the opening 2 of the window and thus rests on the amounts 3 of the masonry by its ends closed by the plugs 6 also made of synthetic material.
- the installation of the safe 4 does not require any precision from the masons, which avoids any risk of malfunction.
- the reservation box 4 forms a formwork lost, which reconstructs the lintel 7 classic (see Figure 2) above window opening 2 if, at the time of installation dormant and opening (s) (also called carpentry) of this window, it is envisaged not to install a shutter, this formwork lost and closed allowing the installation of a window classic.
- the trunk of reservation 4, integrated into the masonry of lintel 7, has its tubular profile 5 delimited by an outer wall 8 (tour out of the local), which is a wall whose major part is rounded, in the form of a concavity cylinder portion turned towards the interior of the room, so as to follow the shape cylindrical rolling shutter curtain, as described below.
- This outer wall 8 can support, projecting on its convex external face, one or hooks such as 9 of positioning and / or support of reinforcing bars such as 10 of the metal frame of the lintel 7.
- the lower end of the rounded part of the outer wall 8 is connected, by a small vertical portion 11 at the outer end of a wall lower 12 which is flat and is substantially flush with the face lower horizontal 13 of the lintel 7, to the inner edge 14 (turned towards the interior of the room) of this lower wall 12 by which the latter is linked to the lower edge of a inner wall 16 also flat and flush with the inner face vertical 17 of the lintel 7, when the trunk 4 occupies its integrated position in lintel 7, as shown in Figures 2 to 4.
- the inner wall 16 of the chest 4 is initially tied to the inner upper edge 19 of the outer wall 8.
- this wall 8 gives inertia to this wall, which must support the weight of fresh concrete at the time of construction, the thin outer walls 8, lower 12, and inner 16 allowing keep a minimum thickness of concrete banché while retaining sufficient space for the reinforcement 10 of the concrete of the lintel 7.
- the internal wall 16 is initially connected to the edge internal and upper 19 of the outer wall 8 by a zone pre-cut, defined by a notch or notch 20 formed longitudinally, from one side edge to the other of the wall internal 16 in the "inner" face turned towards the inside of the local of this wall 16, at its upper edge 18, as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
- the inner wall 16 is also linked to inner edge 14 of the bottom wall 12 by a hinge tongue 21 (see FIGS. 4 and 6), which connects the bottom edge 15 of the inner wall 16 to the inner edge 14 of the wall lower 12 from one lateral end to the other of the box 4.
- frangible or breakable zones of this 16 are provided in the latter by several the occurrence 5) parallel notches or notches 22 extending in the "inner" face of this wall 16 and one end side to side of the latter.
- the inner face of the trunk 4, initially closed by the inner wall 16 must be open in order to accommodate at least a portion of the shutter in the trunk 4, and for this purpose, using a sharp tool engaged in the groove, notch or notch 20, cut the connection between the upper edge 18 of the inner wall 16 and the upper inner edge 19 of the outer wall 8, to separate these two walls 16 and 8 at this level, and the wall is folded down internal 16 downwards through the hinge 21, which opens the internal side or entrance side of the safe 4.
- the inner wall 16 is cut or broken at one of the breakable areas or frangible defined by the grooves, notches or notches 22, so that the width of the flap, so defined between the hinge 21 and the groove 22 at which the wall internal 16 is cut or broken, can be adapted to the thickness of the aforementioned insulating inner lining wall (no shown).
- the inner wall such as 16 of the trunk 4 can be tied to the inner edges 14 and 19 of the lower walls 12 and external 8 without pre-cut area or hinge such as 21, but being an inner wall 16 of sufficient thickness reduced, at least along its periphery, to be able to cut easily with a sharp instrument, and thus release the entrance opening of the safe 4.
- the shutter can be manufactured, assembled and fixed in workshop on the dormant frame integrating at least one frame opening of the window 2, thereby producing a bay-block assembly with rolling shutter in workshop.
- This set can be realized as represented on the Figures 8 to 10, with many conventional components of a rolling shutter, on the one hand, and a sleeping frame with at least an opening frame, on the other hand.
- FIG. 8 is schematically shown a frame window frame 24, conventionally consisting of two uprights 25 rigidly assembled by a lower crossmember 26 and a upper crossbar 27, surmounted by a shutter box 28 rolling, comprising a lower wall 29 intended to be attached to the upper cross member 27 of the frame 24, a upper wall 30, an inner wall 31 constituting a inspection hatch removably attached to the bottom walls 29 and upper 30, and two side cheeks 32, in the form of flanges angle against bent.
- This box 28 which is open on its outer face 33 (see FIG.
- winding-unwinding mechanism of a shutter apron 34 rolling around a winding-unwinding shaft 35, tubular in this example, in the lateral ends of which grip ferrules 36 that can be equipped with mechanisms braking and / or blocking the unwinding or winding of the apron 34, these tips 36 supporting axes 37 received, at their free end in bearings 38 (only one of which is visible in FIG. 9), one of which passes through a mechanism 39 of control of winding and / or unfolding of the deck 34, this mechanism 39 being powered by an electric motor, or driven pulley by strap or, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, with operating winch controlled by a crank by via a cardanic angle gear 40, as well known.
- the bearings 38 are supported by supports 41 of the drive shaft 35, each of the two supports 41 being inclined so as to deport the bearings 38 and therefore the shaft 35 slightly outside the open outer face 33, the box 28, relative to the connection of the supports 41 to the wall lower 29 of this box 28 through the brackets 42 screwed.
- the part of the apron 34 that is wrapped around the shaft 35 constitutes a cylindrical drum 43, while the unwrapped or unfolded part of the deck 34 is guided by its side edges in slides 44 fixed inside the 25 of the sleeping frame 24, so that the deck 34 is unfolds at the front of the window, the entrance of the lateral edges of the apron 34 in the slides 44 being guided, on each side, by a tulip funnel 45 mounted on the upper end of the corresponding slideway 44.
- the upper wall 30 of the box 28 is fixed by its lateral extremities on the upper extremities of the cheeks 32, which are fixed by their end bent and lower against the lateral ends of the wall lower 29 extending and fixed on the upper rail 27 of the sleeping frame 24.
- the brackets 42 fix the feet of the supports 41 on the bottom wall 29, while the parts inclined upper supports 41 deport the shaft 35 to the outside of the open outer face 33 of the box 28, so that more than half the cylindrical volume of the drum 43 formed by the apron 34 wound around the shaft 35 is in protruding outwards, and outside the outer face open 33.
- the plane of the open external face 33 of the box 28 extends substantially in the extension of the outer face 46 of the frame 24, so that when the outer face 46 of the frame 24 is applied against the face inside the window recess 2, by pivoting as indicated by the arrow in Figure 11, after pressing the lower cross member 26 of the sleeping frame 24 on the basis of the opening 2 of the window, the part of the cylindrical drum 43 protruding outside the open outer face 33 of the roller shutter box 28 penetrates through the open inner face of the reservation box 4 and is housed in the latter, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15.
- the casing 28 is then pressed against the trunk 4, with the outer face 33 of the casing 28 open opposite the open entrance side of the safe 4, by the establishment of the bay block.
- the roller shutter box 28 is removably closed by the inner wall 31 of this box 28, which wall 31 is arranged in inspection hatch linked by removable fastening means, such as clips elastic members 47 projecting inwards from the internal edges lower walls 29, and upper 30 of the box 28, which fit into corresponding recesses in the lower and upper edges of this hatch 31.
- removable fastening means such as clips elastic members 47 projecting inwards from the internal edges lower walls 29, and upper 30 of the box 28, which fit into corresponding recesses in the lower and upper edges of this hatch 31.
- the latter is the only part of box 28 that appears slightly projecting inwards, with respect to the plane of the face internal frame of the frame 24 and / or the opening frame of the bay block.
- FIG 15 there is shown in 49 a seal sealant, simultaneously constituting a sound seal and thermal, which is attached between a flange 50 of the outer edge of the upper wall 30 of the box 28, on the one hand, and, on the other hand the inner face 17 of the lintel 7, above the inner edge upper 19 of the outer wall 8 of the reservation box 4, so above the open entrance of this chest 4, this seal 49 also extending between the outer edges of both cheeks 32 and the lintel 7, on the sides of the open entrance of the safe 4.
- Figure 15 also shows that the slot of passage of the apron 34 of the roller shutter, between the box 28 and the frame 24, which is delimited on the sides at the junction between the slides 44 fixed inside the uprights 25 of the frame 24 and centering tulips 45, is adjacent to the outer edge of the bottom wall 29 of the box 28, and in fact bounded over the entire width of the deck 34, between this edge outer wall 29 and the inner edge of the flap 23 obtained by cutting the inner wall 16 of the trunk 4 at the level of of one of the grooves 22 and pivoting of this flap 23 around the hinge 21 until the flap 23 comes to bear against the upper face of the uprights 25 of the fixed frame 24, the width of this flap 23 being adjusted to the thickness of the frame dormant 24 which, itself, is defined according to the thickness of the insulating inner lining wall of the wall masonry 1.
- both cheeks side 32 and that of the upper wall 30 of the box 28 shutter must also be adjusted to this thickness of the frame 24 and therefore the insulation, as can be seen in Figures 16 and 17, which represent the implementation of the whole block-bay with shutter rolling and booking box as described above for the equipment of a window in a lined masonry wall internally with an insulating wall of much greater thickness to that of the previous example.
- FIGS. 16 and 17 the same reference numerals designate the same components as in the previous figures.
- the seal 49 has not been shown, and we immediately see that the lateral cheeks 32 and the upper wall 30 of the trunk 28 are wider, as well as the flap 23 from the cutting and pivoting of the wall internal 16 trunk 4, which, moreover, presents exactly the same structure as in the previous figures, even if the brackets or brackets 9 support and positioning rounds to concrete 10 have been shown only in FIG. simplicity.
- each frame amount 25 dormant 24 is extended outward by a typed 51, and the greater width of the flap 23, compared to that of the Figure 15, corresponds to the increase in the thickness of the entire sleeping frame 24 and typed 51, so that the passage slot of the apron 34 of the shutter still remains delimited between the lower wall 29 of the box 28 and this flap 23.
- This greater thickness of the insulating wall at the inside of the masonry wall 1 also has the effect that the cylindrical drum 43 of the apron 34 wrapped around the shaft 35 does not protrude outside the open outer face 33 of the box 28, and therefore penetrates less inside the trunk open 4.
- cheeks 32 and the upper wall 30 of the box 28 are designed to be easily adjustable in width, and this can be performed, at the level of the cheeks 32, providing, substantially as for the inner wall 16 of the trunk 4, frangible zones or scored, defined, on the height of the cheeks 32 by variations in thickness (grooves or, on the contrary, rib along which each cheek 32 can be cut).
- supports 41 laterally lined outwards by the cheeks 32 are not modified according to the thickness of the wall insulation and their positioning and method of fixation relative to the bottom wall 29 which supports them, as well as the shaft 35 and the drum 43 of the apron 34 wound.
- the advantages of the embodiment according to the invention are a almost perfect integration of the roller shutter box above the sleeping frame of the bay with a shutter access door which does not substantially exceed the chassis opening, on the side of the interior of the room, this hatch of visit that may overflow slightly on each side of the box, to hide the small finishing defects that we meet around a classic berry box.
