Abstract

Une installation de laminage à froid en continu comprend une unité avant constituée d'un laminoir avec une pluralité de supports et une unité arrière constituée d'un laminoir avec une pluralité de supports disposés du côté aval de l'unité avant, dans le sens d'écoulement d'un matériau laminé. Le laminoir constitué de deux ou plusieurs supports à l'unité avant est un laminoir déformé ou possédant un diamètre extrêmement réduit. Chaque laminoir déformé ou possédant un diamètre extrêmement réduit de deux ou plusieurs supports à l'unité arrière possède un moteur d'entraînement ayant une capacité plus grande que celle d'un moteur d'entraînement pour le laminoir de n'importe quel support du côté amont. L'installation est destinée à la fabrication d'une plaque métallique laminée à chaud à faible granularité et manifeste une excellente capacité de passage de plaque (prévention de la formation de fissures) et une forme de plaque désirée.
