Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drucktuch gemäß des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a printing blanket according to the preamble of claim 1.
In Offsetdruckmaschinen, insbesondere Offset-Rollenrotationsdruckmaschinen, werden von einem Formzylinder die zu druckenden Bilder auf einen Offsetzylinder übertragen, der üblicherweise als Gummizylinder bezeichnet wird. Von dem Gummizylinder erfolgt dann die Bildübertragung auf einen Bedruckstoff. In der Vergangenheit wurden überwiegend Drucktücher, sogenannte Gummitücher aus einem mehrschichtigen Aufbau auf dem Gummizylinder aufgespannt, indem die Enden in der Zylindergrube fixiert wurden. Üblicherweise liegt die Dicke eines derartigen Gummituches im Bereich von etwa 2 mm, so dass allein zur Einführung der beiden Enden in die Zylindergrube eine Öffnung von mindestens 4 mm notwendig war. Das Metallgummituch 1 gemäß
Zur Lösung des eingangs geschilderten Problems wird deshalb erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass insbesondere zur Beseitigung der Gefahr des Ablösens des Versieglers von der Deckschicht die Versieglergeometrie dahingehend optimiert wird, dass eine Vergrößerung der Haftfläche zum Drucktuch erreicht wird unter gleichzeitiger Minimierung der Spannung im Versiegler. Im einfachsten Fall kann dies erreicht werden durch eine vergrößerte Haftfläche des Versieglers 5 besonders an der Deckschicht 2, was in den Figuren nicht im einzelnen dargestellt ist. Durch die Aufrauhung entsteht im Vergleich zu einer glatten, d.h. nicht aufgerauhten Schicht, wie sie beispielsweise durch einen Schnitt erzeugt wird, eine wesentlich größere Haftfläche bzw. Hafiflächengeometrie.
