  • the control device 5 therefore acts as a manostat by suitably opening or closing the electric valves 14 or 16 and/or the automatic switch 18 for keeping the pressure constant, for example within a range of 500 Pa, in one or more groups of air chambers 3 according to the real pressure detected by the pressure sensors 20 and to the ideal pressure values stored in the digital memory 21. All these pressure values can be transmitted in real time from the control unit 15 and displayed by display 24 of the remote control 22.

Claims (15)

  1. Matratze, enthaltend Lufteinlässe (4), einen elektrischen Kompressor (12), elektrische Ventile (14), eine Steuereinheit (15), einen Automatikschalter (18), einen oder mehrere Drucksensoren (20) und eine äußere Abdeckung (1), in welcher eine Polsterung (2) angeordnet ist, die Luftkammern (3) umfasst, die zum Aufblasen geeignet sind, um den Körper mindestens eines Benutzers zu tragen, wobei die Luftkammern (3) mittels der Lufteinlässe (4) mit dem elektrischen Kompressor (12) verbunden sind, um Luft von außen anzusaugen und in die Luftkammern (3) zu pumpen, welche Einlässe (4) mit den elektrischen Ventilen (14) versehen sind, die mit der Steuereinheit (15) verbunden sind, welche wiederum mit dem Automatikschalter (18) verbunden ist, der in einer elektrischen Leitung zwischen dem Kompressor (12) und einer elektrischen Leistungsquelle (19) angeordnet ist, wobei die Steuereinheit (15) die elektrischen Ventile (14) und/oder den Automatikschalter (18) in Übereinstimmung mit von den Drucksensoren (20) kommenden Steuersignalen öffnet und schließt, wobei die Luftkammern (3) in eine oder mehrere Gruppen (A, B, C, D) von miteinander verbundenen Luftkammern (3) gruppiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drucksensoren (20) den Druck in Luftkammern (3) einer Gruppe (A, B, C, D) messen, der sich von den Luftkammern (3) der selben Gruppe (A, B, C, D), die mit den Einlässen (4) verbunden sind, unterscheidet.
  2. Matratze nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppen (A, B, C, D) von Luftkammern (3) mit der Umgebung durch Auslässe (17) verbunden sind, die mit elektrischen Ventilen (16) versehen sind, die mit der Steuereinheit (15) verbunden sind.
  3. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrischen Ventile (14, 16) normalerweise geschlossen sind.
  4. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drucksensoren (20) auf der den Einlässen (4) und/oder den Auslässen (17) entgegengesetzten Seite angeordnet sind.
  5. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polsterung (2) im wesentlichen die Form eines Quaders mit vier Seitenwänden und einer aus Polyurethanschaum hergestellten Basis hat.
  6. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftkammern (3) im wesentlichen die Form eines Quaders haben und in der Polsterung (2) zwischen ihren Seitenwänden und über ihrer Basis entlang mehreren horizontalen Reihen und Spalten angeordnet sind, um so mindestens eine gleichmäßige Schicht aus Zellen zu bilden.
  7. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftkammern (3) in vier Gruppen (A, B, C, D) von Luftkammern (3) gruppiert sind, die in jeder Gruppe miteinander verbunden sind, welche vier Gruppen jeweils der Kopfzone (A), der Lendenzone (B), der Sakralzone (C) bzw. der Beinzone (D) des Benutzers entsprechen, deren Tiefe größer ist als die Tiefe jeder anderen Zone (A, B oder C).
  8. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftkammern (3) durch eine obere Lage (6) aus verformbaren Material erhalten werden, die so geformt ist, dass sie eine Vielzahl von im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Zellen bildet, die nach unten offen sind und durch Streifen aus dem gleichen Material entlang ihren unteren Rändern miteinander verbunden sind, wobei eine untere Lage (7) aus einem verformbaren Material entlang den Streifen verschweißt wird, um so die Zellen hermetisch zu verschließen und die Luftkammern (3) zu erhalten.
  9. Matratze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftkammern (3) mit einer oder mehreren benachbarten Luftkammern (3) durch einen Schlitz (8) kommunizieren, der zwischen der oberen Lage (6) und der unteren Lage (7) gebildet ist, indem das Verschweißen zwischen den beiden Lagen (6, 7) entlang einem Abschnitt des Streifens verhindert wird, der die unteren Ränder der entsprechenden Zellen verbindet.
  10. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verstärkungselemente (9), die in Bezug auf die Innenseite der Luftkammern (3) eine komplementäre Form und kleinere Größe haben und aus einem verformbaren Material hergestellt sind, in den Luftkammern (3) angeordnet sind.
  11. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein flexibles Netz (10) auf den Luftkammern (3) angeordnet ist.
  12. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Lage (11) aus einem verformbaren Material, das geeignet ist, die verformte Form über eine vorbestimmte Zeitdauer beizubehalten, auf den Luftkammern (3) angeordnet ist.
  13. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (15) mit mindestens einem digitalen Speicher (21) versehen oder verbunden ist, der zum Speichern der Druckwerte in einer oder mehreren Luftkammern (3) geeignet ist.
  14. Matratze nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der digitale Speicher (21) mehrere Reihen von Druckwerten enthält, die von der Steuereinheit (15) dem Gewicht des Benutzers entsprechend gewählt werden können.
  15. Matratze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (15) mit einer externen Fernsteuerung (22) zum Anpassen des Druckes in einer oder mehreren Luftkammern (3) kommunizieren kann.
