Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Operationsleuchte zum Einsatz bei endoskopischen Operationen mit einem die Operationsleuchte an einer Raumdecke, einer Wand oder einem Stativ verstellbar haltenden Tragarmsystem nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei endoskopischen Operationen wird der Patient in der Regel unter einer konventionellen Operationsleuchte vorbereitet. So bleibt beispielsweise während dem Einführen der Trokare bzw. bei den anderen vorbereitenden Handlungen üblicherweise das Raumlicht sowie die Operationsleuchte eingeschaltet.
  • Sobald der endoskopische Eingriff beginnt, wird der Raum verdunkelt, um die Ablesbarkeit und den Kontrast auf den Monitoren und den Endoskopoptiken zu verbessern. Der Raum wird jedoch nicht vollständig abgedunkelt. Vielmehr ist eine gewisse Restbeleuchtung im Raum erforderlich, um das Instrumentarium oder andere Gerätschaften zu sehen oder zu bedienen. Während des endoskopischen Eingriffs wird also die Operationsleuchte ausgeschaltet und zur Erzeugung der Restbeleuchtung wird das Raumlicht gedimmt oder soweit dieses auch ausgeschaltet wird, werden eventuell Hilfsleuchten, das heißt zusätzliche Strahler, die im Operationsraum vorzusehen sind, eingeschaltet.
  • Bei der vorbeschriebenen üblichen Konstellation ergibt sich der Nachteil, dass das Raumlicht Spiegelungen auf den Monitoren erzeugt. Zusätzlich angebrachte Hilfslampen am Instrumententisch oder an anderer Stelle sind zwar bereits derart eingerichtet, dass sie ein indirektes und damit angenehmes Licht erzeugen. Sie sind aber hinderlich, weil sie als weiteres Gerät im Bereich des Instrumententisches angeordnet sind und eine zusätzliche Stormversorgung benötigen.
  • Aus der DE 93 17 671 U1 ist es bereits bekannt geworden, eine Operationsleuchte zur Verwendung bei medizinischen Operationen mit Endoskopen bereitzustellen, bei denen neben der Hauptlichtquelle besondere Zusatzlampen am oder im Leuchtengehäuse selber vorgesehen sind. Diese Zusatzlampen erzeugen Lichtbündel, die vom Operationsfeld weg weisen. Beim Betrieb weist diese Ausführungsvariante den Nachteil auf, dass die Lichtbündel dieser zusätzlichen im Gehäuse der Operationsleuchte integrierten Leuchte je nach Stellung der Operationsleuchte in eine beliebige Raumrichtung weisen. Diese feste Kopplung der Ausrichtung der Beleuchtung der Operationsleuchte und der zusätzlichen Leuchten führt nun dazu, dass der gewünschte Effekt eines indirekten Lichtes nur zufällig dann erfüllt ist, wenn die Operationsleuchte parallel oder im wesentlichen parallel zu der Raumdecke ausgerichtet ist. In allen anderen Stellungen, die die Operationsleuchte beim Betrieb einnimmt, besteht die Gefahr des Blendens durch die entsprechenden Lichtbündel der Zusatzlampen.
  • Aus der WO 99/50591 ist ebenfalls eine Operationsleuchte zur Verwendung bei medizinischen Operationen bekannt, bei der neben der Hauptlichtquelle ebenfalls eine Zusatzlampe vorhanden ist. Die Zusatzlampe ist hier unmittelbar an den Bügel angeordnet, an dessen freien Enden das Gehäuse der Hauptlichtquelle schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Auch hier besteht die Gefahr des Blendens des Operateurs, wenn dieser Bügel entsprechend bei Verstellen der Hauptlichtquelle verschwenkt wird.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher eine Operationsleuchte zu schaffen, die während eines endoskopischen Eingriffs eine Beleuchtung ermöglicht, die platzsparend angeordnet, einfach handhabbar und ohne Störeinflüsse für den Operateur ausgebildet ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Kombination der Merkmale nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Dabei ist die mindestens eine Leuchte am Ende des ersten Auslegers des Tragarmsystems angeordnet und/oder sie ist am Federarm des Tragarmsystems angeordnet. Durch die Integration dieser zusätzlichen Leuchte oder dieser Hilfsleuchte an dieser entsprechenden Stelle in das Tragarmsystem der Operationsleuchte wird vorteilhaft sichergestellt, dass die Hilfsbeleuchtung der Decke oder der Wand zugewandt ist, so dass hier das Erzeugen eines indirekten Lichtes sichergestellt ist. Die zusätzliche Leuchte ist automatisch in einer vergleichsweise hohen Raumhöhe angeordnet, so dass keine unmittelbare Blendung des Operationspersonals möglich ist. Hier ist zu berücksichtigen, dass in einem abgedunkelten Raum schon schwache direkte Lichtquellen stark blendend auf die geöffnete Pupille des Betrachtes wirken würden. Zusätzlich behindern keine zusätzlichen Kabel den Operationsraum oder gar den Operationsbereich. Schließlich sind keine zusätzlichen Investitionskosten für zu installierende getrennte OP-Hilfsleuchten notwendig.
  • Besondere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den sich an den Hauptanspruch anschließenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Demnach kann die mindestens eine im Tragarmsystem angeordnete zusätzliche Leuchte der Raumdecke und/oder einer Wand zugewandt sein.
  • Hierdurch wird eine indirekte Beleuchtung erzeugt, die ein ideales Endoskopielicht zur Verfügung stellt.
  • Die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte kann von der zentralen Stromversorgung der Operationsleuchte mitversorgt werden. Das bedeutet, dass die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte ab dem Einschalten der Stromversorgung über den Hauptschalter der Operationsleuchte brennt. Hierdurch entfällt eine aufwendige zusätzliche Stromversorgung mit eigener Verdrahtung des Hilfslichts. Auch die ansonsten üblichen Schalteinrichtungen bzw. Schaltungslogiken können entfallen. Im Betrieb leuchtet das zusätzliche Licht immer wenn die Hauptstromversorgung der Operationsleuchte eingeschaltet ist. Beim Endoskopieeinsatz wird dann der Operations-Leuchtenkörper ausgeschaltet, das heißt auf Standby geschaltet, während das Hilfslicht weiter leuchtet.
  • Die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte kann als Leuchtmittel eine Entladungslampe, Halogenlampe, Glühlampe, Glimmlampe, Neonlampe und/oder eine oder mehrere Licht emmitierende Dioden - (LED) - oder ein anderes Licht emittierendes Element umfassen.
  • Vorteilhaft kann eine zusätzliche Leuchte unterhalb des Zentrallagers des Tragarmsystems angeordnet sein. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann die zusätzliche Leuchte am ersten Ausleger des Tragarmsystems angeordnet sein. Weiterhin kann eine zusätzliche Leuchte auch im Bereich der kardanischen Aufhängung der Operationsleuchte integriert sein.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorteil der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, die an Hand der einzigen Figur dargestellt ist. Die Figur zeigt eine schematische Ansicht einer Operationsleuchte mit Tragarmsystem.
  • Eine Operationsleuchte 10 ist über ein Tragarmsystem 12 an einer Raumdecke 14 eines Operationsraums über eine Deckenbefestigung 16 festgelegt.
  • Die Operationsleuchte 10 ist üblicher Bauart. Das Tragarmsystem 12 weist in der hier dargestellten Ausführungsvariante eine von der Deckenbefestigung 16 ausgehende senkrecht zur Raumdecke 14 ausgerichtete Stange 18 auf, an der über ein Zentrallager 20 ein erster Ausleger 22, der im wesentlichen parallel zur Raumdecke 14 ausgerichtet ist, um 360° verschwenkbar ist. Am Ende des Auslegers 20 ist wiederum um 360° verschwenkbar eine senkrecht zum ersten Ausleger 22 ausgerichtete Stange 24 angelenkt. Am freien Ende der Stange 24 ist ein Schwenklager 26 zum Verschwenken eines Federarmes 28 angeordnet. Am freien Ende des Federarms 28 ist ein weiteres Schwenklager 30 vorgesehen, welches zusätzlich mit dem Aufhängearm 32 für die Operationsleuchte verbunden ist. Der Aufhängearm 32 ist über eine kardanische Aufhängung 34 mit der Operationsleuchte verbunden.
  • In der hier dargestellten Ausführungsvariante sind verschiedene zusätzliche Leuchten 36, 38, 40, 42 und 44 an unterschiedlichen Stellen des Tragarmsystems vorgesehen.
  • Selbstverständlich müssen nicht alle zusätzlichen Leuchten im Rahmen der Erfindung verwirklicht werden. Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann auch nur eine oder eine unter Kombination der hier dargestellten zusätzlichen Leuchten verwirklicht sein. Eine erste zusätzliche Leuchte 36 ist unterhalb des Zentrallagers 20 vorgesehen. Eine zweite zusätzliche Leuchte ist auf dem ersten Ausleger 22 angeordnet, während eine zusätzliche Leuchte 40 am Ende des Auslegers 22 integriert ist.
  • Ein zusätzliche Leuchte 42 ist am Federarm 28 und eine zusätzliche Leuchte 44 ist im Bereich der kardanischen Aufhängung der Operationsleuchte 10 angeordnet. Sämtlichen zusätzlichen Leuchten 36, 38, 40, 42 und 44 ist es gemein, dass ihre Lichtbündel a in Richtung der Raumdecke 14 ausgerichtet sind und somit in idealer Raumhöhe ein indirektes Licht erzeugen.

Claims (7)

  1. Operationsleuchte (10) zum Einsatz bei endoskopischen Operationen, die durch eine zentrale Stromversorgung versorgbar ist, mit einem die Operationsleuchte (10) an einer Raumdecke (14), einer Wand oder einem Stativ verstellbar haltenden Tragarmsystem (12) mit einem an einem Zentrallager (20) angeordneten ersten Ausleger (22), an dem über eine Stange (24) ein über ein Schwenklager (26) angelenkter Federarm (28) angeordnet ist, wobei am Tragarmsystem (12) mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte (36, 38, 40, 42, 44) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte (40) am Ende des ersten Auslegers (22) des Tragarmsystems (12) angeordnet ist.
  2. Operationsleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte (36, 38, 40, 42, 44) der Raumdecke(14) und/oder einer Wand zugewandt ist.
  3. Operationsleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte (36, 38, 40, 42, 44) von der zentralen Stromversorgung der Operationsleuchte (10) mitversorgt wird.
  4. Operationsleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine zusätzliche Leuchte (36, 38, 40, 42, 44) als Leuchtmittel eine Entladungslampe, Halogenlampe, Glühlampe, Glimmlampe, Neonlampe und/oder Licht emmitierende Diode, Diodenbündel (LED) oder ein anderes Licht aussendendes Element umfasst.
  5. Operationsleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche Leuchte (36) unterhalb des Zentrallagers (20) des Tragarmsystems (12) angeordnet ist.
  6. Operationsleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche Leuchte (38) am ersten Ausleger (22) des Tragarmsystems (12) angeordnet ist.
  7. Operationsleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche Leuchte (44) an der kardanischen Aufhängung (34) der Operationsleuchte (10) am Tragarmsystem (12) angeordnet ist.
