Definitions
- the invention relates to a cutting set for electric hair clippers according to the preamble of claim 1 and a hair clipper according to the preamble of the claim 13.
- Such cutting sets and hair clippers are known for example from DE 297 24 477 U1.
- the aim of the invention is to provide a cutting set for an electric Hair clipper or a hair clipper for To provide the one or the sealing of the cut surfaces the hair permits analogously to the hot scissors.
- the cutting set according to the invention for electric hair clippers has a shearing comb and one resting on the cutting comb Shearing blades, which are attached via a drive side Driver is oscillating, on, at least an electrically heatable element in the region of Shear crest and / or the shear blade is arranged.
- the electrically heated elements is the shearing blade and / or the shear comb heated, so when cutting with the hair clipper heated by the cooperating Cutting edges of the shear comb and the shear blade an effect is achieved analogously to a hot pair of scissors.
- Another advantage is that due to the high temperatures on the cutting set germs, bacteria and pathogens be killed. The resulting thermal disinfection leads to a high standard of hygiene without any special additional Activities.
- an electrically heatable element in Area of the cutting comb and in the area of the shear knife arranged.
- the two interacting cutting edges of the Scherkamms and the Schermessers thus have the same temperature on what the sealing of the cut surfaces of single hair is particularly favorable.
- this is at least one electrically heatable Element a ceramic board with integrated heating conductor, a Hybrid heating element, a heating tape, a heating resistor or a Transistor.
- the Shear comb provided with a protective comb.
- the protective comb isolated thermally the outer surfaces of the cutting comb and prevents thereby reliably unintentional contact between the hot shearing comb and the skin. He closes it any way Risk of burns to the skin.
- the protective comb is firmly connected to the cutting comb and can not be removed by the user, so that maximum protection is granted.
- the comb-like construction of the protective comb ensures that on the one hand the shear comb is thermally insulated, but on the other hand, the Teeth of the cutting edge is largely open, so that the Hair can be easily grasped and cut.
- the at least one electrically heatable Element provided an electronic control system. This will be a targeted adjustment of the temperature allows.
- control electronics in the cutting set in the hand-held device of the electric Hair clipper or in an external module, which via a supply line with the handset or the cutting set connected, housed.
- control electronics housed in the cutting set is, since in this case the heatable cutting set is independent of the handset and thus already known electrical Hair clippers with the new invention heated cutting set can be equipped.
- the control electronics are connected via a plug-in transformer for mains operation powered, the plug-in transformer via a supply line connected to the cutting set is the cutting set independent of the handset and can therefore be used for existing ones Electric hair clippers are used.
- a temperature sensor is in the shearing comb or shearing blade arranged. This monitors the heating temperature, so that they are controlled by the control electronics can.
- the temperature of the at least one is electrical heatable element set to a certain value, adjustable in several stages or steplessly adjustable. To enable a wider scope is while a control in stages or a stepless control the temperature is preferred.
- the rotational speed of the oscillating driver variable.
- the speed By varying the speed becomes the cutting speed affects what affects the sealing process Has.
- the sealing process can thus by Variation of the speed can be optimized, with the choice of optimal speed of the hair strength of the person to be treated and the working speed of the user depends.
- This can be done manually or automatically controlled a disinfection process triggered in which the cutting set with the drive switched off is heated for a predetermined time.
- thermoresistance of the microorganisms or pathogens of transmissible diseases to be destroyed a temperature between about 60 ° C and 170 ° C for a heating time between 5 minutes and 1 hour according to the following tables should be considered.
- Temp. In ° C killing time Killed or inactive pathogen resistance levels 80-100 5-10 min Vegetative bacteria, fungi, fungal pores I 105 5-10 min Spores of B. anthracis spores, B. subtilis, HAV / HBV II 121 134 15 min 3 min Native soil spores, spores of B.
- thermophilic Gram-positive rods IV 134 1 h Prions (CJK, vCJK, BSE) V Temp. In ° C killing time Killed or inactive pathogen 62.5 30 min TBC pathogens, pathogenic streptococci, polioviruses 80 30 min Vegetative bacteria, yeasts, molds, all viruses (including AIDS viruses). Exception: hepatitis viruses 98-100 10 min All vegetative bacterial species, all viruses, also hepatitis A, B, C
- Activation of the disinfection process can be the simplest case each manually, for example via one on the housing or otherwise attached operating button are triggered. Alternatively, the triggering can be done automatically Insert the hair clipper into a suitable charging stand respectively. This has the advantage of being disinfected is triggered at least every time you load. After all the disinfection process can also be based on other criteria, for example, at certain intervals, via an integrated Control device can be activated.
- the thermal disinfection can thus also be used when the hair clipper is otherwise conventional, i.e. to be operated in the cold state. Furthermore, can a heating exceeding the usual operating temperature be made to particularly resistant microorganisms, such as those shown in the table above Reliably kill prions.
- the hair clipper according to the invention is provided with an inventive Cutting set equipped. It can for the cutting set necessary components such as control and Power supply in different components of the hair clipper or an external module.
- FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a cutting set 20 with a shear comb 1 and a lying on it Shearing blade 2, which has a drive side attached Driver 9 oscillating parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutting comb 1 is movable.

- the shearing comb 1 and the shearing blade 2 are protected by a protective comb 7, which preferably consists of plastic, isolated (see Figures 1, 3 and 5).
- the protective comb 7 is about the two Screws 13 firmly connected to the shear comb 1 and can from Users can not be removed. He serves, any To prevent the risk of burns to the skin.
- Around Cutting edges of the shear comb 1 and the shear blade 2 is the Protective comb 7 designed comb-shaped, so that the cutting edges the Scherkamms 1 and the Schermessers 2 as in a known Aufsteckkamm partially open. This design of the Protective comb 7 ensures that the hair is easily detected and can be cut.
- the outer dimensions of the cutting set carrier 8 including the protective crest 7 are designed that the cutting set 20 according to the invention on conventional Handset 30 for electric hair clippers attached can be.
- an adjusting lever 11 is attached, with which the relative position between the shear comb 1 and the Shearing blades 2 and thus the cutting length can be changed can.
- the cut length may also be due to the design of the protective crest 7 are defined by the distance between the outer surface of the protective crest 7 and the cutting edges the shear comb 1 and the blade 2 selected accordingly becomes.
- the protective comb 7 thus takes over in addition to Insulation of the heated cutting edges of the cutting comb 1 and the Schermessers 2 the function of a known Aufsteckkamms.
